New addition to the menu
Carolen M.

Just a quick update as usual. We frequent Falafel Fremont at least once a month, twice if we're not creative with our lunch choices. On the previous time we came here, they had new smash burgers on their menu. So this time we decided why not? I got a double smash burger and my hubby the triple. It comes with pickles, sauce and cheese in terms of toppings. Nothing else. You have to pay extra for tomatoes, bacon, lettuce, and onions. Since we had some leftover spinach at home, we decided to just add it to our burgers instead of pay the extra $0.50 for lettuce. Anyhoo, It was kind of messy to eat. It had a lot of sauce and cheese oozing. Probably if I do get this again, maybe I'll just ask them to hold the sauce. The meat was nicely seasoned and charred well. I'm trying to see if I can compare it to just the plain burger and if I'd prefer it. Unsure. But my usual order is a hamburger no onions. Overall still our go-to for our hamburgers when we're doing our Costco trips. It can get really busy, so make sure to order in advance otherwise you will have some kind of wait.

A new addition to the menu. This chicken is completely different from what they usually offer. It's crispy on the outside and soft , juicy inside. It does take some time to cook to perfection but it's totally worth the wait. Highly recommended They also have a beef kobideh too, will try that next time inshallah

Yummy refreshing

Yummy tikka platter on door dash menu Tried today and the flavor is too good Also tried mojito in store very refreshing Smash burgers are also 1 of the best here with all their other burgers

Yummy, super flavorful burger. The sauce reminded me of Big Mac sauce and gave me instant flashbacks. The bun was soft, a little cold at first, but the patty warmed it up. I think it would be even better if the bun were lightly toasted. A little pricey, but still tasty.

Smashburger with Halal bacon!

Falafel Fremont recently entered the smashburger conversation, and that's where the menu really shines. The smashburgers (introduced in January) are the standout, with crisp edges, a juicy center, and customizable toppings that don't feel skimpy. The value is especially notable, with aggressive pricing that makes it easy to order more than one. While the menu still includes Middle Eastern staples, the burgers are clearly the draw here and the reason I'd come back. Service was efficient and friendly. Orders were taken quickly, food came out without much of a wait, and the staff kept things moving smoothly even during busier moments. It felt like a place that values consistency and speed without sacrificing politeness. The ambiance is casual and functional. It's not a destination dining room, but it's clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a quick lunch or an easy takeout stop. The focus here is clearly on the food rather than the atmosphere. This is a solid neighborhood option if you're craving smashburgers or Mediterranean comfort food. Simple, dependable, and easy to return to when you want something quick and satisfying.

Gyro Platter

Pretty delicious but did wait a long time for food to come out. I've had the gyro wrap and the gyro platter before. Both are equally filling. The vegetables always taste pretty fresh. We also bought a bar of their Dubai chocolate but very misleading cover vs. actual product. Was it worth $10? Not really. Wish this place was closer so I could visit more often but perhaps if I'm in the area next time.

Combo Platter ($17.99)

Falafel fremont has such an extensive menu, but they mainly focus on mediterranean food, pizzas, and burgers. To be completely honest, I found a lot of the mediterranean items here pretty dry -- including the gyro wrap, combo platter, and fries -- but the flavors were all great so I saw a lot of potential. If they just make the meat in their mediterranean dishes as juicy as their big boy burger, then it would be insane! We also had the small all meat pizza. That pizza is nowhere close to small and it was super loaded. One thing about this spot is they do not play about their portions! We finished with some hot Kashmiri tea and caramel peanut cake. I enjoyed the tea which was comforting after such a heavy meal, but the cake was a bit soggy for me. I overall recommend their big boy burger most! Upon entering, you order at the cashier up front and then sit down wherever you want. They'll bring your food to you. We ordered a lot and it all came out fast. Workers were really helpful and nice. Also lots of seating here!

Located in a small strip mall in Fremont near the Automall parkway / pacific commons! Enough parking spots too. My friends and I visited for a late lunch a few weeks back. We ordered the platters (pictured in the front is the chicken platter!) The food was relatively good, although their pita bread could be better (seems store bought maybe?) The service was quick, with water stations and plastic cutlery for customers to grab. I did order takeout recently and am docking a point because the white sauce (garlic yogurt I presume) had a funky smell... like it wasn't kept in the fridge? But still the takeout portions were fair for the price.

One of the best hidden places in Fremont for falafel. 1. We ordered Falafel Wrap.. Its really really good. 2. The ambience of the place is ok but their food is great. 3. The tables could have been more clean but because its self serve, I dont thi k people who eat there pickup all their left overa and dump in trash correctly. 4. We also ordered curly fries. They were awesome. 5. Note that they have ketchup and hot sauce are in top shelf of their refrigerator. Its hidden for newcomers if you dont know where they are.

Found another hidden gem. While searching Yelp and getting my nails did I stumbled upon this place. So good we ordered 2 in one week. Also they do delivery through Uber eats, score. I ordered the chicken pits, stuffed with juicy chicken, yogurt sauce, onions,.lettuce and tomatoes. Pita was nice and fluffy, chicken was super flavorful. Enjoyed every bite, it was so good that I ate the entire thing in one sitting. It's been a while since I finished a full meal. Bae ordered the philly pita, filled with beef/lamb bell peppers, onions and cheese. He loved it as well but did say the chicken was a little better. 2nd go around we ordered the same thing but added the cheese pita fries. Cheese sauce was gooey, meat was nice touch with a few jalapenos for spice. Everything has been good so far, can't wait to try more. Service is not as friendly as you would expect but I'm coming for the food.

