He took the time to listen to my entire experience without interrupting, never made excuses, never shifted the blame, and immediately accepted responsibility for what had happened. He told me the situation was unacceptable and that his only goal was to make things right. That level of accountability is incredibly rare today. Too often, companies look for reasons why something isn't their fault instead of focusing on their customer. Leo did the exact opposite, and it completely changed my opinion of FairLease. The true test of any company isn't whether everything goes perfectly--it's how they respond when something doesn't. FairLease proved that they stand behind their customers. They listened, took ownership, communicated honestly, and followed through. I've financed vehicles through several companies over the years, but this was my first lease, and it ended up being one of the best customer service experiences I've had. From beginning to end, Christy Burke at FairLease was exemplary! This was our first time to lease, so needless to say, we had multiple questions and wanted all the details before we signed the agreement. Christy was not only professional and very knowledgeable, but we truly felt she took the time to get to know what our needs were and what our long term plans were for leasing vs. buying. She was beyond patient, because we took almost three weeks test driving three different models at three different dealers in the area. Christy gladly arranged our visits with her fleet managers and kept us updated on communication about the vehicles and options. She was extremely patient, as we took weeks to deicide and she never, ever pressured us to hurry up and make a decision. Ultimately, we found the car we wanted and are very happy with it. She even worked with the fleet manager to get photos of the car we wanted sent, so we didn't have to make a second trip in making our final decision. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had over 40 years of buying cars. We all know the experience and we all hate it. I worked with Sharon and I had to do very little, actually. Which may be why it turned out so well :) Sharon was helpful and patient with my poor knowledge of cars and the process. Many emails bounced between us over a few days as I found my way with her help, and yesterday they delivered the RAV4 to me, just a few days after I first called. I had to return my previous car by March and was in no hurry, but the process was so smooth we were able to wrap it up quickly. Usually when buying or leasing a car through a dealership, you have to deal with the salesperson, then they of course have to check with the manager at some point. And when you finally end up that part, you have to go deal with the Finance guy, where they wring out the rest of your patience. UGGGHH!! Nothing like that with FairLease. Everyone is very nice, no pressure, only help. They really do seem like they are there to help you, not themselves. Of course, they're in a business, not a charity. Our entire experience with FairLease has been surreal from start to finish. After dealing with too many greasy and money-greedy car salesmen, we found Fairlease thru Yelp and checked out their website which was very impressive, and turns out they practice what they preach! Save yourself time and aggravation and call FairLease, we didn't know that "honest" and "car sales/lease" could co-exist until we walked into their office. My wife and I are presently leasing our fourth vehicle through FairLease. The experience with each vehicle has been very positive. We have found that if we tell them what our preferences are as to vehicle, payments within our budget, etc. they go to work immediately and find exactly what we want. The present vehicle, which we leased in October 2018, was handled by Terry Hill. We told him the make and model of the vehicle we wanted, the colors we did not want and we could not be more pleased with the vehicle he found for us that fits within our budget. Terry handled the whole process professionally and in a timely manner. We have been so pleased with our experience with FairLease that I am not sure that we will ever buy from a dealership again. Jay Stauffacher was an absolute blast to lease with. I read the reviews and heard the commercial's before calling. I looked on the website to see what consultant I might want to work with. I choose Jay because of his love of hockey. Same day on the site, I started a chat, and Jay is the one who answered the chat button. Figured that was a sign he was our guy. We told Jay what we wanted and the price range we wanted to stay in. He got the car I wanted in the color I wanted, in the price range and payment ranged we wanted. WHO could ask for more. Got approved for a car loan, then yall tried to high pressure sale me on gap insurance (total scam) and then tried to hard sale me a $2500 warranty. IDK what your sales people are getting but they are supposed to be on the customers side. My guess is they approved me for a car loan, then tried to get the loan just a little higher with their pitch and then just sale the loan to another company the next day for a couple points profit. My question is what are you employees getting to try and pressure me into gap insurance and warranty. Worse than the car dealership trying to rip me off. If I am only approved for $35k then how are you going to add $3,000 in gap and warranty into my loan that would be well over $38k now. SMH read more

This was my first experience with FairLease and leasing in general. I had many questions about leasing. Don Eric Mayes was very courteous, professional, and patient with my uncertainty during this process. He went well beyond to find "my" Lexus. It took about four days from start to finish (yes, I'm a little picky even with the limited inventory). He kept in touch several times a day by text, calls, and email. This was my second lease in a year. It was such a good experience with my truck that we wanted to get my wife a car. Working with Dan F. has been a great experience both times. He does all he can to make sure you get the car you want. They give you a fair value for your trade in and in both cases got really good deals on our new leases. Plus they send you cookies a few weeks after your purchase :) But really, it really beats the traditional way of going to a dealership and having to spend 6-8 hours of your day there. If you hate going into the dealership to sit for hours on end, then definitely use FairLease. It took the hassle out of the whole process. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because it was a little difficult to get what I felt was "full disclosure" on the terms but I eventually got them after I persisted. Overall, it was an easy process and took out so much of the hassle of dealing with the sales people and finance people at a dealership. They also delivered my car to me at my job so that was great!
