Longer wait than stated online. Supposed to be ready at 7:15. I get here and am told 30 more minutes!

It's been far too long for me to have taken to write this review! We live off of Highway 41 so the Family's off of Clements Ferry Rd is most convenient for us. We had never had their Chicago style, so that was our first try here! We got it to go and when we got home, it was still hot and Louis gooey cheesy and delicious! One day I stopped in and they had six dollar small one topping New York style pizza. Boy we were happy with that as well! We've only eaten in one time, but if we were to eat, and again, I love the set up of having a bar inside and a bar outside! We are bar sitters! You meet the most interesting people and see the most interesting sights when you sit at a bar! They even have the nice table set up outside as well as inside to enjoy their deliciousness! They have great local craft beer and they are all well worth giving a try! We were happy to finally have discovered our own Famulari's pizzeria!!!

Pizza was amazing and service was great! It is a seat yourself restaurant and there's indoor and outdoor seating. The seating outside is covered and lights which makes the setting very pretty and homey. We ordered their beer called skinny vanilla latte which was amazing and tasted like coffee if you love coffee and beer you will love this drink. This is a family oriented restaurant and I will be coming back :)

Service was great and food tasty! Great burger for a Pizzaria and the wings were very good. The Greek salad was very fresh! A surprising find down on 41/Clements Ferry and glad to know it's an option for Daniel island to have.

What a welcomed addition to the area! Best news is they deliver--Yay!!! So far we've tried the burgers- omg yummy! These burgers are smash burgers- two thin patties grilled to perfection with a nice crispy crust. So many toppings to choose from. I highly recommend The Jimmy with double American Cheese, onions and extra pickles!! NY style pizza is a good thin crispy crust. Again loads of toppings to choose from, we've not tried the specialty pizzas yet. Mushroom and garlic has always been my go-to, especially when "good" fennel Italian sausage isn't available. We didn't care for the crumbled sausage, it was salty and no fennel. Plain is good and plenty cheesy as is. The cheesesteak is good- but we removed peppers and mushrooms and nacho cheese--American and onions only is the way to go!! It was good, but small for the price. The fries and pub chips both homemade are excellent and reheat well the next day! No pics to share of the pizza this time. Will add some with our next order.

Pizza is very good here but don't expect to pick up any order on time. Whatever they say on the phone or online, add 20 minutes to an hour.

We had reservations for a Sunday night, and our server Joe was quick to greet us after we arrived. He delivered friendly service all night, which began with a thorough knowledge of the menu. We had starters of rosemary focaccia and braised artichokes. The focaccia is a must order, it's so soft and delicious. It's served with 3 sides of olive oil, marinara, and my favorite whipped ricotta. The braised artichokes, was a pass for me. No flavor, too soft a texture. Their entree menu has a nice variety of house made pastas. We chose fusilli lunghi, and rigatoni bolognese. Both were delicious flavorful entrees, with the pastas served perfectly al dente. The rigatoni was made with spinach, and the meat sauce was meaty and with a balanced tomato sauce. We ended our dinner, with carrot cake and chocolate cake. Yum! The chocolate cake was amazing, it was moist, velvety, and rich in chocolate flavor. A round of espresso martinis helped top off our dinner, and we ended the night with a rich appreciation of this experience.

The building has an extensive history, even once serving as a Hebrew orphanage, to now being a beautiful restaurant. I got the almond sour (delicious) and my friends were pleasantly surprised they serve decaffeinated espresso martinis. My sister got a spritz, which she also enjoyed. I was also touched that the culinary team was kind enough to sign a birthday card for me. Our table also received complimentary cacio e pepe popcorn to snack on--yum! For appetizers, we got the tuna tar tar (Crudo di Tonno), the strawberry caprese salad, and some shrimp--all so delicious, that they FLEW off the plate! For mains, I got the Rotolo al Forno, which was VERY tasty. My friends got the chicken milanese, the Sorelle spaghetti, and the sworfish. For side dishes, we also got the meatball with polenta and some potatoes. For dessert, I got a complimentary birthday cannoli with a candle and the Limone (a berry and cream-filled dessert in the form of a lemon!) What. A. Meal!!! The food and the locale are just stunning. But of course, not cheap. As a whole, we paid a whopping $399.75 without tip! Was it worth it for a feast of glamour? I'd say so--but definitely not an every day treat unless you have the budget! Also, Lucy was our server and was exceptionally sweet and patient!

I only noted a small parking area off a very busy street (at least mid-day on Memorial Day) that makes parking challenging. They do have several fans keepin it breezy on the patio, so I opted for that. Turns out I arrived at the "in-between" time (around 3:30): they only serve pizza between 3-4. I wasn't in the mood for pizza, so my server, Sarah, said she'd be back at 4 to take my order. Whelp! 4pm came and went and around 4:06 I asked a hostess to flag her. She appeared and went past my table right over to a couple she knew to spend a minute with them. When she came over to the table there was no, "Hey I'm sorry I was late getting back." Just, "Is it 4 o'clock yet?" Oops it's 4:09!" It wasn't that she was a few minutes late; it was that she went to say hello to friends before she came over to take my order and when she got there, she was very snarky. Guess customer service isn't everyone's thing. The Rigatoni with sausage and fennel ragu came out soon and it was tasty- I thought maybe it would have too much fennel, but not so. Sarah checked on all of the tables around me, but didn't so much as glance my way for about 40 min. The food was fine, but there are too many other options to put up with this kind of service. I won't be back.
