Today was the first time in over 2 years that I went in for a facial, & I'm so glad I did. I have never found facials to be a relaxing experience. I hate being left alone for long periods of time to steam or have a mask set. I would often come home to a red face for hours after a treatment. Today was completely different. Audrey makes you feel welcome from the very start, by the end of the visit you're old friends. Audrey is kind, and listens to your questions with interest, she's also easy to talk to. She explains each step as she's doing them. For my treatment, I had microdermabrasion, some sort of electric stimulation (I forgot the name!), in addition to a custom mask, and other creams. The end of the facial was the best when Audrey used a cold facial roller to set everything. Not to mention, you're treated to a decadent arm, neck, & shoulder massage during the steaming/masking process. Once my facial was done I was so impressed with the results. My face looks at ease, fresh, & bright. I will definitely be going back in the suggested time frame.
