Alright, I'm an old piece of crap, so after a decade of working and playing outdoors, I decided it was time that I take care of my skin. I had no idea what to expect, but the process was seamless start to finish. For some reason I expected a skin care business to be very clinical, like a dermatologist's office. Face to face is set up similarly to most massage places, and considering it's a spa, that makes sense. Dark rooms, soothing music, even a complimentary mimosa if you want one. They really know how to make a girl feel special! I was paired up with Heather, who was not only knowledgeable, but great at putting me at ease. We had a nice rapport through the entire session, which is a feat unto itself, as I'm notoriously taciturn, especially during haircuts, massages, etc. She worked her magic, cleansing and scrubbing and exfoliating, there were so many steps I lost track. Steam was definitely involved at one point. We talked through my current skincare routine as I got a neck and shoulder massage, and she made a few recommendations on how I could improve it. I was mostly impressed by the fact that Heather was careful not to bombard me with products and wasn't pushy at all. I emerged feeling relaxed and, sure enough, my skin looked much better. Although I am a facial newbie, I consider myself fairly well informed of heath and body maintenance practices. I learned from my esthetician, Lainy, about better products to use based on my skin type. I highly recommend coming here after a long workday, too! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer a mimosa, wine or water when you arrive. Lainy explained the steps as she applied treatment. I also had the option to not have her explain throughout and just at the end. They are very customer-centered and want you to feel relaxed and pampered. They do sell face products in the lobby, which is decorated in a way that is sophisticated and luxurious. read more

They were willing to work with my schedule to find my an available time. Make sure you arrive a few minutes early to fill out some first-time paperwork. The waiting area is nice with beautiful containers with dark chocolate. They also offer a complimentary mimosa, wine, or water. Now the premium facial itself was lovely! Alicia did an amazing job and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. She always explained what she was putting on my face and why she was doing it. I felt so relaxed I could fall asleep! They do extractions and she was not very aggressive. If you are worried about scaring, this is a great place to come.. they are very careful! I have had two facials here within the past few months, the most recent being Sunday morning, 05/15/16, and it doesn't get any better than this! WOW is it a great feeling and it's nice to keep your face in great shape. I have made appointments with Brittany, and she is GREAT. I can't ask for better. I recommend to all men, but especially professionals, that you call and make an appointment for her. Brittany's technique is probably the best of all facialist I've had in 25 years of getting my face cleaned. Face to Face is located south on Slaughter Lane and it's very easy to find and has plenty of free parking. The whole family loves...loves...loves this place!! A gift card from for my mom was the perfect gift ~~ she was grateful for the results and is excited about what she learned about the med-spa quality products during every step of the process. I have 2 teenage boys that are getting more and more sensitive about their skin issues that come with adolescence. I bribed them to go and they were both immediately at ease when Lesa created space for them to go into a treatment room immediately. We decided on a deep cleanse and microderm abrasion- their pores were so clean and clear -they got over walking in to such a sparkly shiny place. The teen membership opportunity is a great investment for my daughter at 15, for $49 a month she is learning the importance of consistent skin care. After 3 treatments she is glowing with confidence from the nurturing environment Lesa has created, she says "makes her feel like a princess". At 50, it's time to get serious about my face. Amy offered me refreshment the minute I walked in the door and Brittany was engaging & knowledgeable -she knew exactly what my face needed - and I can't believe the results from the first few visits. Face to Face Circle C charged my card for products without my authorization. When I called them directly to resolve the problem I was told that I placed an order. The lady I spoke to tried to politely end the call after telling her I did not place an order. I had to insist that she or someone else research my account. She said she'd email the manager who was, unsurprisingly, gone for the day. I sent an email later that night and haven't heard back. I called yesterday to follow up - no answer, so I left a voice message. I called today twice and still no answer. I called the 6th Street location and the young lady who answered was kind enough to take the time to research my account. Unfortunately she couldn't find anything in their records related to the unauthorized order. She also let me know they don't place/take orders for customers. This is a very shady business practice. Charging customers for products or services that were never rendered and avoiding resolution is highly indicative of a deceptive trade practice. I won't be going to the Circle C location again. read more