Great Mediterranean food with generous portions. The gyro and combination pizzas are amazing--loaded with toppings! They also serve decent burgers and hand-slaughtered zabiha halal chicken. Plenty of seating and a large prayer area make it super convenient.

The live music and improvisation definitely made for a great vibe, and the restaurant itself has ample seating. However, while the atmosphere was a hit, the food left a bit to be desired for the price. The ordering process is straightforward. You order at the counter, pay, and take a buzzer to your table until your food is ready for pickup. Here is what we ordered: Chicken Fajitas Pizza (14 inch Sourdough Crust) This is a thin crust pizza featuring chicken, baby heirloom tomatoes, chile pasilla, red onions, and mozzarella, topped with cilantro. The housemade sourdough crust was nice, and the heirloom tomatoes tasted very fresh. Unfortunately, the chicken and toppings felt very sparse. It ended up feeling mostly like a cheese pizza. Given that this is priced as a premium pizza rather than standard fast food, I expected a lot more toppings. Sweet and Fire Wings (Flavor Number 2) The portion size was good, and the sauce definitely brought a nice kick of heat. This comes with ranch sauce. However, most of the chicken pieces were on the dry side. They were just alright, and I probably would not order them again. The Highlights and Extra Details Self-Serve Sauces: They have housemade sauces available for self-service. We tried the cilantro sauce and the orange sauce. The cilantro sauce was excellent and paired really well with both the pizza and the wings. Drinks: They have a selection of draft beers available if you want a drink with your meal. Parking: Finding a spot is very easy since there are plenty of parking spaces around the building. Bottom Line: A big shoutout to the musician who brought us through the door. While the music and atmosphere were wonderful, the food itself did not quite feel worth the money due to the dry wings and sparse toppings on the pizza.

I inside of the restaurant was small but had plenty of tables. It was a slow day on that weekday early dinner time. We asked to order our items for take out. We waited not too long as I remember. How was the food? Fried Calamari- for only being a couple minutes away I wonder why the calamari was already almost cold when we ate it. It was pretty disappointing. Maybe they just had it in the box while they waited for the rest of our order. I don't know. Flavor was good. Pizza Primavera - It was good, I was okay with it. The pizza dough wasn't my favorite but it was fine. White Pasta - I honestly don't remember what the name was but it was an item my bf ordered. This was terrible. Like there was too much roux to make the bechamel. It tasted of flour. Not much salt, not much of other flavors. Not enough milk and cheese and butter. He took a bite and put it down. Overall, glad we tried it but we might not be coming back. With the economy now, it's disappointing when the food is terrible for how much we pay for.

Our go to was Bombay Pizza House but its a little further and when my wife was recently craving Indian Pizza we decided to try Curry Pizza House again. The nice thing is they have personal size pizzas so we didnt have to order huge portions of the pepperoni or Hawaiian pizza the kids wanted. Second visit happened to be later in the afternoon, about 2pm. I got two slices of pizza, pepperoni and mushroom. Their slices are the New York style, although the crust is a bit more dense than traditional NY style, but I liked the flavor enough to overlook that. The price is quite reasonable too. They also advertise smashburgers on their signage, so I didn't feel like it would be proper to not also get one of those as well on my third visit. I just ordered online and took it to-go, but I had the same problem with nobody really being at the window when I got there. Luckily someone must have seen me standing outside and told the person inside. The smashburger was decent, and the fries that came as a side were perfectly cooked - they are the battered homestyle fry variety, but not too greasy or oily. I think the food here is good, I just think the posted hours could use some clarity. Spoke to Ai instead of a real person. Asked about their special and was told a managers special, 2 pizza, breadsticks, 2 cans of soda for $37. I asked what size pizza and they said large. I ordered the special and upgraded to cheesy garlic bread. Came in to pickup and they gave me 2 medium pizza instead of 2 large, total was $58. I told them my order was a large and showed them the text that confirms it was 2 large. They said it was a mistake on the Ai part. I told them that's not my fault. Pizza Hub decided to use a service that was incorrect. They should take responsibility if that service makes a mistake. If anything, call or text me that the order had an incorrect item. We did an upgrade to cheesy garlic bread, they decided to charge use separately for it but didn't include the breadsticks that came with the original manger's special. At that point I was ok to pay the $58 because we're from out of town and the pizza was already ordered and made. At least give us 2 large pizza and not 2 medium or a discount. I asked them if they could give me a discount for the mistake and they made it seem like I was the hassle for their mistake with the bait and switch. In the end they gave me $5 off. If I didn't speak up they would have sold me 2 medium 1 topping basic pizza and cheesy garlic bread with 2 personal can of soda for $58. Basic to the point you could go to Litttle Caesar and get the same combo for much cheaper. They also said they have a recording. I said ok. I asked for 2 mediums at first but when I ask about their other special I was given the managers special with the 2 large. I even asked in the recording what size pizza in the manager's special and was told a large. That's why I ordered the manager's special because it was going to be cheaper and with a bigger size pizza. Pizza (bread) has a good margin and you could easily give a discount especially for your mistake and lack of communication. All I wanted was it to be closer to $40.
