    Spicy Chicken Kabob

Amazing food- the spicy chicken kabob was very tender and juicy and did not disappoint. Not very spicy though. It was served with a large side of rice, grilled tomato, and a side of onions. Asked for some garlic sauce on the side which was a good addition. One of the most flavorful chicken kabobs I have ever tested. Gave 4 starts however due to the service being very lousy- the waitress was sitting at one of the booths eating at the same time she was serving us. I had wanted the side of garlic sauce earlier after my first few bites, however due to the server not checking in on us until I was halfway done with my meal was a little disappointing. No refill on my water either despite my glass being empty. Very nice ambiance. Pricey though ($30 for this one entree) but good food.

I loved this place. Our server was so sweet and professional. The chicken and the lamb melt in your mouth. The plate is very filing. And the rice was very soft. Inside is very clean and lots of seating.

A very nice upscale restaurant, a sophisticated ambiance, modern décor. Pricey bottles of wine on display, smartly dressed professional waitstaff. The entrees, generous portions of bland overpriced food. I had the Spicey Chicken Kabob. Not spicey at all, and a couple of the pieces were raw in the center. That brought my meal to a halt. The Ground Beef Kabob, well a good hamburger has more flavor. And my wife's Salmon, like the other platters, filled with a big fillet, no detectable seasoning. Other than the raw chicken on my plate, nothing was bad, just bland. Each platter loaded with a barge sized serving of rice. Enough rice to end hunger in a small third world country. The Baba Ghanoush appetizer, fair. Three large scoops of thick smokey eggplant, missing the other flavors and seasoning that make a really good Baba Ghanoush. The best item served though. I bet that there is better Mediterranean food in the area, at a better price. Maybe not as fancy of a restaurant, but you might save enough money to swing by Spec's on the way home and purchase a good bottle of wine with money you saved.

This is probably one of my favorite Persian restaurants. I took my dad here and I got the ghormeh sabzi stew with shirazi salad while he got the Cesar salad. The place itself is also very cozy and cute. The food is just absolutely amazing in flavor as well as presentation and our waiter was the sweetest. After food they also brought us some hot tea and sugar cubes which tasted wonderful. The only minor complaint I have is that the prices are a bit higher than other Persian restaurants in Dallas however their food and customer service is truly amazing.

Came here on a weekday night with some friends and shared an entree as well as an appetizer. The dolmeh that we got as an appetizer was interesting, the flavor was very vinegary, which personally, I am not the biggest fan of, but I think it will definitely appeal more to people who like sour flavor profiles. The combo of ground beef and chicken tender kebab was so good, the meat was super tender and juicy while being perfectly grilled, and the rice was nice and fluffy. This place has a nicer ambiance that makes it good if you want to dress slightly better than casual for your meal!

Food was great, nice atmosphere for a Sunday afternoon lunch. The prices of the food is a little overpriced but it was well worth the experience. Service was very complimentary to the ambience.

We come here from time to time for team meetings and it's the one establishment that has something for everyone on our team. The food quality is really good, portions are generous! It does take a little time to get our food, but perhaps that is because we come in with a larger group. It is a bit on the pricier side but I think it is worth it. The chocolate cheesecake was decent, very very thick... it satisfied our sweet tooth but when I think of cheese cake Aria doesn't come to mind, I'll just leave it at that. Staff is very nice!

We went back in October. It's being suggested for help review because I opened the app today. We got the koobideh kabob chicken and beef. I don't remember what they were calling everything. Our food was great. I think they use the saffron butter maybe. The service was slow and seemed difficult for the server to either hear or understand us. There was an awkward bit at the end where she was kind and offered a free slice of cheesecake for my friend's birthday. I asked for the fruit kind and ordered a slice of roll cake for myself. They never brought the free cheesecake so my friend finally asked for it. That felt strange and felt rude to ask for a free thing lol. Don't pay extra $7 or $11 for barberries or albalo lol. Go buy a pack. When you have these add ons in your own kitchen you can't justify that. Still the food was great and cooked very well. Everything tasted fresh. Would love to do pickup.

Stumbled upon this place for lunch yesterday with my husband. Great little spot. (Parking was a pain FYI) Ambience was good, service was friendly and great, food was overall really tasty. The presentation was nice; the portion size to price was normal. They do have some specialty dishes that are higher in price point that I want to try. They have a few Iranian dishes as well. Love the menu selection. We ordered the Dolmeh to start. They were honestly my least favorite thing I tried but they were still okay. I ordered the combo plate with the beef and the spicy chicken. The beef was good but the spicy chicken was better. Next time I'd like to try the lamb kabobs and the salmon kabobs. Everything was cooked to perfection and was overall really tasty. For dessert we tried the Persian ice cream; I loved the flavors; it was really nice with the rose water and pistachios. I would def come back when in the area again.

Extremely overpriced for a terrible experience. Baba Ghanoush was probably the worst I've ever tasted. Their kebabs are good, but their "house special" braised beef sabzi was absolutely horrendous. Tasted exactly as it looked, like biting into nothing but sour herbs and with maybe 3-5 small pieces of actual beef. If it's $30 for an entree, don't give us water that would make Flint Michigan's water taste like a delicacy. It's also silly that their tables are smaller than the actual booth seats, and they reserve a whole booth for employees during dinner on a Saturday (weird). $180 lesson for us as we were looking forward to trying their dishes. Marked to avoid for us.

LEGIT FOOD! Wish pricing was a little less. Service was good and everything we got was fantastic.

Looking for something new to try in north Dallas we stumbled upon Platia Greek Kouzina in Frisco…read morejust across for the Stonebriar mall. Given it was 12:30pm we were happy to see this place was quite full but still had a table for the 2 of us inside. There is a terrace which might be an option for our next visit. Yea you read that right, we will definitely be back. For lunch we ordered the octopus appetizer which was nice a tender, perfectly grilled and simply served with the most perfect vinaigrette. Nothing more than a little squeeze of lemon over it and you could have brought me a dozen more. But we had to save room for our mains. I chose the gyros salad and my wife the baked haddock with Greek potatoes and string beans. Both dishes were perfect. Not too fancy and just what the doctor ordered. Overheard several tables around us that they were repeat customers so we must have stumbled on to something good. So if you are thinking Greek, check this place out. You won't be disappointed

We enjoyed Platia tonight! I haven't had much Greek food, so it was a fun experience trying…read moresomething different. I ordered the Pastitsio with potatoes and gigantes. The main dish just wasn't my favorite, but it wasn't because it wasn't well made, it was more of a texture preference for me. The potatoes were a little overcooked for my liking, although a friend at our table said his were great. I did, however, love the gigantes! Our table also shared the Trio of Dips (tirokafteri, hummus, and skordalia), the moussaka, the Brazilian steak, and the Aegean stuffed pepper. The tirokafteri and hummus were both delicious. The skordalia wasn't for me, but that's simply because it's essentially a chilled potato dip, not a reflection of the restaurant. The Brazilian steak was fantastic, great flavor and cooked perfectly. The stuffed pepper and moussaka also got a thumbs-up from our group. I believe our server's name was Uli, and he was good. He took the time to explain several dishes. Greek food probably isn't at the top of my personal favorites list, but this one was ok.