Update:the reply from the owner to my review is a scam since she did not leave a website or any info on how to message her. They know who I am bc my new face to face location told me corporate told them about this review... Really? Corporate? So they know I had terrible service and did not reach out to me. I will not be renewing my monthly membership once it expires in March/April I want to start off by saying almost all the staff I met are very welcoming and friendly which is what sold me on buying a package however after moving and going to another location I feel like the services I purchased prior to membership and the 3 months of membership at the circle c location were a complete ripoff I first found this place on Groupon which should have been a red flag but I never had a facial and was looking for a deal and some tips on skin care. When I called to schedule the receptionist was great she answered all my questions and talked me into another deal instead of using a groupon. The deal was for a facial and a microdermabrasion or a chemical peel for 95. I was sold and scheduled my 15 yr old son and myself because my son has a bumpy nose and wanted to try it out. Because this was my first facial and microdermabrasion I was thrilled with the results, it was great! But I should have been cautious when my son had his and the tech asked if he wanted the massage?? Like what? We are paying for the full service so why would he not??? She had him in the room for about half the time he should have been and when she brought him out said that she started a peel but she wasn't sure if he could handle it so she stopped but she did do a little microdermabrasion. His face looked identical to the way it looked when he went in.. he was not happy but I figured oh well she seemed young so I did not hold it against he company. We paid and then were sold some sunscreen and facial cleanser...I returned in 3 wks and purchased the peel package. I chose a different esthetician due to recommendation from the receptionist. On my very first visit for my 1st peel (was about to start the series of 6) the esthetician looked at me and told me I needed a facial I explained I had one 3 wks ago by another esthetician at the salon but she said that it must not have been done completely bc I had a lot of milia, I pointed out that I also had blackheads on my Nose and she said to schedule one with my next peel and she would take care of it. I had my peel and it was good no peeling but on lactic acid so we didn't expect much. I scheduled for my next peel and added a 75 dollar facial per the esthetician recommendations, I was a little disappointed bc I had just paid for one and I would th no she would have had it comped for me since I just had one there 3 wks Ago but I figured whatever she says she can fix it I'll just take the first one I paid for as a loss. So then I went back and had the facial and the peel, she got a few milia and small pimples(I don't get many pimples) but no blackheads off my nose, the peel was ok, no peeling but just she only did the mild one this time. I went home and a few days later used some biore strips and got some of the blackheads myself. I continued for 2 more peels in which I did peel from both. Then I moved 2 hrs away, I was going to drive 2 hrs to return to my normal esthetician to finish my series but I figured that was a waste of gas so I would just try out the location where I live now. Let me tell you I went this evening and it was WONDERFUL!!! I had great service! Unfortunately one of the first things I heard from my new esthetician is that I need a facial lol. I told her I have already paid for two in the last 2-3 months and want to wait a bit, she assured me that once I do one with her she will get rid of all those blackheads. She took her time, cleaned my face and prepped it better than the previous place, she took her time with the peel and for the first time With a peel I was in the room for the full 30 minutes (maybe even a little longer). She applied an under eye cream which I have never been given and gave me a nice post massage to my face. She even offered me an additional retinol peel for 25 which I have never been offered before (I declined this time but will def get it in the future). This location also has a lot of free samples around the office and the circle c location had none. I am so happy I moved bc as a novice I didn't know what poor service I was receiving for my money at the previous location. Hopefully the circle c location improves but for the services I received I give it 2 stars mostly due to the sweet read more

I had a microdermabrasion with Karly about a month ago and more recently a facial on Valentine's Day with Brittany. Both experiences were absolutely wonderful: I love the atmosphere of the lounge area and the spa rooms. Everyone was very kind and worked quickly so I didn't wait for more than five minutes to see my esthetician both times. Both Karly and Brittany were very thorough in my procedures and neither one hurt at all (I've read microderms can be uncomfortable, but Karly was a pro!) Brittany was an excellent conversationalist and made me feel completely relaxed. I had my first facial ever about three months ago. Karly gave me a microdermabrasion and explained everything she was doing as we went along. It was very relaxing and my face was so smooth for weeks after. I noticed immediately that my face looked brighter. I was so excited about my facial that I decided to try a chemical peel. I recently completed my third peel with Brittany and am so, so pleased with the results.
