Friendly service did not make me feel like I was running them too late! They took me right in and got to work on my toes. I don't get this done very often. The pricing was the same as most with options vary from $25 up The vibe here was very good, it was clean and well kept. They had a man in the shop cleaning as people got out of the chairs. They took care of all the things that they take care of on my toenails, trim, cut out the corners, remove any hard spots on my feet. Also, it came with hot stones and a massage. I was very well pleased. I highly suggest this place for your pedicures. Also, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say their nails service is excellent as well as I saw the product coming out the door and everyone in there seemed pleased!

Customer service is a really big deal to me, so even though they aren't the closest salon to me, I kept coming back and got to know several of the technicians, everyone has been wonderful. They do everything from simple solids to designs, I've gotten it all and always been happy with my nails, and in the rare occasion I wanted to change or fix something, all I had to do was ask and and they were happy to accommodate me to make sure I was happy. I kept getting my nails done throughout my pregnancy but took a break when I had my baby, and when I came back, several of the staff remembered me, asked about the baby, and even remembered my signature colors! The owner who did the nails was not careful and cut the skin and it bled a lot without the owner apologizing or saying anything and no first aid was done. Now, we have to spend more money for the treatment and worry for the family member's health hoping she'd be okay. The staff are always in a hurry to get you out and the service is HORRIBLE! It's a little bit more than what I pay for back in Florida but the difference is minimal. I really appreciated that they get started on you right away and are very attentive and perceptive to what you want.
