I really loved coming to this place, I recently had stopped going because they never had time for a walk in. I recently went back on Saturday 09/06 for walk in, I notice they didn't put anything in the water and she would rinse the tools in the water. I'm not sure if this is what cause me to get an infection on one of my toes and sadly had to get a big chunk of my toe nail off cause of the infection. Also the water was not hot it was barely warm. Communication, I went with my sister to get a pedicure, they gave us the price sheet we got the pedicure with the works $48 then we asked if it was gel they said no it will be $12 more with gel. Mind you first time here other places charge 50 for same pedicure with gel, we opted for regular polish. Both had gel from previous pedicure. They began our pedicure when they were about to apply the polish they made us aware oh since you guys had gel polish we are charging you $5 more for take of!f!!! I said why didn't you make us aware of this in the beginning not at the end. I think that's unprofessional why tell us at the end. The only reason we went was because we were in the area and far from our normal place and due to last minute decision as well. Then we go up to pay they never mentioned you'll be charged 2$ more for paying with your card! ‍ I did t leave a tip $7.50 extra from the price I was told in the beginning.... Nope that was their tip. The owner was there and heard me tell the girl doing my sister pedicure that why weren't we told in the beginning and she didn't say anything and walks to the back, Well this will be the first and last time. No where on the menu list does it say anything about charging extra for what we were charged and that the pedicure does not include gel. And to make it worse the nail polish is chipping not even 24 hours later! Owner. They NEVER mentioned the removal fee. That's why I'm writing this review. I don't mind paying for labor when it's explained prior to the service. Why did your worker say sorry for not mentioning it in the beginning. You were working on a ladies nails and looked over and never said anything. But now in your response you're saying otherwise to make me look like a lier. read more
