Mackenzie, Kelly, and the other ladies we met upon arriving to the shop greeted us with so much enthusiasm and kindness! Before we even stepped foot into the shop, our bikes were already conveniently sitting outside the shop, ready to go. Everything is so well organized from the tools they provide (i.e. Storage bag on the bike, water bottle holder, bike map) to the instructions they give. Mackenzie gave us the run-down on which trails and Wineries we might want to visit during our ride which we appreciated greatly. The views and the vibes you get while biking on the scenic trail along Dry Creek Road are so worth it. I would highly recommend booking with NVBT as you will not regret it. I bought four tubes, paid for two, and had four flat tires on my first ride out. At first, I thought it was my own faulty tire, so I had an employee at Ken's check it out. It was fine. When I gave Ken the opportunity to make things right, he said flatly, "There is nothing I can do, your tire is bad." When I showed him the receipt from his store the previous day, saying the tire was fine, he still stated there was nothing he could do. I will never use this store again. Let the buyer beware. Poor-quality merchandise, even worse customer service from the owner.
