I called this company based on the "good" reviews but that is all a facade. After talking with them about getting an over priced estimate from another company he was all to "happy" to help me out. Set up a time to stop and.......complete no show. The name of the company, Faith heating and AC......have and hold to that faith that will actually show up, be dependable, and actually do the work. I called again thinking the outcome will be difficult and nothing. I called a few more times trying to get in contact with someone but I guess he screens numbers because as soon I called from my daughters phone he answered the phone . Quickly diagnosed the problem. Provided a temporary fix and gave me a reasonable quote for a permanent fix. He was back out in two days with all the parts. The BEST !!! This company is fast, efficient, affordable and most of all honest !!! My mother's A/C was not cooling. A friend highly recommended Faith. I called after lunch and spoke with Joe, and he was able to come out the same day at 5:00. Joe arrived on time with a well-equipped company truck with tools in hand. He was very courteous and polite. He came in and inspected the interior and outside units. Joe was very thorough in his inspection, and within 15 minutes, he had found the problem, He was very patient in explaining to my elderly mother what the problem was and how he would repair it. He gave us a quote to fix the problem before beginning any repairs. I was pleasantly surprised at the affordable price for all the parts and labor. He went to work, and soon had the A/C cooling. Faith Heating and AC is as good as it gets. I went through 3 bad AC companies during a massive remodel before I found Joe. My house was fully gutted and partially-framed... with over a dozen new AC ducts installed poorly by other companies. He took the job and gave it 100%. He removed all the sub-standard components previously installed and he started fresh. Installed a full house duct system, return air system, air handler, and outside unit. I can be a pain in the butt with my requests to double the sealant, the tape, the putty, etc... but Joe handled it well. He did everything I requested. Since the remodel was slow and comprehensive, the AC system had to just sit and wait for many many months while I finished building. Finally, after I finished sheetrock, I called Joe to finally fire up the unit. He showed up a few days later and got the system working. Even after he had been paid in full many months earlier.
