I came here today for training services to get Botox and lip filler and the experience was perfect from start to finish! I've never had a training service done so initially I was a little nervous but you can tell they go through extensive amazing training and know what they're doing. The owner was really hands on and observed the whole time and Vivian was my injector and she was so sweet and did amazing! She had such a steady hand I literally didn't even feel it when doing the Botox. And the lips felt the same as they always do, my lips are always a little sensitive and my pain tolerance is low for lip fillers but i didn't feel it anymore than usual. And Bailey checked me in and did my numbing cream and she was so friendly and helpful. The whole experience was amazing and I couldn't recommend this place enough! My lips look perfect and they were so informative honestly more so than any other place I've ever gotten Botox or fillers. Also so sterile ! They wiped my face and everything so many times which is so good especially with covid! 5 stars all around!! Update on the second day! I've had my lips done like five times and this is so far my favorite! They look like perfect plump pillows and I only have one teeny tiny slight bruise that is only noticeable if I'm really looking at it. So happy! read more

Aside from these amazing results, the facility was super clean and covid conscious! I was first greeted by the sweet Bailey who took my temperature and made sure we both sanitized. She took me back and got me comfortable and set up with the TV and WiFi password while I filled out the electronic paperwork. She listened to what I was looking to get done and assured me I'd be well taken care of. This was my first time getting Botox and Kybella and I wasn't sure what to expect, so I appreciated the handholding. While I waited for the numbing cream to kick in, they checked on me and offered a water. Florence was super gentle and I hardly felt it the needle. I heard Kybella stung pretty bad so I was nervous, but she explained it only burns for a second and gave me the full lowdown on what to expect. It's been just about a month since my visit and I'm soooo happy with the results already. I'll be going back in a few weeks to see if a second round of Kybella is needed or not. I never ever receive more than 30 units - which lasts at least 4/5 months. I was injected with 50 units - after 3 weeks there was very little difference. Made an appointment for a follow up/fix only to be told that i would have to buy another vial of 50 units. The staff is extremely friendly, but unfortunately I didn't have the best experience here. I've been getting Botox for almost ten years and I have never had an issue. After my treatment here I noticed my right eyebrow had drastically more movement than the left. I waited the full two weeks and went back for a follow up. They gave me a touch up which honestly should be expected when you spend hundreds of dollars. Well, another two weeks went by and it was still uneven. I went back AGAIN for another follow up and they pretty much told me there was nothing they could do because they had distributed the same amount of Botox on each side. They blamed it on the muscle on the right side being "stronger than the left", which if that were the case this would have happened in the past, which it never has. I am not sure if the nurse just injected incorrectly but I have never once had this issue in all the years I've received botox between my eyebrows, on my forehead and crows feet. Again, the staff was extremely friendly and it's a nice establishment I just unfortunately will not go back because I never ended up satisfied with my results. read more
