Best Haitian Beef Patties in South Florida!
Amber L.

The best Haitian parties in Miami. Period. I always get the beef. What elevates FB's patties over others is both the crust quality and texture of the filling. The crust is flaky and crunchy but not so dense as others have a tendency to be. And the filling... Mmmm! It's mostly beef instead of mostly beans. This is what makes their patties the best - you can taste and feel the meat! And the crust to filling ratio is perfect. One patty is like a whole meal for a dollar. So good! This rating is really a 3.5 because they always run out of freaking patties! Argh! It's because demand is so high, I get it. But geez. After showing up & leaving disappointed several times, I've asked them for the best times to come - 9am and 2pm. The 2pm is not dependable at all. 5mins after 2pm and all the patties might be gone. But it's a gamble my stomach is willing to take. Also, very important: there is about 5sqft of space "inside". Three customers at a time, max. So be prepared to stand in the line outside to order. And also be prepared to hold firm in your place in line - people like to skip. Natural peanut butter, a special Haitian candy and fresh baked bread are also sold here, in addition to chicken and herring patties.

ou konnen li nan bon lè ou wè moun ap tann nan liy.

What makes Haitian bread so different, is its flavor and dense texture.

Un angolo d'Italia a Miami che consiglio assolutamente a chi è italiano (e a chi ama mangiare bene). Tornerò sicuramente! As an Italian, I can honestly say that Rosetta Bakery Miami is a true gem. It's so refreshing to find a place in the U.S. that delivers the authentic flavors of an Italian bakery without compromise. Everything is incredibly fresh and high quality -- from the flaky, perfectly baked pastries to the excellent bread. Each bite genuinely brings you back to Italy. The space is warm and beautifully designed, perfect for a relaxed breakfast or a quick stop, and the staff is always kind and welcoming. A little slice of Italy in Miami that I highly recommend to fellow Italians and to anyone who appreciates great food. I'll definitely be back!

There's no seating and no public restrooms--just a straightforward counter for takeout or picking up pre-orders. On weekends, the line definitely snakes around the building if you don't arrive early, but they keep spirits high with a flavored water dispenser and the occasional sample to tease your tastebuds. From baked goods to breads to even some savory treats, you want to check this gem out! The baked goods are a total evolution of the craft. Their filled croissants are legendary, with the Dulce de Leche and Pistachio being absolute fan favorites that live up to the hype. If you're looking for their mini croissants, just keep in mind those are made to order. However, the true star of the show is the Pavlova. It is a next-level masterpiece, but it requires a few days' notice, so make sure to plan your visit accordingly. It's a hidden Miami treasure that proves you don't need a fancy dining room when the food is this good.
