I was referred to FairLease by my credit union after, based on the poor reviews of the 3 major lease services in Houston, I asked them to give a name of an honest service. Enter FairLease. I could not be more pleased with their performance and especially my agent, Tim Spotts. He found the exact Jeep Gladiator I was looking for and had it delivered to me within one day. As a retired engineer and teacher, I value people who follow through on their word. Tim and FairLease are that. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to lease a vehicle.

But working with James Yowell at Audi McKinney (Sewell) was the complete opposite--it was genuinely a great experience. From the start, James made the process easy for me, my wife, and my son. He was patient, professional, and took the time to make sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. No pressure, no confusion--just straightforward answers and a focus on making sure we got exactly what we wanted. James dealt mostly with my wife, but his patience and kind attitude went a long way. We ended up purchasing an Audi S5 Sportback for my wife, and she absolutely loves it. James made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth, simple, and even enjoyable. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire buying experience a pleasure. If you're in the market for an Audi, or even something else since they sell used cars too, I can't recommend James and the Sewell team in McKinney highly enough. They truly deliver the kind of service you hope for when making such an important purchase.

I was having an odd issue with my car -- and it wasn't fixed like the other dealership said it was. Because I couldn't wait 3+ weeks for a loaner car from the other dealership, I came here. I didn't realize that Sewell has more loaner cars than all other area Audi dealers combined (I think I got that right...). They hooked me up ASAP with a loaner, and had my car for a week. They were thorough and patient, and found the issue -- and fixed it for me. A couple weeks later I came back to have them do my annual state inspection as well. Manny and Michael were both great to work with. This dealership has complimentary WiFi and water, separate enclosed kids' rooms, and enclosed areas to talk/work with your assigned associate. You can make appointments online--or not. Up to you. Highly recommend Audi McKinney to care for your German machine!

From the moment I chatted with Amon and then Steve on the phone, I was impressed with their service. They fit me in same day for a free suspension inspection, and the staff took the time to document their findings with pictures and video. This was super helpful for understanding what was actually going on with my car. While they pointed out a few small areas that would eventually need attention, they reassured me that it wasn't urgent and that I didn't need to replace anything right away. They not only saved me a significant amount of money, but their friendliness and professionalism made the experience even better. I specifically worked with Steve, Amon, and Jonathan, and all three were very knowledgeable friendly, laid back, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I'm not surprised about the other awesome reviews as its clear they truly prioritize great customer service. I left feeling relieved and also confident in their expertise, and I definitely plan to return for any future auto repair needs. If you're looking for an honest shop that provides fantastic service, I highly recommend Aloha Auto Repair! Thanks so much, Steve, Amon, and Jonathan. I really appreciate y'all!!

We went to Oklahoma on June 5th and stopped at a store on the way back. When coming out of the store....... my wife noticed liquid was on the ground under the front of my car. We opened the hood and saw some radiator fluid near the radiator. I noticed the cap was crooked and when I went to take it off it was barely hanging on by the notch of cap on one side. I was lucky it didn't fall off when driving it. They didn't even put my radiator cap back on and just set in on the fill up hole. After my oil change, they gave me quotes and problems they found on the car. They said I have an empty coolant tank .They wanted to charge me do a test on the radiator to see if I have a leak. I said no. When we found the cap was not put back on I looked at the coolant reservoir and it had coolant in it so that was never an issue. They just making stuff up to make money from us customers even if there isn't a problem. Once again I will never take my car back to Aloha again and I would suggest be alert and make sure you check your car over if you do take it to them. NO MORE ALOHA for me....this last experience with them along with the price they charged me for my oil change and rude comments from manager pisses me off.

