When it does, good luck quickly getting out with a bagel or even coffee even if it is more crowded behind the counter than in line. Also, you're not getting a bacon egg and cheese here. They don't do bacon. I respect their personal views on that, but if you're going to maybe keep competition for a specific type of cuisine out of an area, you should probably make the cuisine. The last three times I went here I could not get what I want do to random closures, slow service, or the menu. I think this place used to have different management. I miss them.

Not that I have a statistic to offer, but most bagel shops I have experienced rarely if ever strayed from their main focus, the bagel. The bagel options are what we all have come to expect as to the choices., I went with an Everything, well toasted with pain cream cheese and as I grabbed the bag upon paying, the lightness of it was immediately noticed. When I opened up the wax paper, a very lightly toasted, undersized, bagel was staring back at me with no top down visual recognition of any cream cheese. Not to my surprise, the cream cheese was so minimal in quantity it was if it was spread with a twig. This is even after the manager noticed me taking a few photos. The bagel was sadly a total disappointment. To be fair I will review more items and update, as I feel (as I hope) I caught them on a bad bagel day.
