We went here to purchase my daughter's baptism dress, the owner Marta was very nice and inviting. She has a good selection of dresses available and even brought me out 3-4 books with more selections. I asked if I could try one on my daughter and she pulled the dress out right away and handed it to me and even let my daughter walk in the dress. She brought everything right out to me, we purchased the beautiful dress, shoes, socks, under garments and candle set. If I ever need a dress for an event I know I will be back here. DO NOT EVEN GO!!! If I could give a 0 rating I would. I am a Maid of Honor (MOH) for my BFF. The wedding is just over a week away in Oct. and this place has been a nightmare! Martha took our measurements in Jan. for 7 custom dresses in the bridal party for $400 each. The lining was to be done in Aug. That should have been my first clue. We have 2 that live out of town and had to send in their measurements. We provided a photo of what the dress was to look like and the bride picked out the material. The first issue is their attitude and customer service. They do not make appointments for the weekend, no exception even if you live an hour away or will be coming in from out of town to try things on. They don't actually make the dresses, they are just shopkeepers. They take your measurements and deposit, then send it out to be produced. They do not take any responsibility for the poor craftsmanship. One dress that was sent out of town looked like a sack. there was no shape and did not resemble the sample at all, Because they did not take her measurements, Martha said out of her own mouth that she is not responsible. She through the bridesmaid and the bride under the bus for this mishap, but assured us that our dresses would be right. We had the exact same ugly dresses when we went for our final fitting just 12 days before the wedding. They were so bad that there were too many things and too many dresses to fix, that the husband just threw in the towel and said we are just going to cancel this order. He did refund all our money but we are left with less then 2 weeks to find dresses. this was a waste of time and gas to drive over an hour away to the shop. read more

AMAZING!!!! Saved my daughters senior prom. I highly recommend this place. We went in without an appointment looking for something we had in mind but couldn't find exactly what we wanted anywhere. We also didn't want something that looked like anything you could go pick up in the store. The customer service was outstanding!! They offered to order anything we found we liked but after listening to our ideas and theme suggested we try on a dress displayed on a mannequin. It was perfect!!! Even better than what we were actually looking for. I will always go to this place first after the amazing service we got and the amazing dress that was specialized just for my daughter. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I ordered the most simplest item and they still managed to mess it up. Ribbons for my brothers funeral. I needed 600 memorial ribbons. 300 with one text and 300 with a slightly different text. I paid a flat fee for all 600 ribbons. I got a call that the ribbons were in so I went to pick them up (mind you the funeral is in 4 days). I walk in and the lady tells me she took it upon herself to make 2 different style ribbons. When I asked why they looked so different (one style looked very nice and the other very plain and sloppy) I was told "too bad I ran out of one style ribbon so I had to make due with what I had". So unprofessional I am so disappointed and upset. I can't get them remade anywhere else to match on such short notice. How insensitive and rude, no kind of customer service at all. She said "if u don't like them I'll give u ur money back and u don't have to take them". How insensitive and incompetent. DO NOT COME HERE. They don't care about their customers AT ALL. I give them a negative 5 !! My neice bought her prom dress from them . It had to be ordered we paid extra for the altering and steaming. ( I believe that the grease is from the sewing machine )When we went to pick up the dress Tuesday before the prom . It wasn't pressed we waited took it home she tried it on. Grease spots all over the front of the dress . They said not their fault we just picked it up from them !!! I wish I'd read the reviews before i came to this crappy store. If you want disorganized ghetto ppl in charge of your special day this is the place. They never answer the phone. They say they'll have the dress ready... make you drive an hour or two.. then don't have the dress ready. We called 4 days before picking it up just like we were told to do. An older lady repeatedly asking "you have an appointment" hence, it was my first time visiting the store so the first thing I do is look around. I'm here for my daughter to try on dresses, she stated unable to do that! What? Waste of my time and appointment, should of told me that when I called to schedule an appointment. We came to Fairy Tale Bridal 1 week before our event.(we cancelled our order with another store last minute) We had to order 10+ men suits for a Quinceneara. This included 2 adult suits too. Joey and Andres presented excellent customer service. They went beyond their call of duty to come to our home and measure our boys. The suits were available within 5 days. They were clean, sharp and exactly what we were looking for. They were professional and paid close attention to our needs. The store is clean, fresh and well organized. They were very welcoming when we walked in the store and greeted us with great energy and started to help us right away. We also appreciated the many variety's of dresses they had to offer us. My experience with this shop was exemplary! I have no complaints everything I ordered and requested was promised. I came here for my daughters Sweet 16 Dress which for us it was basically a Quince type of event. The party was 09/01/19. I had gone to LA two times looking for the perfect dress for my daughter but the gas, traffic and drive time going there was a hassle. Luckily we found this little gem in downtown Fontana. We ordered my daughters Dress at a great price within our budget and even a bit cheaper than some LA dress shops. The order was placed ahead of time because if your familiar quince dresses do take awhile to arrive in any shop they will tell you to order 3-6 months ahead depending on the dress. We already came in knowing the style and color of dress she wanted. Martha right away assisted us. We found the dress in the catalog and ordered it