Went to Face to Face spa for my first facial ever and had a wonderful experience. I was offered complementary wine from Iesha upon my arrival which gives this place some brownie points in my book! My esthetician was Nicole, she has the softest hands ever she gets 5 stars for that alone. The facial was very relaxing and professional. Nicole was also very easy to talk to. They also offer memberships which seem very affordable. Overall a very comfortable and friendly place. Loved it! My visit to Face to Space Spa in Davenport Village was very disappointing. I bought a Groupon for eyelash extensions and got them done on Monday. The technician was done in about an hour and a half. Upon driving away I noticed that on my left eye about a fourth of the way in was bare. I could easily count less than thirty lashes per eye. Three days later I still haven't wash ed my eyes in hopes to preserve what lashes I have, but I can feel chunks of glue at the root of them and a few have fallen out anyway. I don't usually complain but my experience here was also very unwelcoming ; as if I was a burden. If I hadn't already paid for the fill in my Groupon I wouldn't go back here. I'm even considering just letting it go to avoid the hostility I felt in my first experience. I tipped twenty percent on the spa's original price and I'm obviously regretting this whole expense as a whole. read more

This was the perfect place for our girls spa day! We were greeted with a yummy mimosa by the friendly staff, and promptly saw our knowledgable and skilled estheticians (Kari, Karly and Stephanie). We each did the really great Groupon deal (half off!) for the signature facial, and each received an additional treatment (peel and microderm) that was recommended for our skin types. The first time I came to Face to Face Spa in Westlake, I had a pretty strange experience. The lady doing my peel was very unprofessional and it made my time there rather uncomfortable. It took me a few months to give the place another shot (I had prepaid for three peels). Today, Chelsea worked on me and my experience was completely opposite of my first time. She was informative, professional and also very personable. She recommended cleansers and serums to use at home and also provided detailed information on my specific skin type. Unlike my first appointment, I didn't dread for the time to be up but actually had a enjoyable time! She also spoke to the front for me about my last experience and apologized profusely. I absolutely love this place! I've been to several of their locations, Sarah was my esthetician yesterday, she was thorough and walked me through every step of the facial, which I really appreciated. When I initially walked in I had purchased via Groupon and there was some confusion on locations, etc and the staff was super accommodating to redeem at their location. The first time I went to this spa for a facial the esthetician did a chemical peel on my face without even asking me, and it looked like my face was burned. It took 2 weeks to go back to normal. I was miserable and of course worried that she might have damaged my skin. They said they would give me a free facial with a different woman to prove that they were a good spa. I went back a few months later thinking they couldn't possibly mess up twice especially if I reiterated how sensitive my skin is. This time I left with a massive pimple on my lip that wasn't there before the facial. It looks awful and is painful. I'm so disappointed in the quality of the estheticians at this spa and their lack of communication with the client. Had Coco asked me if I thought she should spend 5 minutes digging at my lip to remove a black head I would have said no and this never would have happened. I have had many amazing facials in my life, this place is not one of them. read more

I am a client at Circle C Face to Face, which I love, and I do not appreciate getting "we have opening" emails from Westlake Face to Face! Doesn't seem to be a very appropriate practice. Hope you are not trying to take clients from Circle C. They have some of the best people there! You might want to rethink your marketing strategy. read more

Face to Face Spa is my absolute favorite medical spa! I live way south and started going to their first location at Avery Ranch. I was very excited when they opened in Westlake closer to me! I have received many facials and peels by various estheticians and have never been disappointed. They always answer my questions. They are very knowledgeable, make you feel very comfortable, and offer many solutions for your concerns. I develop acne during my pregnancies and they have always helped me build a regimen to clear my face up after giving birth. They have introduced me to many products in various price ranges that I have fallen in love with and really work. These products are of a higher level and quality than your local Ulta or Sephora where I feel is a waste of money. Shout out to Stephanie my most recent esthetician and my new favorite! We are getting my skin back to where it was before baby! I always feel relaxed and my skin looks and feels better when I leave. read more

This place sucks. Appointments need to be made months in advance, check in is a doozy, receptionist was not helpful, and the place had a humid and heavy atmosphere. My groupon was not honored, the regulations don't make any sense, and no one was helpful. Don't go here, there are much betters spas out there. read more

I had an expired Groupon for a signature facial. They were so nice to still honor it and I got the best facial. All the other ones I had got before were nothing like this. If there is a perfect example of how a business should run, this would be it. Whenever I buy groupons I always read reviews on yelp. I saw that there were good ones as well as some not so good. However what I did notice is the manager commented on every single review either thanking them or asking the people that were disappointed to contact her personally to make it up to them. how many companies do this? I've had facials from other companies and the experience was horrifying and they didn't care about the customer's experience (aka aqua blue beauty & spaworks, see my review there). Aside from the fact that my facial was amazing and relaxing, the esthetician knew exactly how much to talk and when it was appropriate to give me a wonderful experience, management was awesome. Two days after my facial the manager personally called me and asked me about my experience. Her calling me also makes me feel more comfortable in the future to approach her if something wasn't as I expected. Building a trust and comfortable relationship between customers and businesses is a vital component for company growth and customer satisfaction. I would happily pay for a membership once it's in my budget. read more
