I waited a year and half to get my tesla. The delivery was for Friday but got delayed. So on Saturday, an hour to the delivery i got a call from Tesla, there was complication with third party paper works and delivery was delayed...i was in tear. I left a desperate voicemail for xcelerate on Saturday and did not expect respond as office is closed during the weekend. But i got a call back from Deb on Saturday afternoon. She was so kind and patient to walk me thru step by step in the process. She even worked on Sunday to make sure i would get my car deliver. I did get my car on Sunday.     Went to Chevy El Dorado for the 6.2 engine recall. During the diagnoses they said I needed 2 tires…read moreso I agreed to get 2 tires, an alignment, and rotate the new tires to the rear. I picked up my vehicle on Thursday at 4pm and went straight home. I have a work vehicle so my personal vehicle stayed home Friday. While running errands on Saturday I heard a loud metal object hit the bottom of the vehicle. I pulled over and couldn't find anything. Proceeded home and heard the right wheel knocking when I turned. Took it back to Chevy el dorado and was told oh everything we did was fine but you are missing at bushing bracket. We can take care of that for $300. I don't believe in coincidences, just be honest and say I'm sorry about our mistake and we probably didn't tighten the bolts to the bracket and will take care of this for you. Once I left, I received a call from the manager Robert and he listened and understood that it could've been their mistake but it's hard to say. He was kind enough to take care of this issue! Their spam number keeps calling me trying to sell me a new vehicle so they clearly have my number. We will be trading this vehicle in for either a BMW or Cadillac due to the awful Chevrolet service department. My husband's business will also not be buying any company vehicles from either based on their lack of service

    I visited this location today to question why a mobile deposited check written to me from another…read morecredit union had a 7 day hold on it. I worked with customer representative Ashley and she was as helpful as she could be. She referred me to branch manager Chris. I had called the toll free line several times trying to resolve issue, thus my case was well documented. When Chris attempted to help me, I became very frustrated that he did not care what a member was experiencing but what was documented. As I tried to explain the situation, Chris resulted to the same tactic I received from the toll free number, my check was on hold for security purposes (but I showed proof check had cleared). The other institution had a hold on it (but you had already made partial funds available). I was told that I had never done a mobile deposit to NFCU (I produced check that was mobile deposited and proof from other institution NFCU had indeed processed check). Told I should I reach out to my previous financial institution to get proof the check had cleared, I became really angry because as a member I should not have to gather proof, when NFCU was holding the bulk of my deposit. After Chris contacted the other institution and confirmed check had cleared, he then preceded to release the funds to my savings account, be mindful, I had a balance 3-4 times the amount of the check I was originally trying to deposit. Frustrated because it was my money, I left the institution without further words, only to be met upon exit from Chris, with a very sarcastic "you are welcome." I am welcome? It's my money and I was simply trying to get it released for the deposit. The frustrating, conflicting answers (from toll free number), and time to visit a branch location didn't warrant a thank you. When you are servicing a member, you should always be attentive, helpful, and open to their needs. While this institution and location is very convenient to my home, but being a disabled veteran, I will continue to evaluate my standing as a "member" to determine if this is indeed the credit union for my financial needs. And if anybody in this institution tries to say I was argumentative, rude, or disrespectful, on the phone calls, release the audio or the video at this location as evidence to support your claim.

    **** BUYER BEWARE ****…read more What started as a great experience quickly turned into one of the most concerning vehicle purchases I've ever been involved in. I was specifically told the vehicle had brand-new tires on the rear and their vehicles are in excellent condition as they deal with a lot of online and out of state purchases making it hard for customers to see and test drive first. After taking delivery, I discovered the tires were nowhere near new and the front ones were a huge risk (see pics below). Being misled about a safety-related item immediately made me question the accuracy of everything else I was told. Things became much worse when the financing issues started. The dealership later contacted me and said the deal needed to be re-contracted because the lender requested proof of income for my wife. I've requested to see the submitted documents to the lender as the application we submitted clearly stated she was a home maker with $0 income. During that process, I was instructed that if the bank called, my wife needed to tell them she was self-employed and earning $4,000 per month. The 3 re-contracts has caused me to pay my next payment for my trade in out of pocket to prevent a 30 day late mark on my credit. The problem is my wife is actually blessed to be a stay-at-home mom. She does not have to work, is not self-employed, and does not have her own income. To make matters worse, I later learned the vehicle had a CarFax report showing moderate damage with an accident reported. The whole underside of my front bumper is trashed with shredded fiberglass. (See pics below for crazy amount of damage to the bottom of my front bumper). This information was not presented to me before I signed the purchase documents and took delivery of the vehicle. In fact, I was not made aware of the CarFax report until after I had already signed, funded the transaction, and been in possession of the vehicle for approximately five days. Had this information been properly disclosed before the sale, it absolutely would have impacted my purchasing decision. The difference between the communication before and after the sale was night and day. Before signing, I received constant communication and immediate responses. After the deal was funded, support became nearly nonexistent. Between the misrepresentation of the tire condition, the financing issues, being instructed to represent income that did not exist, learning of a moderate damage CarFax only after taking possession of the vehicle, and the complete lack of post sale support, this has been one of the most disappointing automotive transactions I have experienced. I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to inspect every inch of their vehicle, independently verify all representations, obtain and review the CarFax before signing, and carefully review every document associated with the transaction. Based on my experience, I would not do business with this dealership ever again.

    THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME if you want to sell your car for a good price without getting the run…read morearound. Long story short I found a car at a different dealership that was hard to find, they were a bit stiff and offered me below value what KBB said I could get for my great condition low mileage car with premium package. The dealer where I was getting the car I wanted (I'll just say it - Audi Plano!?#$% Avoid them at all costs if you want a FAIR deal) they offered me a RIDICULOUSLY below average amount - what KBB suggested. I walked out frustrated and tired physically and mentally. Thank God I noticed Carmax nearby and thought Why Not? I walked in, there was very much a dmv feel to it Lots of people, sitting everywhere, lot's of traffic in and out. There was a monitor with peoples names/appointment times at the front desk. I thought, wow how am I going to get an appraisal on a weekend with all these people? When it was my turn the guy was very nice and said no problem, we can do that for you and he re-directed me to the business window which was nearby. I was still skeptical and cranky given what I had been through at another dealership. Business desk had a lot going on too, but they seemed to be in good spirits with each other and the people who approached them! Complete opposite from previous dealer. I was greeted by Micah (sp?) who was seemed relaxed despite the busyness, she told me how appraisals worked in a matter of fact way, when I hesitantly asked how long all this would take, she quickly said it should be no more than 30 mins with a confident smile. I was still skeptical but refused to give away my car for the measly amount the other dealer offered me. Well, I went to the bathroom, people watched and yeah about 30 mins later, she came back with my appraisal quote! way more than MORE than what the stingy dealer down the street was offering me and ABOVE KBB !! If I didn't want the other car so bad at A/P, I would've gladly told them to touch grass! But unfortunately they had what I needed. I would have felt much better to have bought from Carmax, everyone I encountered there was friendly, professional and got things done in a great amount of time! I want to thank Micah again for being so patient with me and explaining things while I was under great personal stress and timelines as well (death in the family, trade in car papers expiring etc). I sold my beloved car to Carmax in Plano, had a GREAT experience from beginning to end and wanted to let them know I appreciate them being a positive part in such a stressful weekend for me.     What an easy and great experience to sell my old car. Went on line saw how much they would offer…read moreset up an appointment and less than 30 minutes later walked out with a check. Staff all friendly and respectful. Large clean show room. This was easy the price they gave me fair.

    I bought a 2018 Subaru Outback 4/30/26. I refused the…read morewarranty but the Dealer added in anyway. The next day I protested and a new contract had to be revised by dealer. It was and my dealer sent new contract to Capital One, I've been on the phone with them every day for an hour. They keep pestering me to sign up to their site for new auto account. I refused until they showed correct dollar amount financed. I have been trying to solve this problem since 5/1/26 and they cannot set-up my auto account. User name was rejected, they say they will clear that. Today I got all the way to user name and password but showed my phone number as wrong, which an Agent named Anika, from presidents office noticed but never corrected. Now my first payment is due in 5/12 and they can't correct my phone number for 7 to 12 days ( past my due date). Anika from so called Presidents office gave me her private phone number with Ext. O to directly reach her. It was total B.S.; the number put me through their boiler room of agents who don't speak clear English. Capital One Finance is a Cluster F##ck of incompetent employees and you have to tell the AUTOMATED SYSTEM requesting AGENT several times before you're connected to an agent (never same one) with terrible English. I have a credit card with Capital One for 10 years and have no complaints-very professional. I recommend finding your own finance company and be pre approved before dealing with Capital One before purchasing car. Even though my contract was changed within 24 hours on 5/1/26, the change has not been rectified and when I thought all was resolved, their site shut me out to create account for auto-payments simply because they wrote down wrong phone number. WHAT THE HELL.!!?? They are incompetent CLUSTER F# # K S !!!