right away. When the dress arrived we had a fitting for any alterations. No charge for alterations which was great. Although it didn't need much altered just a strap a little tighter. Not only did we order my daughters dress Martha made her custom artificial bouquet, and pillow to match. We also ordered a gorgeous Tiara, Bible & Rosary from here. They offer a package deal also, But we ended up only ordering things we really needed. Cash and Card are accepted. To top it off my daughter found the perfect dress for ME it was a dress on display. It was everything I was looking for champagne/gold color, and style. Again Martha made a slight alteration for me it was a perfect fit. The earrings and necklace we also purchased here. Martha was able to provide my daughters dress all steamed and fitted sooner for a planned photoshoot we had scheduled a month half before the party. They do offer a lot. I've been looking for my dream wedding dress, and I found it at a boutique close to home. It was kind of expensive but I thought it was worth it. This boutique in Riverside, I won't say names had horrible customer service, out of the 10 stores I've visited it was the worst. I then called around to see who had the best deal on my dream dress and came across Fairytale Bridal in Fontana. I found it convenient that at Fairytale Bridal I did not need an appointment to come in. Everyone working in the store was very nice and helped me out a lot. They had a lot of catalogs to look through and nice examples all over their store. So far, my first visit was great. We shall see how my second visit goes which is due in May or June. read more

I had came here before to ask for prices. I gathered up my bridesmaids and came in to order their dress. Andres (owners son) was the only one there at 11:30 am and he was a sweet dude. He's really down to earth and easy to work with. He listened to what my girls needed and was great help. I happen to find my veil here too while looking around. The dresses I got my girls were only $87 with alterations and shawl, and the same exact dress at Pomona Indoor was $125 not including alterations. So that was a deal. I purchased my wedding invitations and wedding gown with Fairytale Bridal, I was very thankful to work with Martha and Jesse from the beginning. Martha was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the invitations. She had great suggestions and ideas which made it really easy picking out what I wanted. The invitations came in a timely manner and were ready for pickup. I had a specific dress in mind when I went into the bridal store. Luckily they worked with the vendor and were able to order my dress. My dress came in a few months later and was exactly what I wanted. They also did the fitting and alterations which was convenient. Two weeks before my wedding, my dress was ready for pick up and it was ironed and ready to go! I have had a great experience with this dress shop! I went in looking for a non traditional wedding dress and found the dress of my dreams on my first visit! I saw this dress on display, fell in love, and ordered it! Now unfortunately the dress was not available to try on in my size on that day but Martha found something similar for me to try on before ordering the dress! When the dress came in it was so beautiful and I worried that the dress might be too heavy and contemplated taking some of the "poof" out. Martha told me to try it once the length has been altered and said I still have time to remove some of the poof if I decide after. Well I'm glad I didn't because she was right! Once altered, the dress fit perfectly and didn't feel as heavy as it did before! I'm so glad she advised me against it because the dress would not have the same look. This place is awesome. Located on a block with competitors literally doors down, this business is going above and beyond to satisfy their customers. We tend to wait until the last minute for everything so picking up the tux was no different. The tux was fitted perfectly and went from the shop right to the party. So a day before the big event he went to try it on, not only the color was wrong but it still didn't fit him. However, the place was closed so he couldn't go back and get a new one. so on the day of my quinceañera my chambelan de honor had to where a borrowed suit form one of my uncles. Came here to look for a prom dress for my daughter and they were very helpful. We then went to downtown LA and found the perfect dress, but the price was very high. My daughter remembered seeing the dress brand in one of their catalogs. We called gave them the style number and brand, they said that they would check to see if they could get it and price. They called us back in 10 mins and quoted half the price. We left LA and went straight there for Martha to take measurements to ensure the correct size and confirm photo. Paid a deposit and as promised the dress arrived 2 weeks later. Included 2 fittings and added straps. Dress and service was wonderful! Will be our go to store for special occasion dresses. I want to start by sayin this is by far the most unprofessional, rude, and very unethical customer service by the owner Of this store! Her name is Martha, I will break down my situation, we paid in full for the limousine service for our Daughter 15 party and they did not show up. This put our daughter and everybody else in very unpleasant mood and situation, we where late to place where we had planned to take pictures and late to the hall it was just a mess. We had to scramble for rides. Can you picture this situation happening to you? We where very civilized and calm when we called the store to speak with Martha, she lied to us by saying the manager or owner wasn't in when indeed we where speaking with Martha what a scam bag! And than the person on the phone said we will call you and call was returned. So we decided to drive to the store and guess who we spoke to there, it was the scam bag of (Martha) why did she have lied to us over the phone that's shows she doesn't care about her customers! So we politely ask her why didn't you guys show up? She replied this is not my problem it's the limousine service problem and we said but we paid you in full and we dealt with you she said well I can return you the money and we replied by saying that's it on your part? She said well I can't do nothing else, I was like really wow! Unbelievable and keep in mind this is the owner we dealing with. And we replied we are going to sue and she replied I don't care do what you want I don't care! She started screaming and going all crazy!!
