Not only did I get the cake and the candle, but the employee helping me asked what the occasion was. After hearing the story, he offered to add a custom message to the cake, even though I hadn't asked for it. That small gesture meant so much and made the person receiving the cake incredibly happy. It was the kind of service that absolutely deserved a great tip. Thank you for going above and beyond. Unfortunately, I don't know the employee's name, but he was working the evening shift on June 23, 2026, and was a tall guy. I truly hope the managers recognize and appreciate employees like him, they make all the difference.
