If you're looking for a great facial, look no further and stop by this location!! Saturday was my second visit to Face Foundrie and my facial was as great as my first. Booking online was a breeze. In no time, I had both my facial and my moms facial booked. The day finally came and we arrived about 20 minutes early. The receptionist was super friendly and got us both checked in quickly. We then got offered some cold water and some warm tea while we waited. My moms facial started a few minutes before mine and so we finished at different times. We both really enjoyed the way our estheticians worked and both facials were amazing. The girls were also both very friendly. We both got the the Foundrie Glow and we walked out of there glowingggg. My face was feeling super moisturized and it still feels that way today. My mom REALLY enjoyed the scalp and shoulder massage and said it almost put her to sleep, LOL. I can't wait to make another appointment soon!

    Such a cute space too!

I had an amazing experience at Face Foundrié. I will be going back! I got the natural facial with derma-planing and I loved the results.

I think I'm in love with this place. You walk into a very beautiful waiting/reception area. It is clean and accented in white/boho decor. The receptionist is very prompt and friendly. Overall feel is relaxing and just what you want when getting a facial. Instead of the normal spa concept, Face Foundrie is a Facial bar that focuses on results. I did the Cryo Queen facial which uses curl technology to tighten, firm + lift the skin and ends with a restorative LED treatment. Basically it's 60 minutes of heaven. They use products during this facial from PCA, Grown Alchemist and of course Face Foundrie. They do a beginning and ending ritual that uses rose quartz and aroma therapy to help you relax while they massage your neck/shoulders. Sarah walked me through each step of the facial, explaining what the products do and how they specifically benefited me for the goals I shared. The actual cryo therapy is very relaxing. They use a machine to shoot very cold air onto your skin. The facial ends with LED treatment while they massage your arms/wrists. The whole experience was very relaxing. After the facial Sarah explained the products to me that she felt would benefit me most!

I really wish this entity would expand & offer more locations! I would likely visit more often if it didn't entail planning a day around having to trek- and, this location is not ideal. The parking lot is constantly full- you're forced to pay for valet or walk a couple blocks because you can't ever find parking here. So the accessibility is below a 1 star. I actually avoid it because of the anxiety. This was my second visit. I love the ease of scheduling online. They have everything listed & you can customize any appointment. Plenty of hours/options to choose from. I also love their forms can be filled out online instead of having to arrive early for a jargon of paperwork. Super impressed I arrived early & knowingly acknowledged- had no problem browsing the displays to scope products to purchase. The lovely young lady at the desk was full of knowledge & walked me through anything I had a question regarding. ...and totally talked me into more than I bargained, per usual, LOL! The appointment, itself was amazing. Top notch comfort & care! I was offered a weighted blanket, water, or anything that would be of comfort. I did not need anything & we proceeded- it was still top notch! Also cannot complain at all my appointment began early. My technician gave me the choice of aromatherapy oil blends. She asked if I would like her to explain each step or be silent to enjoy the procedure- I chose silent since this was not my first visit. This time, I opted to consult further beyond my intake form to understand what would be the best facial- I was really happy & impressed with the knowledge. I did switch it to include cryo- that was an experience! I am really glad I came back- it was a great session & left me feeling rejuvenated. And as said prior- I would love to come back more often if there was a facility easier to access. The prices are not small, but well worth it- only downfall is one location with tough parking. I wish it did not have that stress factor attached.

My visit to Face Foundrie was the most pleasant experience! I visited Scottsdale for a girls trip and decided to give my face some extra self-care. This was my first facial and chose to get the Cryo Queen with Morgan. And oh boy! I had no idea that a facial could feel better than a deep tissue massage. I booked my appointment through their online portal. There definitely could be some improvements to the UI, but once I completed my reservation online, everything else was so seamless. The location was easy to get to, Riley at the front desk had great customer service, and my esthetician, Morgan, took such great care of my face. I expected to take a nap the whole time, but ended up having a great conversation with her. Morgan was so patient with all of my questions, and I learned a ton about the different types of facials. I'm a bit bummed there isn't a location by my area, but this experience is now a prime reason why I'd come back (in addition to the golf in AZ). I would 100% recommend Face Foundry to anyone curious about facials because I know they'll love their visit too. I can't believe I've never had a facial before, but I'll be sure to come back next time I'm in town!

