We've also had items delivered a couple times, and they're always well packed and in great condition (not melted) when we receive them. They are very friendly and extremely efficient in handling our business. The kids love their shave ice, even our staff members love them! I've had the opportunity to try them on this last visit. I like how ordering on the app for pickup is a streamlined and simple process (for group orders too!) There's create your own poke, sushi burritos, or nachoes or you can go with a recommended preset. Avocado is not extra!! And there are lots of unique options from rice noodle base to crawfish as a choice of protein. ~$20 for a large bowl with 5 scoops of protein is a good price to me.