We had a due bill for a few items after the sale, and they did an outstanding job. The work was completed efficiently, and the car looks even better than when we purchased it. The sales experience itself was more mixed. We came in with a very clear objective: we had a firm budget and were focused solely on the out-the-door price. We communicated that from the beginning and were consistent throughout the process. The initial numbers presented were nearly $2,000 higher than our target, so naturally there was some negotiation. What surprised me was a comment from the sales manager that seemed to place blame on us for the price we were offering. Our negotiation was respectful and non-confrontational, and Matt handled everything professionally. The sales manager's response felt unnecessary, especially given how clearly we had communicated our goals. It came across as petty and out of touch with the tone of the conversation. Ironically, we ultimately agreed to a price that was about $350 higher than our original target. Despite being heavily involved in the negotiation, the sales manager never came over afterward to shake our hands, thank us for our business, or help close the experience on a positive note. For me, the car-buying experience is about more than the final number. It's about how customers are treated throughout the process. Matt understood that. The service team understood that. Unfortunately, the sales manager missed the mark. That said, we're happy with the vehicle and appreciate the efforts of everyone who helped after the sale. Matt: thank you for your professionalism and genuine desire to help customers. 5 stars Service team: thank you for the excellent work and efficient follow-through. 5 stars Sales manager: I appreciate the hustle, but a little more self-awareness and customer focus would have gone a long way. 2 Stars

Someone from the Service Dept said VERY COLDLY " We can't uninstall it. Do you want to talk to Finance Dept?", for which I asked " I am not financing with Toyota or this dealership. What does it have to do with your Finance Dept?" He refused to answer my question and said coldly, "I'll transfer you to the Finance Dept." Then, without me agreeing or even letting me finish my sentence, he put me to the Finance Dept, which didn't answer their phone 4 times. Later on, I also had to call the Finance Dept to ask where my registration was because they blew past the legal 30 day deadline to file it. My suspicions were confirmed when I finally received the registration and saw a late fee penalty in the itemized charges. No one in Finance ever picked up the phone to explain why they failed to file on time; it just goes to voicemail every time. This is a huge red flag. Dealerships often delay these filings when they have internal cash flow issues or major back office disorganization. My car buying process was relatively okay, other than the typical salesman tactics (which were a lot, but expected, I guess. For example, the actual document's fee you pay is more than what is shown on the invoice you sign at the end. The form you sign says the doc fee is $225, which is right on the state mandate maximum amount. But you actually paid more than that on another copy of the invoice. The dealership add ons. etc. ) which I was able to see through it because I was prepared. But I feel like there definitely is something fishy going on with their GPS tracker (CarRX). Why is the Service Dept so defensive about a GPS tracker on a car I already bought? My lender doesn't require it, yet the dealership is acting like it's state secret. Why are they so desperate to keep a tracker on a car they no longer own? Or are they trying to keep tracking me and keep selling my data to make more profit off me? Emm, food for thought. I was going to give this dealership a 4 star. Because everything was fine with me until when I had this rude encounter with the Service Dept and the non-responsiveness from the Finance Dept.

However, my disappointment began about six months later when the alternator failed unexpectedly. This location advertises a "limited lifetime warranty" on some parts. In the case of an alternator that would be 12 months, but when I contacted them about the faulty alternator, I was told there was nothing they could do because we had since moved. This left me with no support and forced to pay for another new alternator out-of-pocket. Alternators should last much longer than six months, so I was shocked they wouldn't stand behind their warranty or make any effort to help with the additional costs. I felt let down by their lack of accountability. If they're using parts that don't hold up, they should either reconsider their suppliers or at least honor their warranty terms more consistently, even in situations like mine. Because of this experience, I can't recommend this location, and if you're considering them, you might be better off looking elsewhere for a mechanic who truly stands behind their work and warranties. At the very least, they should have honored their one-year warranty as promised.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP - A COSTLY NIGHTMARE:…read more This dealership sold me a vehicle that was a ticking time bomb. Within weeks of purchase, my Jeep began showing serious mechanical issues -- including a failed head gasket, cylinder problems, and other major engine failures. These were not minor wear-and-tear issues. These were catastrophic failures that no reputable dealer should have overlooked, let alone sold to an unsuspecting buyer. They assured me the vehicle had been inspected and was in good condition. That was a lie. The repairs ended up costing thousands of dollars (almost $10,000k in repairs), and the warranty they sold me conveniently excluded coverage for the most expensive repairs. When I turned to the dealership for help, they were evasive, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility. If you're thinking of buying from this place -- DON'T. You could be walking into a financial trap with no safety net. I have filed formal complaints with state and federal agencies due to their deceptive sales practices. This experience has been mentally, financially, and emotionally draining. Protect yourself. Take your business elsewhere. This dealership should be avoided at all costs.