I highly recommend this business. After years of facials at high end resorts that were more of a closed, medical room type experience it is great to come to Face Foundrie. It's all open and welcoming. You don't have to disrobe and you still get a great facial! Their prices are very reasonable and the enhancements are a plus! I recommend getting the monthly pass. This helps me prioritize myself with a regular facial routine. It's relaxing and I always feel great after!

I received a facial from Face Foundrie from a friend and was so excited to try this new place. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by staff and checked in for my appointment. The waiting areas was so beautifully decorated and so tranquil feeling so I was already feeling relaxed. My esthetician took me back to the bed where I would get my facial and was offered a weighted blanket as she prepped for the appointment. She asked a series of questions to ensure that she could tailor my facial to meet my wants, which I appreciated. She did well at explaining the products she was using and how they interact with products I use at home. Things to be mindful of, your appointment takes place in an open space that is divided by cloth partitions. I wasn't bothered by that, but if you want privacy, be aware of this. Also, if there is a product that you liked and you want to take a sample home, the staff offers this service.

I've been to Face Foundrie at least 4-5 times now, and I've had a stellar experience every single time! Marwa is hands down the BEST esthetician, I won't book anyone else :) The space is beautiful and relaxing, always nice and cool (they offer you a blanket and bolster for your legs!) and very spacious. I love the tall ceilings and not being right up against the people next to me. The service is soooooo relaxing. They have you smell essential oils, they massage your shoulders and scalp, and they use warm towels and cool rollers. It is the BEST "me" time you could ask for. I do enjoy the skincare and have great results (especially when I dermaplane) but honestly, I just book it for the nice relaxing time to myself! DO NOT HESITATE, book with Marwa!!!

Treat yourself! This was such a great experience. It was clean and bright and awesome play list on arrival. The staff was super sweet and helpful and knowledgeable. The service I had was so relaxing and my skin feels great. I can't wait to book another session. I'd recommend you treat yourself.

Instant fan... this place is great! Upon arrival, I was greeted and taken back quickly. My esthetician was Marwa, and she was excellent from start to finish. I was offered a weighted blanket and foot rest (LOVE). I received the Sculpt facial, which focuses on firming, blood flow, skincare, etc. It was unique to any facial I have done, but felt really beneficial (especially the cupping). Marwa explained what she was doing each step of the way, and I felt totally relaxed the whole time. After the appointment, I received water, a chocolate, and a headband for it being my first time there. They sell skincare on-site and give suggestions based on your skin type as well. The only down-side to this space is the parking lot; there are several popular businesses in the lot, and so it fills up quickly!

Patrons receive a complimentary branded headband.

Tried Face Foundrie today for the first time and was really impressed. I highly recommend it. Ask for Trisha.

Overall a good massage but I had to ask her twice to decrease the pressure and she also didn't put an eye mask on me when I flipped onto my back, which was awkward. It was also freezing in the room and although she said she put it on warm, it never warmed up. I was ok on the warm table, but when I got up afterwards, it was still as freezing as when I got in. They recently did a renovation and the women's shower area is really nice with big individual frosted glass showers with a dry area in front of the shower so that your things don't get wet. Prior to our massages, we enjoyed the co-ed pool area which is for spa guests only, 18+. This was a relaxing area with several water features with different pressures that you could stand under. They also had two small pools to the left which was a cold plunge and a hot plunge (no jets). The views of the mountains were so relaxing and the waiter Daniel was highly available for you to order food and drinks if wanted. Then I went to the women's only area to shower. They offer the most amazing smelling salt scrub (complementary) that makes your skin so soft. Don't forget to grab a bowl! The attendants in the women's area were so helpful. In this area was also a steam room, sauna and an area to dump a bucket of cold water on yourself. They also had 3 heated beds that you can lay on for 10 minutes before your treatment. After the massage, you go in a co-ed sanctuary and lay on a bed with a weighted blanket with noise canceling headphones for 25 minutes. This bed also vibrates to the sounds you choose. One side of my headphones wasn't working unfortunately. After, this led into a co-ed lounge. The hot water maker was already put away (at 5:06pm when they close at 6pm) so I couldn't make myself a cup of tea afterwards - especially when I still felt freezing, which was really disappointing. I expected more for $295 - better snacks and tea available until closing time. I don't think that is a lot to ask for. With so many spas in the area, if ever back in Scottsdale, we don't plan to return.

