My favorites are the Spicy Rock Shrimp, Prime Rib French Dip and love their iced tea and St Andrew's Root Beer. There are so many other dishes that my family members enjoyed crispy rice duo, Waldorf salad, ahi tuna salad and so many other dishes I want to try. The fly situation that they have going on in here is so intrusive and annoying. Mentioned this to the host and they were all aware of the serious situation and admitted that they have had exterminators there to assist with the issue. I told several people they should just go across the street and get the non toxic fly traps and put them up. It really bad. So bad that health department should check it out. We ordered a bottle of champagne prior to noticing the little bugs all up in our face. Had they shown us prior we would've left. We ate as fast as we could and took the bottle the go. This was a place that you can tell as soon as you walk in that the food is going to be amazing just by the delicious smell. For appetizers we ordered the grilled artichokes and the calamari. Both were delicious. Two of us ordered the special, which was branzino. I had mine with the grilled broccolini and it was amazing. The other person at the table ordered the scallops and they looked so good. The entire menu sounded amazing so it was hard to choose what to eat. I visited Pacific Table a couple of weeks ago while I was in town for a conference, and my cousin highly recommended it. I was excited to try the food, and it definitely did not disappoint. We initially had a server who did a wonderful job explaining the menu and answering all of our questions. We later realized he was simply helping another server, and once our assigned waiter arrived, we placed our order. Unfortunately, after waiting about 30 minutes, we learned there had been a mix-up and our food hadn't even been started. We politely asked about the delay, and that's when the experience completely turned around. Manager Kenneth delivered some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He immediately came to our table, sincerely apologized, took full ownership of the situation, and insisted that our meal was on the house. He also offered us cocktails and dessert while we waited. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern transformed what could have been a disappointing evening into an outstanding one. Kenneth personally brought our meals to the table about 10 minutes later, and they were absolutely worth the wait. The crab cakes were phenomenal--packed with fresh crab meat with very little filler--and the broccolini and sauce complemented the dish perfectly. The butter cake for dessert was the perfect ending to the meal. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it's how a business responds that truly matters. Kenneth exemplified exceptional leadership and hospitality, and because of him, our dining experience became a memorable one. Pacific Table earned a well-deserved five stars from us. This has become a great place to frequent for Happy Hour thanks to the excellent service provided by Leo at the bar. He is friendly and professional with impeccable timing. We have, for food, tried their HH specials to include the grilled artichoke, salmon skewers, spicy shrimp, and oysters. All of the offerings we have tried are delicious and beautifully plated. I had two happy hour meals there and some drinks. The skewer salmon and the California roll were outstanding. Both served fresh and perfectly prepared. The old-fashioneds were made with benchmark bourbon, which is a byproduct of Buffalo trace bourbon and those were outstanding too. The bar service was perfect. So I came here last night for dinner and the food was on par to the Fort Worth location. The difference was the service. We had a ton of different appetizers and entrees. All the food was very good. The fire alarm went off and it proceeded to go off for 15 minutes straight. We were told that there wasn't a fire and the storm set off a breaker. However there was a ton of smoke coming from the kitchen. Then the waiter offered dessert and said that the ice cream sandwich was made "in house". Really disappointed in Pacific Table. They seem to cater to what management wants instead of what their customers need or want. We went on a hot July night with another couple, and when we walked in, it was noticeably hot in the restaurant. Not just a little bit, but enough to be really uncomfortable. Everyone in our party was so hot that it literally interfered with our comfort and even wanting to be in the restaurant. I said something to the waitress about it being hot, and all she said was, "I know, right?!" She said they had relayed customer dissatisfaction with the temperature to the management, but the management took no action. This alone was enough to make me never want to go back. I don't want to sit in a hot restaurant, especially on a 100° evening in July in Texas. The other significant problem, as far as we were concerned, was that this AMERICAN restaurant doesn't carry MOST of the most popular American beers. They have several foreign beers that you've never heard of, but if you're wanting anything by Miller, Coors, Budweiser, etc., that's too bad for you. I expressed our dissatisfaction to another employee about this. He said he felt the same way and that he's even told management they need to carry other major American brands because he gets a lot of complaints from customers, but the management doesn't seem to care because they just stay with the fancy foreign brands. But our disappointment didn't stop there. Their food is extremely overpriced. I don't mind paying top dollar for food, but only if it's justified, or earned. My wife and I ordered two sushi rolls and they were just a normal number of pieces. We got a Cali Roll and a Shrimp Tempura Roll. We paid $38 just for the 2 sushi rolls, and we all agreed it was some of the worst sushi we've ever had. Grocery stores literally have better tasting sushi. The Cali Roll had hard/crunchy pieces of asparagus throughout, and an annoying taste of lemon. I don't want my sushi to taste like lemon, and have never experienced such a thing. The Shrimp Tempura Roll had very little taste to it, and no spicy/creamy sauces were offered. I guess we were supposed to be happy just having soy sauce to put on it. So if you're wanting sushi, I would recommend going pretty much anywhere else for it. Even small hole in the wall places have much better sushi, much less for $38. The only positive of the night was an appetizer we ordered called Spicy Rock Shrimp. It was tasty, as well as the rice it was sitting on top of. But again, for just a moderate portion, it cost another $19 for this few pieces of shrimp. Needless to say, Pacific Table is very proud of their establishment, and their prices reflect that. Unfortunately, however, the overall experience we had in no way transferred to the "upscale" establishment management thinks they are. But if you don't expect much and don't mind overpaying, it might be just the place you're looking for! We will never go back. The things we observed were not simply an "off" night. Management is making voluntary decisions NOT to address customer concerns and dissatisfaction...EVEN dissatisfaction on the part of their own employees. read more

