The set I came in with was 6 weeks old (and NONE of it had chipped off). Within 24 hours, the thumb on my nondominated hand was already chipping off. While I was there the techs were talking about how one of them overcharged another customer. The tech put magic removal on my nails to remove the prior gel, and my nails were curling into themselves. It was a little painful. If the manicure had lasted at least two weeks, I would have been fine to come back. Just a note, if you run into concerns of no return calls after leaving several voicemail messages, reach out to the restaurant and ask to speak to a Manager. My aesthetician who's name I want to say was Jenelle was very attentive. She asked about any skin care concerns I had, be sure to note any products you are actively using on your skin. My facial was very soothing and relaxing and the spa is kept at a quiet volume so there are no interruptions. I will definitely be back for a massage and more facials in the future!