The showers make you feel brand new and the rooftop pool is secluded and peaceful. I got the shrimp kabobs at the rooftop and it was so incredible I booked another service to come back the next day! My only add is that the services themselves could use improvement. I had a massage yesterday where my therapist spent 7 min of my 50 min explaining to me the massage and talking to me rather than providing me with my service. While I very directly asked for deep tissue, she refused saying that is not what I needed. I tried several times to politely redirect Ms.Annette ( my masseuse) and express that that is what I would like, but ultimately I felt uncomfortable and unable to advocate for myself in this vulnerable space. She took it upon herself to do what she thought I needed rather than what I asked for and expressed I wanted. This was frustrating. My nail tech for my pedicure, Nora, also started 6 min late for my pedicure despite no one else being in the salon. This normally would be no issue for me ( I am at a spa after all!) but it is frustrating that the scheduled end of the service is not adjusted to align with the providers tardiness. Finally, the spa attendants in the bathroom area(s) could not be any friendlier or more helpful. One even brought me water while I was getting ready. It's the little things! I love coming here for the amenities, pool, and food, but I am tempted and would recommend to go otherwhere for better quality services ( massage and pedicure) where providers are excited/ agreeable to align with client direction and requests

So today we booked it as part of a birthday and Mother's Day weekend celebration. When our technician called out, staff member Madison called us at 9:02 AM and offered to upgrade my pedicure into a massage at no extra charge since our technician called in sick. I told her my husband won't go to the pedicure alone and asked how much do we need to pay for him if we also upgrade his service into a massage? Madison proceeded to place me on hold and came back and said don't worry about the upgrade for Mr. Fish and I got immediately excited and so happy and thanked her , told her will be there by 10 AM.. Upon arrival, we were handed a bill for $635 a Kimberly checked us in. I said I spoke to a Madison and she was next to her and confirmed to Kimberly at the front that our price was $240 total based on our earlier conversation She even told me Kimberly that we are getting upgraded to 2 Artisan massages. We went ahead with our massages trusting it was resolved. We had the best time and enjoyed as normal and ended up leaving around 4PM. At checkout, my husband went downstairs and Madison is now presenting him with the $635 bill!!! Of course like anyone in his position he would be shocked! Like what?!!!! He felt like he was having an out of body experience!! Madison's explanation, and I quote " I misspoke"claimed she misspoke and gave my husband the $635 bill telling my husband that her manager Jed told her while we were getting our massages that what she was told by her manager Jed that they can longer provide what was promised to me on the phone and at checkout. This was going while I was still upstairs, and saw my husband upset. I asked what's going on and he said don't worry about it I will handle this, he said it's your birthday and I am not letting them spoil your day . When confronted, Madison denied ever offering the upgrade in front of her manager when my husband said that's what she said. My husband did not even want me in this conversation because it was birthday/Mother's Day weekend and he did not want to spoil my day.. . What was meant to be a special weekend turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. We loved the massages but left feeling disappointed by Madison. I have to say Madison has been so pleasant and super friendly every time we were there, to get this treatment from her, this really hurt me especially on my day and so unexpected. The manager Jed in my opinion did not handle this right. He should have asked Kimberly listened to the call that was made. I don't know but this was handled very poorly in my opinion. Madison had so many chances to make this right but chose not to. What was offered in good faith was taken back without accountability. We hope management reviews the 9:02 AM call recording, because that will tell the whole story or even speak to Kimberly that Madison corrected when we checked in. This is making me feel like I can't trust this company. Moving forward I want to record conversations or make sure I have proof or something because their word is not to be trusted. This leaves my amazing birthday/Mother's Day weekend ending in a bad note because of this.

