It's been far too long for me to have taken to write this review! We live off of Highway 41 so the Family's off of Clements Ferry Rd is most convenient for us. We had never had their Chicago style, so that was our first try here! We got it to go and when we got home, it was still hot and Louis gooey cheesy and delicious! One day I stopped in and they had six dollar small one topping New York style pizza. Boy we were happy with that as well! We've only eaten in one time, but if we were to eat, and again, I love the set up of having a bar inside and a bar outside! We are bar sitters! You meet the most interesting people and see the most interesting sights when you sit at a bar! They even have the nice table set up outside as well as inside to enjoy their deliciousness! They have great local craft beer and they are all well worth giving a try! We were happy to finally have discovered our own Famulari's pizzeria!!! read more

Pretty good pizza, but understaffed during lunch led to a mixed experience. My wife and I went for lunch on a recent Friday afternoon and were greeted by a single host/server who appeared to be covering the entire dining room and outdoor patio. With a large corporate gathering taking up several tables, the poor guy was over his head. After a prolonged ordering period, the pizza that finally arrived was solid--baked well and fresh toppings (gluten free crust was particularly good). This was probably an off day for them, so will be happy to revise my review after my next visit, if warranted. (3.5 stars). read more

Pizza was amazing and service was great! It is a seat yourself restaurant and there's indoor and outdoor seating. The seating outside is covered and lights which makes the setting very pretty and homey. We ordered their beer called skinny vanilla latte which was amazing and tasted like coffee if you love coffee and beer you will love this drink. Always a red flag when a pizza joint has an absolutely massive menu. Focus on making sure the pizza is actually fully cooked before offering dozens of wild sauces. Dough tasted like Wonderbread, cheese wasn't melted in the slightest, and toppings were wet and tasteless. Only saving grace is the price. Relatively cheap, so I guess there's that. read more

We got 8 slices of pizza and it took 1.5 hours and it wasn't busy. My specialty slice the diavola was horrible and they were out of spinach for the other feta pizza. I don't write bad reviews but this was just frustrating. read more

What a welcomed addition to the area! Best news is they deliver--Yay!!! So far we've tried the burgers- omg yummy! These burgers are smash burgers- two thin patties grilled to perfection with a nice crispy crust. So many toppings to choose from. I highly recommend The Jimmy with double American Cheese, onions and extra pickles!! NY style pizza is a good thin crispy crust. Again loads of toppings to choose from, we've not tried the specialty pizzas yet. Mushroom and garlic has always been my go-to, especially when "good" fennel Italian sausage isn't available. We didn't care for the crumbled sausage, it was salty and no fennel. Plain is good and plenty cheesy as is. The cheesesteak is good- but we removed peppers and mushrooms and nacho cheese--American and onions only is the way to go!! It was good, but small for the price. The fries and pub chips both homemade are excellent and reheat well the next day! No pics to share of the pizza this time. Will add some with our next order. read more

Went last Friday had, Hope as our server for the second time she was great both times very attentive to her whole section. The food as always was amazing my fiance had the burger (which Iv been recommending to her) I had the meatball sub for the first time it was perfect not over seasoned I could taste every ingredient in the sandwich. This is a great little place to have a fresh beer and some good pizza. The service is mostly young college students and the seasoned staff overseeing. They do an amazing job of being welcoming and even have and outside rail along the bar that you can sit at to enjoy them meal and fresh air. My friends and I went for her birthday, the food was great -- nothing bad about that, but the service was awful! Not only did they mix up our order, which took over an hour to make, but they gave it to the wrong people. It took them double the time they said to make us a new pizza, and the servers were really forgetful, didn't know what pizza went to who -- or what subs went to which table. Meatball sub. Meatballs cut in half, obviously reheated and burnt black on one side. The sauce added to the top way too salty. The bread was also burnt. It was also small, which was ok became we threw it out. We took it to go otherwise I would have sent it back and left. We tried to give a new small business place some business and they feed us inedible garbage. Large pizza and meatball sub $36 . Would never go back and recommend to avoid. read more

So far, I've ordered from this restaurant 3 times. The first was a meat pizza and I enjoyed the pizza but it was a bit on the greasy side. The pizza we ordered is more of flat style and the crust is pretty dry. The second two times, I ordered a Stromboli with pepperoni and meatballs.... they were pretty yummy and I would definitely order again. That said, I wasn't super impressed but I would probably order again cause there are a not too many restaurants over here on Clements Ferry Rd. read more

Had lunch there today. It's 90 degrees outside and they have the front door open along with the garage type door for the bar. Temps inside were uncomfortable. Wanted to sit in a booth but both were filthy from the last customers. Once they cleaned them, sat down and ordered. While waiting for the food to arrive i noticed on the large window sill there were numerous dead flies. The concrete floor inside the restaurant had t been cleaned in quite a whil. Foo scraps, used paper napkins were everywhere. Once the food arrived so did the live flies. Why in the world would any owner have doors open with the heat and the flies so bad? This Pizza place just opened up on Clements ferry Road. We've been passing the location as they have been working on getting it open for many months and we're excited to test it out. I travel to Chicago for work often and always enjoy a good Chicago style pizza. I was excited to hear that they offered that. I've actually been here twice. The first time was for lunch with a friend. We shared a Chicago style pizza. It was amazing. However, I have to warn you, that if you order the Chicago style pizza, it will take 45 minutes to cook. The waitress did not inform us of this fact on our visit, and it caused us to not be particularly happy with the long wait time. But the pizza was so good, I decided to give them a second chance. I am glad that I did. I came back about a week later with my girls, and we ordered the Chicago style pizza. The server immediately informed us of the 45 minute cook time. We decided we had the time to wait and well, the pizza would be worth it. I will definitely be coming here again. If I feel that I don't have time to wait for the pizza to cook, I'll likely try to order ahead and have them already cooking it when I get there. I do suggest that you test out the place. The entire menu looked amazing. We also ordered the cheesy bread, which was delicious. We brought home leftovers and all of it heated up really well. read more
