I recently stopped in to talk with Peter about a way to keep my nails looking neat and freshly polished. My nails grow fast and hard. I was constantly breaking them or chipping off the polish. He suggested Gel Nails. I chose the pink and white (French) look in a nice short length and am very happy with how they look. Peter is very professional. Highly Recommended!!!! This establishment is super clean! I love the fact that they open fresh nail clippers and files in front of you! Very sanitary!Employees are very nice and helpful with explaining different types of services they provide! And very attentive to all the guest as soon as the front door opens. Side note, this is the first nail salon I've been to that has a perfectly cool temperature throughout the place which is a big win for me. I write this as my usual nail tech voiced this to me out loud, rather loudly, in front of everyone today during my gel pedicure; tired and after work and me profusely apologizing for being late. Mind you I have been a patronizing client for probably over a year; every 14-17 days for a liquid gel mani and regular or gel pedi. I bring my family and refer my friends. I have liked my services. Recently, My great toes on each foot have required acrylic due to my own nails breaking so low for about the past 6-7weeks; every-time acrylic placed has come off within 5-6 days. They have repaired and I offered to pay for the 5-7 minute service, takes me longer to drive there, and if someone other than person I originally tipped, then tip again. Tonight she says you left without paying for your repair and I said excuse me and she said I walked out without paying. I advised no one met me at desk and was not charged before so did not realize and she continues you left before she could collect! It is a problem with your toes and the cost is $10 each time to which I said than fix it to stay on. Mind you my services and my husband's pedicure cost $221 before tip and $271 after tip and I had to return 6 days later. This is the visit before this one! The last thing I am is petty or cheap and her delivery awful. Tonight $133 with tip and only polish change and not refill on hands/nails and gel pedi. I am sure I can find another place to spend $400 in a month for my nail services; or at least pay someone who has more Tact while taking my money and caring about what I care about which is why I schedule regular nail visits!! The price is right, for a job half done. I was shown a nail color that was solid green with green glitter. However, what I received was only green glitter, applied unevenly. You could see my nail a through the color. I could have done a better job on my own. The edges of my nails were rough, you can feel the glitter sticking off the edges. This was my first manicure experience and I was sorely disspointed. EDIT: It's been two days and my nails are destroyed. The polish came up and peeled off. This is one of the worst experiences ever!! I took my daughter here today as treat. Her nails look like a 2 yr old did them. First the guy that was providing her service got up and walked out the shop with no explanation. One of his regular customers walk in for an appointment, he then rushes my child out of the chair and never filed, buffed or shaped her nails properly. The guy that did my nails shaped them wrong, messed up my cuticles and shaped them incorrectly. For $115 this was a total ripoff and poor service. Another customer had come in for a pedicure and fill-in and she had to remind them of her fill-in because they were booting her to pay. Terrible Service and technique. read more

Whatever you do, do NOT let them touch your eyebrows. I was very clear when telling her to please only shape them up. I even had a picture for her to reference the whole time. Called today to get last minute pedicure with my brother (his first time!). They took us in no problem. I had to wait awhile for my lady to be ready but that was okay. Ended up getting the deluxe. I wouldn't normally do this but he's paying!!!Diane (my brothers pedicurist) was awesome. Even though my pedicure started 1/2 after his, we ended at the same time. My lady was very nice but looked tired after a long day. They were supposed to close at 6 and here I sit at 6:30 just finishing up and the still have 4 people sitting in manicure chairs. My feet look great and I am very relaxed. The interior is very clean and beautifully decorated. Staff friendly. read more

I went there today for a manicure and that shelack Polish, gel polish however you spell it. I was greeted right away. The staff was very friendly and the salon was very fresh and very clean! Not the best polish job but I do have to say I'm very picky. Overall my experience was great and I will be going back! I'm looking forward to a much needed pedicure!! I've been here once and I'll never go again. All I have to say is DO NOT let Vu in the first station do your nails. He did a fill in for me which took an hour and 15 minutes and they didn't even look good. On top of that, he has ruined my cuticles. As he was doing the acrylic he constantly rubbed the acrylic liquid on my skin. Two days after I got my nails done my cuticles were itching and burning for days. I've been getting acrylic for years and this has never happened. I got my nails done here in July but ever since then, my cuticles have been peeling horribly. I don't think he knows what he's doing and I don't recommend anyone to get their nails done by him or to even go here period. (Pictures posted) read more

Very disappointed I was there from 3pm to close 7:30 I was there so long I left to take my girls home and went back mind you I live right around the corner maybe 5 mins before leaving I had sat in pedicure chair for 2 hrs pedicure was good then we got to nails could have bought kit myself and done the same quality as they did. I had to clean excess polish off my fingers. So, the place i usually go to was closed so i really needed a fill in for my acrylic so i tried to go to this place and was extremely disappointed. The guy who did my nails rushed me into picking my color by saying he had another appointment coming in, (who never came ;\) and while doing my nails he rushed as much as he could so that he could go back to watching football on his computer, and he went outside every 7 minutes to smoke cigarettes so i had to deal with that smell on my hands. My nails look terrible because he painted over top of them without wiping of the dust so my nails are bumpy and scratched. In conclusion, my nails look rushed and messy and smell like smoke so i will never go there again. read more

Have only got my eye brows waxed here, but the lady did a fantastic job! Most Asians take the arch out of the eyebrows and make them small and tiny in appearance. Not there she left the arch in my eye but cleaned up the area around my eye nicely. I am ALWAYS going back to her. It has taken me 3 yrs to find a decent eye brow waxer in the Myrtle Beach area. Not only that the salon doesn't charge much, only a $10 fee. There was no wait, the lady was nice and the Salon was clean (only been opened for two years) I recommend this to others as well :) read more

Just had a basic pedicure. The girl was friendly, (she never said her name...?). The pedicure part was fine. I'm concerned about cleanliness. She did wear gloves but, there was no liner to the pedicure sink. Tools were not wrapped prior to use. Files were not new. She "cleaned" the pedicure sink while my base coat dried. Four squirts of "cleaner" and wiped it out around my legs. Yuk. I will not be back. read more

Today was my first and last visit to this nail salon. Within a few minutes of sitting down the tech burned my finger with the dremel then not even a minute later he was using it on my thumb and it slipped. The dremel slid across the bottom of my thumb cutting a line across the thumb. Needless to say it was gushing blood. I about fainted. He put super glue on it and proceeded as if nothing happened. He charged me full price and offered me a discount on my next visit ( really?) Needless to say that did not sit well with my husband.
