Got a text this morning that confirming my scheduled an appointment to come up and take a vehicle today and that they were. Looking forward to seeing me. See the manager when I get there i was told. After an 1:45 hours driving there, immediately told that vehicle I came to look at was sold yesterday. But they had another one there I can look at. This is a blatant example of bait and switch. The manager didn't even have the guts to come over and talk to me. Bought a "new" 2024 Tundra1796 model 2 weeks ago. 300 miles on it. I asked Bryce is it perfect he said yes except for a blemish on the front bumper. They worked on it and sent pictures so I flew from texas to Vermont to pick it up. I get there I found 4 dings it the car. I got less damage on my 2013 ram than this truck had. Bryce says I guess I didn't see it because it's so clean. I bought the truck anyway I like the color but as I'm driving close to sunset I noticed a dent in the hood. HOW! Was this car repossessed and armed gunmen were thrown on the hood. They misrepresented the car online and in person. No better than lowlife used car lot on the side of the road. In November 2024, I traded a vehicle for which I had purchased an extended warranty in July 2024. The cost of that extended warranty was $1,245. I notified this dealership that I was requesting a refund for the cancellation of the extended warranty. It is now near the end of February 2025 and I have yet to receive the refund that I requested. I've sent numerous e-mails to the finance manager (at least a half dozen) and have had multiple telephone calls with the finance and general managers...all to no avail. Today, I received an e-mail from the dealership saying that they sent the warranty cancellation check not to me, but to the original financier of the purchase, TD Auto Finance. My purpose in writing this note is to put it on record that their post-sale customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced. My advice is to do yourself a favor and be very careful before you decide to do business with this organization. Once they get paid for your vehicle, they don't appear to give a $%&# after that. Bryce Sharkey and Patrick Caron were the 2 sales men's. I am very difficult to make a deal with cause I will not settle for less than when I want in a car. I went in there looking at a truck I saw on line beautiful truck however, I did not buy the truck I bought something totally different. I bought a Highlander platinum!!! has all the bells and whistles and things you you could ever think of!!!! My 2 guys when to work found it and got it all set and made all the numbers work. Finance guy had to pull some tricks too, he was a really nice guy very happy, friendly and sweet and he made number work out great. Thank you guys . I do miss ringing the bell when you made a deal!!! it is the bell is gone . I want the bell. That was really disappointing that the bell is gone. This is the second time I bought a car there Cobly was a salesmen and now he is a financial man. Cobly is great too!! I found this prius up for sale @ Faith's Toyota. Great price and a good history on it. Made contact w/ the dealer to buy it. They sent 3 pics of it, it looked great. They took the pics in their wash bay with the car all wet so it hid all the paint and body damage. The poor car looked like they parked it by brail as well as sideswiping it all done the passenger side. I asked if it had any check engine lights lit on the dash and they said none. I should up the next morning after a 2.5 hour ride one way. Saw all the damage as well as the hybrid system warning lights all lit. What a junker and major waste of my time. It's sad that a dealer can't be held accountable for lying to the public for false representation. They will tell you anything to get you to walk through the door. From the lies, to the dirty office space, and slimy staff this is by far the worst dealership we have had the experience dealing with. We were lied to, treated poorly but we are honestly happy we didn't end up doing business with this company. We were selling our truck to them, they had the VIN, pictures and we had multiple phone and text conversations about the vehicle, and the offer to us (which was pretty substantial) we didn't want to waste our time or theirs just to walk through the door and have everything fall through, they assured us it was a "sure thing". As soon as we walked through the door a salesman thought he was selling us a used truck. Then another salesman or manager talked to us and said "oh I thought it was a Lariat" then they offered us close to 10k less(we did NOT take that deal). If they would have been thorough and actually pulled the VIN and looked at the pics they would have realized it was not a Lariat. They would have saved us time and a huge headache! The deal was ok, an internet special. But, after, you may as well talk to the wind. I bought it on a Tuesday it was not ready, they said they would deliver it the next day or Thursday. That turned into the following Tuesday. Getting simple replies and straight answers and emails back were not forthcoming. It became very frustrating. Of course, you must pay the dealer document fees ( 599 dollars). Included in that 599 was a new inspection, too bad I live in mass, and it came delivered with a VT, inspection sticker. So, I had to bring to someone in ma., and pay 35 dollars again the next day. I am glad it is done any that any covered service can be any Toyota dealer. The bottom line is one if you buy there, hammered them for a great price, because number two after that you are on your own after that. ps,to get the warranty document from them, I had to involve Toyota, to get on them. read more

I recently leased a 2023 Tacoma from this dealership. It was the 3rd vehicle purchased through them. Previously I never had any vehicle serviced there. The latest lease is a TRD Off Road version of the Tacoma. When starting on a hill there was a strange clicking noise that sounded like it came from the transmission. I brought the vehicle in and road tested with a service tech where we replicated the sound. They scoped the truck, sent me home saying they would send the data to Toyota and then asked for the truck back the next day. Returned the vehicle (45 minute drive each way). After 2 more days called only to get the service advisor telling me he was out 10 days, "why did I bring the truck in." I have his VM telling me to. Then spoke with the owner explaining my frustration and that the service advisor lied to me. He was not very helpful. Finally got online myself to determine the noise is a feature of the off road version using the ABS to keep the truck from rolling backwards. Called the service advisor explained what I had learned, even referencing the owners manual pages and was told that I was not correct. They had a Toyota Engineer come to the dealership to look at the vehicle. He concluded the truck is behaving exactly as it was designed. They had my vehicle for 9 days and tore the whole rear end apart looking for something that did not exist. How can a Toyota dealership and service department not understand the functionality of the vehicles they sell? It appears this feature has been available since 2016, so it is not even something new. They are very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and cheap. I live out of the VT and bought a car from them because they told me that they can deliver the car to my home location. However, instead of delivering the car using the standard way for example transport car on a truck, they let someone drove my car all the way from VT to my home. When my car arrived, it already has about 269 miles on it, and covered by mud, have only half tank left, and had some scratched on the surface. A few weeks later, I also got a bill from E-Zpass asking me to pay for the fees this driver went through the turnpike. Not to mention the invisible damage this driver did to my car such as hard brakes and speeding. I complained to them directly and through BBB. They never resolved my complaint and said I should apologize to this driver. Never buy vehicles from them if you live outside VT! read more

