Stopped here with a few friends on a Monday night. I felt overall it wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be. There's a decent go kart track, lots of axe throwing, a decent size bar, arcade games and dining tables. They had it decorated really nice for the holidays. There were signs that said to order food/drinks at the bar but we stopped at a table to look over the menu and a waiter came over and served us. We ordered drinks - 3 different drinks and they all were terrible. Tasted cheap. I ordered chicken nachos and fries. The fries were good. I'd pass on the nachos. My friends ordered pizza. One said it was good, the other said it tasted to earthy- personal preference. Overall I wasn't too impressed with the food. It was happy hour and they had a few deals going on. The waiter was super nice and attentive. Overall it's a bit too pricey for what it is. The quality of the food and drinks weren't great so I'd probably pass on going back. We came here for a work event and had a wonderful time. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, knew what they were doing and kept the event rolling. Go-Karting was so much fun. It was explained wonderfully and they offered us a championship round as well. We all got timed arcade cards, and we ended up adding more time because there was just so much to do! We also did axe throwing, staff once again explained it great and made sure everyone was safe along with live darts. Staff were all extremely flexible for all the time I asked if we could add time, add a game, or move schedules. Food was wonderful we did the event burger bar, wings, corn dogs, and Tator kegs and have zero complaints. the environment is very fun, clean, and opening. I would recommend this place to every office looking to get out and have some fun team bonding. read more

Whenever I go here, I always get the fried pickles which comes with a white dipping sauce. This place is really fun since there's a bunch of games that are interactive and it's meant to give state fair vibes. They have axe throwing, a bar area, and regular games all throughout which I think would be fun for a date night or group activity. As far as their food and drinks don't find anything unique or phenomenal but they do have a good selection of little appetizers to eat while you're playing. read more

Every year we try a new holiday pop up and this year we decided to give Fair on 4 Winter Wonderland a try! The decor was fun and festive and wow is this place huge! It was seat yourself tables and they had tons of seats open on a Sunday late afternoon. Our server was attentive and the food came out super fast. They had a large menu of food and drinks to choose from on their standard menu and a few choices on their holiday menu. We decided to get holiday drinks, a special holiday menu item and something from their standard menu. Food was flavorful ( especially the Cubano sandwich) and the drinks were strong. A little overpriced ($75 for our 2 drinks and 2 entrees) but to be expected from restaurant in the Mall of America. That's a dang good sandwich....oooh weee, I didn't know it was gonna be that good but it exceeded all expectations in flavor!! The Buffalo wings were gigantic, I didn't order them but they were like that giant ruby in the cave of wonders that made Abu steal the treasure, they were calling my name. Then to find out it was house made blue cheese....ya'll I'm coming back!! The four of us had a an awesome time going for the kill shot (literal name of the blue dot on the board) and there were at least three other groups of friends having a great time. Here's...the mother blanking tea....this is place is awful. When it's open, and that's a big when, the go carts aren't. My buddy does comedy every now and again at the house of comedy and regardless the time of day we seem to try to go this place, it's closed. It's closed, or the go carts are closed, or both. To further complicate this, the one time we snuck in before they closed at 10pm, more than half of their machines didn't work and they wouldn't let us throw axes despite there being more than a half hour left before close. There must be some sort of secret key to getting in, or some sort of calendar I'm somehow missing. Maybe it's like a speakeasy and you have to know the password. Really wish I could comment on the food, but I can't. Can't even get a beer here let alone some food. In short, don't count on going. Plan an alternative just in case. read more

Arcade, gaming, and carnival themed place located on the top 4th floor next to hooters. I went in right when it opened and the person at the front right when you enter was super unfriendly, on his phone, and seemed like he wanted to be anywhere BUT there. Luckily I just went straight to the bar and ordered the pickle chips to go. The two people at the bar were friendly and had my order out quick. These were pretty standard for a carnival themed snack. It surpassingly had a good amount of pickles in one order. Some were so juicy I noticed that the batter was falling off on a few of them. The Batter was on the thinner side, which was less crunchy, but I didn't mind because it didn't distract away from the acidity taste of the pickle. I do love the addition the white dipping sauce adding to the chips. This would be a fun place for a date night of a night out with friends and the concept of adding a fully equipped kitchen and bar into the quark on elevates the place as a whole. read more

We booked this as a team activity and since we were already in the mall it was a very convenient location for us . The space is huge and apart from the go-karts , it has arcade ,an axe throwing arena along with a bar and kitchen . The weekday pricing is slightly cheaper than weekends . They registered us and had us sign waivers and then we had to wait a little bit before we could go in . The go karts are electric and FAST ! It took me a while to figure out how fast they could actually go and by that time I had been certified a slow grandma by the rest of my teammates lol . The turns are sharp and need fast maneuvering . The whole experience doesn't last more than 15 minutes but since the tracks are indoor and not that big , it does get boring after a while .The staff was alright - they weren't super friendly but did help when needed. read more

