Lip Fillers Exceptional Experience (during covid) The staff was friendly from the moment I came to the door! There was a sign outside that asked to call before coming in. The receptionist answered quickly and welcomed me in wearing a mask, he took my temperature, gave me hand sanitizer and gave me a form to sign. It was quick because I filled out the online forms that were emailed to me. I was then taken to the procedure room it had a big flat screen. The receptionist handed me a remote and said I could get comfy, I could listen to music, go on YouTube , watch Netflix. Shortly after Bailey came in (she's the sweetest peach) She was so friendly and welcoming she asked what shape and volume I was looking for. She then began the process by numbing my lips. The practitioner (I think that's the correct term) then came in and explained to me the process and recommended creating a more structured Cupid's bow! I though that was awesome! This was my second time getting lip fillers. The first time I got lip fillers was with someone else out of state and the service was 0 stars compared to this experience. I literally got botched my first time. One side of my top lip had a lump so they were uneven and it looked so bad when I smiled and talked! Thankfully now my lips are even. I no longer have a horrendous lump! The practitioner carefully injected my lips in different positions making sure everything was even. After she massaged my lips, put arnica cream & gave me ice packs. (that wasn't done when I got botched) . At the end I was given a after care instructions, arnica cream, ice packs , and a mask :) I love the results soooo much! This place is truly amazing , Mathew and Flores the nurse practitioner took care of me so well , I was in and out in 45 min , my results are amazing , did botox on my forehead I have a deep deep wrinkle between my eye brows and its gone , this is the first time me going here but I have to admit by far the best service and product I got , they opened bottle in front of me ,Flores showed me her expertise and knowledge by answering all of my questions and concerns .....she listened what I wanted done and did it ! Whatever you do go somewhere else. I have been going to cosmetic facilities for more than 10 years and this is the first bad review I have ever written. The injections didn't work (100 Botox for my husband, 59 for me and 50 for my mom) and when we went back she said to all 3 of us it was our skin elasticity issue. They are a big cheap chain with no customer service. We have a recorded call to prove that she had no desire to make it right. Find a local Dr that cares. read more

Extremely bad experience. I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and then waited an extra 30 minutes, still no nurse so I went to check with the front desk who is very sweet and she told me I had to wait at least 30 more minutes because they are very busy. So they expected me to wait an hour and 15 minutes on top of my appointment. Obviously they don't value their clients time. I will never go back there again,it took me 30mins to get there from my house. What a waste of time read more

I was recently seen for Botox and lip fillers. I typically get my Botox done every 4-6 months and my lips I had not done in years (due to them swelling up 5 times the original size, not sure why exactly). So I was VERY nervous to try the lip injections again and with someone new. I don't write reviews but this was such a totally different experience than before I have to share. Not only was the entire staff comforting and professional, but they took the time to listen and to educate me on the different techniques and pin point why there was a reaction with my past experience may another place. I always bruise every time for my Botox but Vivian carefully took note of the potential areas and artistically administered differently to avoid the bruising. I didn't get one bruise from the Botox. Michelle was the nurse that did my amazing lip job I'm still admiring. Each day it gets better and better. Of coarse I am going to tell you I will be back and the horrific experience I had the first time wasn't even close to the experience I had this time. Michelle did my lip work like (art work) and you could tell she knew exactly what would be good for my face. I appreciated her tender touch and comfort of talking me through it the entire time. Everyone knows lip injections aren't the most comfortable but I will be back and I'm not scared anymore. Honestly it was "spicy" only during injection and after I felt great.