We have to say that we were pleasantly surprised with the experience with Faith's Toyota in Westminster! The lease of our Toyota Highlander was almost up, so we began the search for our next car. We visited with a dealer here in Chittenden County and found a Highlander Platinum that was going to be coming in soon that had everything that we wanted. The guy at that dealership was great, but we were still looking around for the best deal. We came across Faith's accidentally via AutoTrader.com. After completing a form for more information, Amanda reached out to us and was our liaison with Faith's. We went back and forth about several cars, and came across the exact same Highlander Platinum (same VIN) that the our local dealer had. Faith's beat their price by $90/month! We shared the numbers that we got from Faith's with our local dealer, and they came down $60/month, but that still left them $30 a month more than Faith's. Truth be told, we hadn't heard of Faith's before, and were somewhat skeptical, especially because the dealership is about two hours away from us. Turns out that Faith's obtained the car from the very same dealership that they beat the cost on! Because someone from Faith's had to come get the Highlander Platinum, we asked if they could bring the car to our home so we could verify that it was a legitimate deal and so we could inspect the car and verify that it was what we wanted. The driver came by, allowed us to inspect it, and then drove it down to Westminster so that could do the dealer prep, etc. We signed the papers electronically that night, and planned to get the car the next day. We did encounter a hiccup when we were told that the car couldn't be delivered to us until the following day, which we weren't thrilled about - especially because we had already signed the paperwork. Our salesman, Trevor Kipp, came through, driving the car up himself and on his birthday no less! We've never bought a car via this method before, but I have to honestly say that we will definitely work with Faith's again. read more

One star because my wife got her dream car and is happy! But besides that, this place sucks! I bought a car from the back in April and had to have it shipped because I live in Florida. Jim and Bill (William) were so responsive and quick with all the details I needed prior to purchase. However, once everything was completed and down payment and financing was done they VANISHED! I could not obviously see the car in person so they sent videos and pictures (which were very shitty quality) and did not disclose any prior damage to the body to me! When the carrier dropped off the car he pointed out some of the damage that he recorded prior to taking possession of the car. When I reached out to JIM and BILL, they both ignored all my calls and text messages. Literally never heard from them again. What suckers! If you buy anything from them make sure you lay eyes on it and physically touch it because you'll buy a Toyota and they'll send you a Ford. Garbage. Dusty is a nice guy though as well as Ms Sharlene (she was super helpful after we ran into problems where car documents were sent to the wrong address). I dealt with Olivia and Bill the manager for 3 days about a truck in stock to get some figures worked out before I drove 2 1/2 hrs to buy the Tundra. I stressed many times that I didn't want to waste 6-8 hrs of my day driving and sitting in the show room if we weren't close to a deal. We got some numbers that we could start with but they wouldn't settle up enough to take a deposit. I finally agreed to drive over from NY to look at the truck and get an in person appraisal of my trade. In constant contact I confirmed the night before that I would be there when they opened the next morning they said great we look forward to seeing you. I was running 20 min late the next morning so I text Olivia at 8:30 to let her know and she replied thanks for letting her know and they will see me soon. I showed up at 9:20 and went inside with all my paperwork to have the manager come out and say sorry, we sold that one yesterday. I wish I would have been told in one of the countless messages so I wouldn't have wasted all my gas and time to drive so far. Very poor communication and terrible customer service. We have had 2 bad experiences with this dealership. The first we bought a 2016 4runner that was supposedly preowned certified with 20k miles on the vehicle. When it came time for warranty work we found out it was not and we paid for the work. We have since traded this vehicle back to them and they are now selling it as preowned certified with 70k miles on it. We had to over pay for the new vehicle because of uncertainty of the payoff. We have yet to see the check that owe us for compensation. Get everything in writing! This company does not care for their customers once the sale is done! read more

Overall they are very nice. Faith, the owner was down to earth and helpful and Bill the sales manager was also nice. Now for the negative, they advertise constantly saying $99 down and don't let your credit score hold you back. Well, I offered to put down $1,500 to $2,000 down and was told they'd get it done. Waited several days, and it was not done. They were not able to get me approved for a Toyota Yaris even though I earn a decent salary, have been working the same job for 11 years. Having hard pull inquiries on your credit score is a bad thing, lowers your score and stays on the credit report for two years. I'd recommend them, but feel they need to be more upfront about the credit and $99 down. I wasted around 6 hours total to be turned down for a very small car with plenty more than $99 down and have nothing to show for my effort and frustration other than an additional hard inquiry on my credit report that I didn't want. I'd give them two stars normally, but they are very good folks and I'm being very generous and giving them 4 stars. read more
