The Face to Face spa here is awesome! Services were fantastic. I walked in, the receptionist was very welcoming and even gave me a hot coffee while I waited. I'm totally new to the whole facial spa thing, but the esthetician explained everything she was doing. They were really great at not making me feel dumb, and answered all of my questions! I left with my skin feeling great, they passed all my expectations, and even gave me a gift certificate to come back later! This Spa's professionalism and customer service is top notch! Fernando greets you with a smile and offers you a refreshment while you wait for your service. The esthetician that provided my service was Morgan and she explained everything she was doing and always asked if I was doing ok. I received a hydro facial from her and it was simply AMAZING! I like the dermaplaning and the hydrafacial. I became a member "for the savings" and I do save some money on the dermaplaning but pricing for hydrafacial is the exact same as Westlake dermatology... so if you're going to pay for a hydrafacial I would recommend Westlake Dermatolgy. Face2face is good for dermaplaning though. read more

I'd give this business 5 stars because their location, aestheticians and treatments are so superlative, but lately, no one answers the phone anytime I call, even if it's mid-day. I usually don't get a call back for hours. Not sure what's going on, but I'd like to go more often if only I can get in touch with someone immediately when I call. read more

Lackluster enthusiasm from Karli and there was no analysis of my skin - so I can only assume it's the same series of products for anyone. Absolutely awesome! I purchased a Groupon and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Once I got there I was greeted and offered a beverage of my choice (which excited me since most places I've been to just offer water) while I filled out the paperwork since it was my first time there. Check-in didn't take long at all. Karly was great! Going into the room she gave me the option of having her explain the process while she was working or to let me relax. The facial was the best I've ever had (and I've been quite a few places such as Neiman Marcus in Dallas, Massage Envy, etc.). As a matter of fact, it was so good that I immediately booked an appointment after my service for next month. They have a membership and offer packages, but I didn't feel pressured to join or purchase anything. I'm definitely looking forward to going back. read more

And, the prices are actually really reasonable.I've also been to the 6th street location but prefer the service here, and the results have been better with the peels here, probably just better choices and more suitable for my skin compared to the ones the aesthetician at 6th street chose to use. read more

I recently had a chemical peel at this new Face to Face location and I loved it! The whole staff was so friendly and warm! The spa itself was gorgeous and the music fun and relaxing while I sipped on a mimosa waiting for Brittney (my service provider) I filled out some light paperwork and snacked on some dark chocolate:) when Brittney took me back she really listened to my concerns and explained what the best peel for my skin would be in a informational but understandable manor. She walked me through each step of the peel and explained what she was going to apply to my skin before she did (which I really appreciated). I felt very comfortable with her and even though it was just a 25 minute service I felt very relaxed and refreshed at the end of the treatment and excited to find someone who was so friendly and warm. At checkout the front desk was super nice and informed me about the membership program without being too pushy. I will definitely be back to this amazing spa! I really loved Brittney and will defiantly sign up for the membership at my next visit! read more

Let me start by saying that I LOVE Face to Face Spa at the Westlake and Sixth Street location (please see my review for the Westlake location). Their service and ambiance is impeccable and the staff and manager are wonderful. It really hurts to post this about this location, but I was extremely disappointed in my recent visit to Circle C. I live about ten minutes away, so I left twenty minutes early, but there was an accident causing traffic. I wanted to be courteous and called a couple minutes before my appointment at 12:38pm to let them know I was turning into their complex. I would have called earlier but obviously it was difficult to make a call while driving. The receptionist told me I had a buffer of fifteen minutes and if I didn't arrive by then I'd have to reschedule. I told her I was in the complex and just needed direction from there. I arrived exactly at my appointment time, 12:40pm and filled out the paperwork and about five minutes later my aesthetician came out. Britney (spelling?) was great (she gives an excellent facial massage). The receptionist forgot to give me the rest of the paperwork so we did it in the facial room which took up some more time. We started the facial and it was hard to relax because I could hear EVERYTHING outside. I had the room near the front desk, (I think we shared the wall) because I could hear the receptionist opening and closing drawers, I heard all the clients--it was far too noisy to relax. I thought the music would help but it was loud and had a French vibe to it, it wasn't very relaxing like spa music usually is. I had to ask the aesthetician to turn it down, which she gladly did--but that made the sounds from outside more prominent. When I checked out, I checked the clock and it was 1:46pm. I paid for a 60 minute premium facial and I know I did not receive the full 60 minutes, especially since we had to finish the paperwork that the receptionist forgot. When I was out later with friends they told me I had green spots on my face and it was parts of the mask still on my face. Later in the day when I touched my decollete there was granules of product that hadn't been washed off. The worst part was at reception when I was checking out. The receptionist mentioned that the full price I would be paying would have been $109, how much tip did I want to leave. It was just plain awkward--as if she was pointedly telling me how much I needed to tip. At the other locations there are envelopes but she said they didn't have them. Had the ambiance been better I would have tipped more. I now only will return because I have the other groupon to use, but I won't expect to have a relaxing experience. I may return if they make some changes. read more
