Since the first time it happened to me (4 or 5 years ago) I called Gabe's Priority AC Service and they've been my go-to ever since. This morning as soon as I noticed my A/C wasn't working I immediately called Gabe and was able to get someone to come to my house at 10am. The guys that stopped by were very professional and immediately knew how to fix the problem. We have had heaters down due to burnt wiring, thermostats gone faulty, and revisits for items to be fixed covered under warranty. On previous occasions they have refilled freon, changed filters, and done tune-ups on my HVAC systems. They respond timely and provide very clear and well documented reports even when I am out of town. They have done HVAC reports for me for home insurance underwriting requests. He gave me a 30 minute window, and arrived about 5 minutes after the window of time had started. This is a big deal to me, because other repairs usually give you a 4 hour window and then don't show up until the end of the window. I told him the problem we were having, and he took the plate off one of the switches and proceeded to test where the problem was coming from. He narrowed it down to a specific light switch (which happened to be 3 light switches in one box. It took him about an hour to fix the problem, and then we had power! He was very friendly, and did not make me feel like my problem was a waste of his time. He was so easy to work with that we will probably have him do some work we'd like done.