My boyfriend really enjoyed his Cali Burger and Rainbow roll plus the really bougie edamame that was charred and plates beautifully. Welcome to DFW's more uncomfortable, inconvenient restaurant. My breath is taken away that anyone would still stage a restaurant, "booths only". Tiny booths only. OR, you can opt to sit in a glass outhouse - the brain splittingly LOUD, HVAC screwy room. You'll either roast or freeze. You won't be able to talk about it with the person sitting next to you, because being in that room is like attending a Deep Purple concert (a nod to my age). Here's the thing - the restaurant can't help it. They bought it from Red Rock, and I'm assuming they sunk so much $$$ into the kitchen remod, they had nothing left for the front, which, from a patron's pov, really needs it. And with the glass room, it's where all the shouting children go, the walls acoustically amplifying the screeches, while the geriatric customer wipes the sweat off their brow, while shivering. So, if it was based on food only? They would get five stars. On restaurant experience only? They really shouldn't even get one. So from me? Two - a polite nod to the excellent cooks, and a frown and shaking index finger to the investors who compromised what could have been, one of Southlake's best food stops. read more

This place is elegance and yet simplicity in one package. Kind of modern, yet lots of woods to help it feel very homey. The service here is impeccable. There is no other way to describe it. They will spoil you and no other place will measure up...ever! The food at this location has always been spot on for me. I used to LOVE Pacific Table in FW off University and was so excited to see one in Southlake. Despite reservations, we still ended up waiting almost 30 minutes and it was extremely crowded. Getting attention at the bar to get a drink while waiting was next to impossible. The bar staff seemed to only concentrate on those seated and not the layers/rows of patrons behind which was frustrating - probably need a better system here. Once the hype dies down, the restaurant might be a romantic place to dine. As it was, it was loud, crowded, and seemed a bit chaotic. Food was ok. I'm gluten free these days (yeah it sucks). I emailed the restaurant in advance to ask about gluten free options and Stacia (GM) replied and gave me a very detailed response. Often times I get no response from establishments. Majority of items were gluten free and some that were not could be prepared GF. Plenty of options if you are gluten free. Emma was our waitress and she was friendly and great and also very knowledgeable about GF options. Drinks Very good cocktails Appetizers Hiramasa roll and Kyuri roll were both great Tuna tartare was excellent Entrees Pineapple fried rice with steak. It was good. Probably the only thing I wouldn't order next time though. Special with red fish in a lemon butter sauce with crabmeat on top. This was excellent. I really liked their California rolls. It was a 1/2 price 4 dollars) and it was a large amount of rolls. Their California rolls were super delicious with a hint of sesame seeds and yuzu citrus. I am a Japanese and I have sushi all the time in Japan. This California roll was the best! Inside restaurant is very cosy and organized. They have a live sushi shows ( tv) behind of kitchen you can watch. It is very nice inside of this restaurant. Very clean. Service was wonderful. I saw managers were constantly checking on chefs, servers and customers. Their main menu is lower price than I expected. However this restaurant is specialized seafood but it was mainly sushi, rolls and hot meals. I saw a lot of beef pork and chicken entrees on the menu. Maybe because this restaurant is in Texas?? When I walked in, I was hit with the fragrance of the smoked old fashion, but of course I decided to have a nice glass of wine. I started with the wood grilled edamame, and it changed my life. They had more flavor than expected and the lemon squeeze just made it more merry and bright. Then the Spicy rock shrimp came out.... It was like comfort food. We have been to Pacific table twice now. Both times have been excellent in service, decor, and food. Their classic crème brûlée is executed perfectly. We ordered this both times. A friend ordered the brussels sprouts and manchego salad. We all tried it and enjoyed it as well. The shishito peppers are deliciously spicy, as is the chilaquiles that they serve during brunch only. The old-fashioned is yummy, but the brunch drink called that's my jam was the best! My husband ate every bit of his roast beef French dip and another friend had the swordfish which didn't last long either. The sushi is delicious and filling. The salmon was also moist and flavorful. Miso salmon was excellent even for picky eaters. Rotisserie chicken is great aswell. Waldorf salad I wouldn't recommend-way too much spinach per the instructions for the other ingredients think entire thing of spinach mounded up filling and overflowing the bowl-generous but excessive. They use the rotisserie chicken but my wife's had a bone in it so beware. Switched it out for a burger and it was great. The fries are awesome btw. We have the grilled artichokes (about one and a half artichokes), and my husband had a steak salad with perhaps two ounces of steak, six romaine heart leaves (so small), each with a single crouton. The crab salad was really tasty, but $36 for a single crab cake seemed steep. It's not about the money; my husband and appreciates good food and have no problem spending on it.
