The Good: *Family Spa was very accommodating. I came at 9:20 after a long work week and they set me up with no problem. The establishment is very very very clean! Room smelt fresh and linens looked almost new and crisp. My experience was an hour, on the dot, right from the moment my massage therapist first started. The Ok: *There was no form or conversation about what it'd like. My masseuse didn't take the time to ask if pressure was ok or where I'd like to focus. Instead I took the time during the massage to let them know they could apply more pressure and also where I'd like to focus. *I believe that maybe because of the time I visited, my therapist had a lack of energy. There were constant yawns and a misbalance of pressure from one side of my body compared to the other. *They did try and hit all the spots of your typical full body massage at similar spas. This was my first time and well worth the price you pay compared to other spas in the area. I'll need to come by again when it isn't so late. read more

Fantastic experience. I was able to walk in!! I called ahead, but they let me know they had anytime available. Flexibility 10/10 The staff is friendly and professional. English is not their first language, so some patience is needed while communicating. I got the 90 minute combination foot (30 min) and full body (60 min) massage. Amy did a great job, very strong and thorough. My room was very nice, clean and well decorated with digital fire place and room for a reclining chair for the foot massage. Angelina is the very nice manager. She recommended that we call one day ahead for an appointment to ensure no wait time. If you walk in there is no guarantee for immediate massage. I absolutely love this place. I come here if I am ever feeling tense or just having a rough week. Kelly and Lena are my absolute favorite masseuses. These ladies are fantastic at working my muscles and getting knots out of my shoulders, back and legs. Lena was specifically the masseuse I requested all during my pregnancy. She was careful not to put too much pressure on my body but did not shy away from helping alleviate my pain. Kelly I met recently and takes direction wonderfully. Came here for the first time and had an hour long massage. The studio was incredibly clean and quiet with a relaxing vibe. My masseuse was Coco, who I will definitely be requesting in the future! Aaron provided an incredible neck and back chair massage. The quality of his pressure and service was #1. He asked several times if the pressure was ok or needed changing. I needed a focus on my neck and upper back area due to stress. he did an amazing work up and makes me want to return more regularly to prevent the build up. I will definitely return and ask for Aaron. Like-wise I have been doing a lot of art, including knitting, sewing & crafting and added on the service of a hand and lower arm massage. They seamlessly moved me to another room with another massage therapist equally effective. I haven't ever had a focused hand massage and it made a difference. read more

My boyfriend and I have been here twice for a couples' massage and they have always been so good! The male masseurs are very polite as I have had one who actually left the room so I could take off my sports bra (I forgot to take it off) and the other one had made sure to cover his eyes with the blanket while I turned over on my back. I get very tense/ticklish in my mid-back, but they've asked to make sure I was doing ok and the pressure feels ok. It's very relaxing in there with the dark lighting and warmth in every room. They're pretty decently priced for the time you're getting massaged compared to other places. The only thing is both times my boyfriend scheduled over the phone, the lady never asks for the name of who's booking. I guess it makes sense if you're only booking a couple at a time, but just thought this was kind of weird. read more

If you are running late, give them a call. If you don't, they will remove you. You can pay cash or card. Parking was quite easy. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the lady at the front desk to check in. She led me to a room where I paid $60 per person for one hour full body massage. It was quite worth the price. I had a male for my appointment, great job! I was very tensed and he massaged my spots. After all, I felt relaxed. I would come back for another massage when I feel tense again. At the end, you are served with cold or hot water to drink along with candy to eat before you leave. Tips aren't required but I suggest you tip because these employees had done their best to give you the full experience. read more

Aaron is my favorite and Michelle too if you like someone to walk on your back. They really know what they're doing. Secondly, you have a private room with a digital fireplace which is a departure from other reflexology places. It's like getting a massage at Massage Envy, but for half the price so you can get a 90 min massage instead of 50. Last but not least (and I'm reticent to share), they almost always have availability within 15-20 of calling. I've done walk-ins before too.
