She was very professional, fast, efficient, and did an amazing job on my nails! She noticed I had cat eye already on my nails, so she asked if I wanted to do it again, and when I said no, she didn't try pushing any designs or up-charges on me. She let me pick my color and was super nice when I was a little indecisive about the first set of colors that I saw. She was quick to show me more colors. My tech was nice enough and didn't make me uncomfortable when I wanted to change my color. I wanted a simple rounded nail but the tech never asked me. I kept thinking we would get there and refine the shape but we never did. Instead she just cut down my pinkies (leaving them square) and painted the other nails without shaping them. I should have asked her to fix it but she didn't even ask me how I liked them and I figured I could just deal with it. To top it all off my gel builder cracked and peeled off less than a week later on two different nails on two different hands. I don't even think it was gel builder at this point because it normally stays on a while. I'll skip this place going forwards.

The nail techs are really talented and confident in their work, which makes sense because they always seem busy. One thing I've noticed though is that when it gets busy, they can work a little too fast which leads to over filing or being a bit rough on thinner nails and cuticles. I've found that speaking up and asking them to go gently usually helps, and going during less busy times makes the experience even better. My partner and I especially love going there for pedicures because it feels super relaxing, and they offer drinks while you're getting serviced which is a nice touch. Overall, everyone is accommodating and good at what they do despite occasional small misunderstandings. I personally enjoy the pedicure experience the most there, but for manicures I just make sure to over communicate what works best for my nails. In terms of design I have always gotten what I had in mind, which is why I go back.

She RUINED my natural nails that had been growing for over 2 years. The drill burned every finger and I continued to pull my hand away letting her know that the drill was too hot! My first appointment was with T. She was great! I then was with Phoebe. She was awesome as well. Another appointment I was with Kokes. She was fantastic too. Of those three they all do nails a little differently. Nothing negative. You just have to speak up and talk about what you are looking for in your nails, and find your tech. It's nice having a plan a tech, plan b... ect. I guess that's the military spouse in me. All three respected and delivered my wishes. I average a nail appointment 10-12 days because I have nervous energy and end up picking at them. I am also hard on my nails. I do housework, clean, cook, garden ect. I just like them to look nice. All three were ok knowing they would see my face 3 times a month. My money, my nails. I average $50-$55 for a fill. A little higher than I've paid elsewhere. I've never seen a price list for my manicure/nails. But, I enjoy the service and quality. My pedicure will run me $55-$60 today. I've enjoyed it so far. Overall, a wonderful place for your nail needs. I highly suggest making an appointment and booking future appointments. I've found my new salon.

The set I came in with was 6 weeks old (and NONE of it had chipped off). Within 24 hours, the thumb on my nondominated hand was already chipping off. While I was there the techs were talking about how one of them overcharged another customer. The tech put magic removal on my nails to remove the prior gel, and my nails were curling into themselves. It was a little painful. If the manicure had lasted at least two weeks, I would have been fine to come back. But since it started chipping almost immediately, it just doesn't seem worth it, in my opinion.