The first part is to go into what they call a private warming Hammam room, but the warming room is actually not private and is open to everyone using the sauna. There is a private treatment room, and I think this is really what you are paying a small fortune for--to lie down on a 200-year-old authentic Cherrywood Hammam table for an exfoliation scrub. The table itself is beautiful but not very comfortable--it's high up, so hard to get onto, and--like all wood tables--is very hard. Next you are supposed to go through a self-guided journey through the steam, sauna, whirlpool, warming room again, and cold deluge. They have a recommended circuit but there is no way to actually follow the times on it because you only have 25 minutes (and it took me 5 to get my swimsuit back on). I think I was expecting to be able to spend this time focusing on the experience, but it felt more like I was rushing through the steps in time while hanging out in the spa with everyone else, trying to run through all of the steps in time. Finally, the website says this ends with a massage with CBD or arnica oil. This is in a separate room and on a regular and more comfortable table. Mine was just a regular massage, no oils, though I got to choose between lavender and eucalyptus scents. They do have fun add-ons, like shea butter or cupping or hot stones, but those don't add additional time, so you're paying extra to have a massage take less time so they can add on the other thing you paid for. But if you go during your birthday month you get a free add-on. Anyway, my massage therapist was really good but not $580 good.(I don't know if anyone could be!) There are a lot of spas hat are supposed to be for intentional purposes--like a place to put a rock selected for its qualities, or you can put your hand on an enormous crystal imported from Brazil. But they kind of rush you through this part and it doesn't really seem to be designed with care. For example, there is a fountain outside to put the rock that you see before you even receive a rock. It's not clear that you're supposed to pick it up on the way out. There is no clock in the room where you wait for your appointment. The hooks to hang your robe or towel are and there aren't enough hooks for the number of people. Etc. Overall I think $580 is way overpriced for what is offered, which is basically a scrub and massage and the same spa amenities as everyone else. I was also disappointed by the snack selection--they just had trail mix and dried mangos. I guess I am spoiled because I've been to Aji Spa, which has the most amazing selection of snacks and you can get a wrap and massage for roughly half the price. And it's really somewhere you want to hang out at all day. The food menu on the website is also out of date--I'd decided what I wanted to order ahead of time but it wasn't available. So overall I felt like this ritual didn't have the attention and care I would expect for something this expensive. I am glad I treated myself to this experience but would not do it again.

This was so much fun!! I don't often go to spas, aka have been once in my life before at Utah yoga…read moreplace with coloring books ^^, but yeah this was another time I tried it out!! Lots of activities you can do like hammam bath for back, sauna, cold plunge that was really a shower lol, jacuzzi. Then a whisper room where you can lounge on beds and chill. A prep waiting room with water and nut and mango type snacks. And of course the rooftop pool outside with amazing views!! On upside I got to try every activity here lol and it wasn't too crowded (and they give you bathrobes and lockers and stuff), but on other hand it did seem expensive bordering on pretentious to me a bit. But still really grateful I got to check it out!

My husband and I both had massages with Claire and Jessenia and they were excellent. Rose, who checked me in, was great from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable right away and was so helpful throughout my visit. The relaxation room was one of my favorite parts. It had a beautiful view that made it feel even more peaceful, along with yummy treats like chocolates, dried fruit, tea, and fruit-infused water. Since the room is co-ed, I felt a little uncomfortable being in just a robe at first, but Rose immediately made accommodations and set me up in a private space until my massage, which I really appreciated. I also thought it was super thoughtful that in the women's locker room they had a jar of rubber bands. Such a small detail, but very convenient after a massage. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end, and I'd definitely recommend Inspire Spa. Just a heads up about the co-ed relaxation room so guests can plan accordingly.

After my massage, I showered at the facility in order to get ready for my dinner reservation at the Elements restaurant. Overall amazing, peaceful and relaxing experience!