Loved everything about the Fair on 4, and the people working there are even better. When racing the Go-Karts the people working them were awesome, to name them, Conner, Chris, Wyatt, and Sapon. The track itself is very nice and complex with lost of turns and hairpins, plus an up ramp and down ramp (which was my fav part). The one nit pick I have is that the track itself was not wide enough to have overtakes, but that's just me. Overall its a must visit. read more

You can walk up to the bar to get drinks and sit in their "patio" area, which is nice for a more lowkey get-together. This place is a great concept. I won a contest on Instagram for a gift card and was REALLY excited to come here. I was told to ask for a manager and they would set me up with the gift card. The manager was skeptical and treated me like I wouldn't be spending any money so I was worthless in his eyes. I felt like I had to prove that I won so I'm embarrassed and scrolling through my instagram messages and showed him that I had been corresponding with the official FaironFour page. When he gave me the gift card, I said thank you (I was trying to salvage the experience!) but he wouldn't even make eye contact with me. It really damaged the overall experience. We played some games (which I paid for myself because you have to use cash or card) and just felt really crummy the rest of the time. What a concept!! It's like an adult amusement park complete with a FULL bar. Axe throwing, electric go karts, pinball games, and more. On this visit we were just taking a drink break while back to school shopping, but glad we checked it out. Super cool menu that focuses on State Fair type goodies (cheese curds, mini donuts, etc...). We saw them coming out of the kitchen and they all looked and smelled delish. Our bartender, Phil, was awesome too. Jovial dude with personality to spare. Made an on point Bloody. The service was awful, the employee's simply don't seem to give any further information. We have tried reserving spots over 4 times and they've either told us "we're closed" or "we have a reserved for a private party". Today we were finally able to reserve and once we told them we finished the waiver, they told us to come back on a specific time and didnt tell us to pay at all. Once we came back, they tell us we had to pay before the specific time and refused to accept the payment and telling us the spots were all closed. Yet she has the audacity to show rude behavior and give us no information, we've asked mutiple questions and we still aren't able to get in. Honestly, i'd recommend go-karting somewhere else or eat better food in a different area. The ambience is just bad and the employees just don't care at all and barely show effort in customer service. I hate to say, but even employees working minimum wage give better service then these employees. Highly DO NOT recommend go karting here, don't waste your time. we're staying here at the moa for nye and decided to come here new year's day! we came in around 9 and sat at one of the many bars! everything in the mall was closed but they were still open! such a fun atmosphere to be in! tons of games and activities you can do. great drink options and really unique ones as well! the drinks we got were great! and the burger and chips were amazing, along with a side of onion dip which was actually so good! the pizza was sooooo good highly recommended! we highly recommend getting adults only milk and cookies drink, the boozy donut float, and the creamy root beer rum!!! 10/10 will come again when we take another trip to the mall of america! we're from chicago! read more

Walked inside to request go carting and I came across the rudest woman in the front desk. When asked about services she rolled her eyes and looked away as she started flirting with a coworker. Then I asked how long do I have for go carting she said "not sure". My wife then proceeded and asked how many minutes and she replied with 7 and rolled her eyes and looked away as she had just ignored my question. Then my wife asked what time do you close because we wanted a few laps of go carting as it was 7pm and the mall closes at 9pm. She replied with, "ugh when you're done". I've never came across such a rude individual in my life as the one I did today. How can you treat a client/visitor the way she did!? No respect, no customer service and complete lack of professionalism. I highly do not recommend coming here to have a good time with your family because if you come across this woman's disrespect, you will leave disgusted and astonished at the poor lack of quality and service. Went here on a retreat with my internship & loved it! The guy in the axe throwing area was super helpful & would even correct us when we didn't throw that well. For many of us, it was our first time axe throwing, so it was very much appreciated to have correction. CON: Did go carting, which I have done at other places. It was very hard to steer & too many sharp turns for it to really be an enjoyable track, personally. The trick with the go cart was you had to go fast for the turning to be easier, which I tried & didn't work out that well for me. I would say you would need some experience go carting before doing it here. read more

We did not eat here, but did the go carts twice. They are fast, the equipment is in good shape, and it is a fun track. They only get 3 stars from me because they are not good at pulling slow drivers over or pulling them off of the track if they obstruct everyone else. At $25 for 7 minutes, it feels like a waste if you get stopped at every lap for a driver who is in the way. My son called the manager afterward to ask about a free try next time due to a very slow driver who kept having to back up. He was told they only give refunds before the race starts. So basically, no matter what happens you can't get compensation. Just decide if it's worth your money, or only go if you have your own group. read more

We used The Fair on 4 for a work event the first week of May 2022 and we had such a wonderful time. We had so many compliments from the attendees and would highly recommend this place for both a night out and private events.
