I went here for a transfer... but because my license did not match my address on the forum, I had to bring in another government issued identification. I also do not live within the city limits but was told since I live in Clark County I HAD to put I did after I already marked I didn't. What does that mean? I had to initial and date the change on the forum, again with the state name.. Normally on the forum I just write the initials for the state name, especially since my city name is over 10 characters long, there really isn't room. However, that wasn't okay, another change, initial & date. The staff was nice, but I felt like in multiple ways they made the transfer harder than any other store I've been too, and I've done a good amount of transfers. They get 2 starts because the staff was nice, 0 for store polices. I wanted to add, I don't know if them telling me to put wrong information the the forum is okay, even though I was told it was store police, that information is wrong! I hope I don't get into trouble for that. read more

Fallout Firearms is at a convenient location for me to pickup gun transfers. However, the two employees (one with black hair, the other has blonde hair). Must have received customer service training from Bevis and Butthead. The guy with black hair does try to be polite and responsive. However, the blonde guy is a know it all, that's quick to correct and express his (unwanted) legal/expert gun expertise. This same quick, snappy, belilliting, uncustomer service behavior "is common" at many other Las Vegas gun stores. And it is totally unnecessary. The firearm was well priced and they had it to their store in less than a week. The process was well explained and there were no surprises or hidden fees. Decided to stop by driving down craig walked in, there was used food plates in the gun shelf as well as open food on top of it, employees did not ask if i needed help. the selection of items was limited and when i decided to ask questions the white, blonde, curly headed man behind the counter was rude and disrespectful and did not seem to want to answer my questions nor help me. overall would not recommend coming to this gun store there are better ones throughout the valley where you are treated with dignity and respect and your money is used better. read more

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I've made more than one purchase here and one was a FFL transaction. Shop is always clean and the background process was fast and the prices are reasonable. The staff had no issues answering questions and explaining all the options related to my purchase . My wife made her first firearm purchase her also and she was able to find the firearm that best fit her with the help of Kevin whose full of knowledge. Sometimes we think we have all the answers but here you'll get even more information. Nice supply of inventory. The older man behind the counter tried his damndest to not provide any type of customer service. One word coerced answers when asking any question. It was a "Sundown town" type feel gun shop. Mike and the guys there are awesome! I have done a ton of business there and will continue to. The last time I went to bass pro shops their prices were ridiculous on their small inventory of guns and had zero ammo in stock. Even when they have it in stock it is overpriced. I will always try to shop local first! Fallout's prices and transfer fees are always very fair and hopefully all this craziness will soon end and it will get back to "normal" again. read more

I came here to get my firearm cerakoted and I received it back as shown on the pictures (8/16/17) after 2 and half weeks, no detail, horrible job done and was treated as it was my fault for not cleaning the gun before dropping it to get this done, which by the way I was never told to do so, as you can see there's no detail at all, color is not consistent and different shades of white , not to mention the speckles all over the gun that are highly noticeable, I tried talking to the owner but was not to be found, this is an unacceptable job but all I was told it was my fault and to take it home and clean it with (dawn) dish soap that "sorry" that's all we can do and if I wanted it done again I had to pay once again, I understand white is a difficult color to handle but if the job can't be done correctly then it should have been stated from the beginning which I was not told otherwise I would never have I left it, I brought 2 of my friends to get their Firearms cerakoted as well but once they saw my results they decided to retrieve their firearms and cancel the job, costumer service was horrible from the guy that did the job, I will not be returning nor will I be referring future business to this gun store. The only solution that was offered was to pay AGAIN for a job that should have been done correctly or rejected if it wasn't possible to begin with. read more

No complaints. After calling almost every gun shop in the valley they had the pistol I wanted and wouldn't have to order it. It's a small shop so a lot of their products are over priced but you can see why. So overall nothings wrong with the place, but I would recommend stopping by other gun store before this one just for your wallets sake. read more

Early 2016 I bought my first 1911 here and customer service was i would say fair. I arrived home with my RIA 1911 midsize 45acp in an aftermarket black plastic gun case with green painters tape on the side and written on it was the guns info to find out a 9mm 1911 magazine came with it. I called and drove back the next day and left with a unbranded 1911 magazine one of the employees gave me from their back room. Went to the range a week later and noticed the mag had a crack on the top rear left corner, took it in and walked out with a new RIA magazine they took from another RIA 1911 in their gun show case. Would have been nice if they gave me a FACTORY RIA GUN CASE too. I give them 4 stars because the price for the gun was awesome. read more

Paid $135 for a custom holster 4 weeks ago and was told it would take one week to make. I came in a week later to pick up my holster and found that the holster retention was loose. Next day, i returned to Fallout Firearms during my lunch break to chat with the holster guy and was told it would take only 10 min to fix. I didn't see the guy for anther 45 minutes, where he came back with my holster which ended up too tight to where my gun was difficult to release. I ended up having to leave to get back to work only to come back after work where I argued with the holster guy as he wouldn't give me a refund but promised he would re make the holster in 2-3 days. I agreed. 2.5 weeks pass and I have not heard from them. I came back to the store and my gun holster was still not ready. There was no apology, but they finally agreed to refund. And if they do have guns in stock they don't have the holster to it, and if they do have a holster it's not even for the guns they have in stock ! I wanted to give these guys a huge shout out! A while back I met 2 gents during a shooting competition and they told me about there gun store. A month or so went by and decided to go check it out. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I thought what a great shop. Another month or so went by and I was looking to buy a new firearm, once again they had a great selection and didn't try to up sell, but then again I knew what I wanted. Another month or so went by and 2 of my shotguns needed work. They took them in and got it done. The Professor, that's what I call him, not his name or nick name so don't go in and ask for him or they will look at you funny, he even told me how to do it myself. I declined and let them work on it. Now the reason that I wish I could give 6 stars is 2 reasons. 1: a customer came in to get some work done on his rifle because he wanted to shoot the next day, one of the employees took his own personal rifle and took the part off of his so the customer could go shoot!!!! 2: this is when I thought ahhhh here we go. Another customer had a display of handguns laid out from the high end to the low end. The question was asked about Hi points... (for those of you who know about guns you know the status reputation that Hi points get) I was expecting to hear all of the normal rehteric, but the employee said nothing negative about the guns at all and even told the guy about the lifetime warranty!!!! The store doesn't even sell Hi points!!! ( not that I know of) this told me that this establishment has integrity! Anyway kudos to all of you Tim, Mat, and thanx Mom for your assistance! !!!!!!
