Lee Ann Nails was extremely unprofessional, and I am very upset with the service I received. I am unsure of the name of the technician who worked on me, but my experience was very disappointing from start to finish. I asked for builder gel and showed an inspiration photo beforehand. What I received looked nothing like what I asked for. The technician rushed through the entire process, and the gel application is chunky, uneven, and poorly finished. My nails were not cleaned up at all, and there are visible clumps underneath the polish that you can clearly see. I requested a milky white color for my solid nails, which I have gotten at this salon before, and was told in a degrading manner that they did not have that color. I was told chrome was the only option. I only agreed to chrome on the solid nails, yet it was applied to all of my nails without asking. The French tips are overly thick, large, and uneven, and all of my nails are different widths and sizes, which looks very unprofessional. I also asked for gems. When I showed her exactly which ones I wanted, she began placing completely different gems that looked clustered and nothing like what I requested. I ended up asking her to remove them entirely. If the technician was unable to achieve the look I wanted, that would have been completely fine she could have had someone else assist or told me upfront. Instead, I felt rushed, dismissed, and unhappy with the final result. I almost never write negative reviews, but this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I got a overlay full set nude with French tip, I had to tell her multiple times I wanted a nude color and some reason she wanted to do whatever she wanted I kept tell her no that's not what I want. She did the French tip looks bad if you ask me. I also got a pedi by Tammy she did a great job! And they are clean that's a plus. But $40 for a pedi is ridiculous if you ask me. Sloppy. Crooked. Rushed. Hated my acrylic fill with gel. I believe Helen was her name, do NOT allow her near your hands. At first I was excited with how quickly she was going, but then she was having me dry the acrylic with a fan...lumpy and uneven as a result. Worst fill of my life which you cannot do with red. Didn't clean the edges at all and she did the final shaping and filing after the gel was put on with total lack of attention to detail. The pedicure, however was awesome!! I never get what i want !! I'm writing this review respectfully out of love for Ben Helen and Kim who still do a wonderful job when I get them as a nail technician and always deliver what I want.However there have been multiple times where I haven't received what I asked for including this last time I showed the nail technician what I wanted for inspiration and she said that she can do it. It took her like forty minutes for her to shape my nails which is understandable because she wants to give me the correct nail shape. I didn't have a problem with her taking her time but the owner Lynn most certainly did she made it a point to ask at least 3 separate times if she was almost done with my set. I realized she kept asking her this because there was another client that they had booked after me. This really aggravated me as the technician began rushing my set to try and hurry and get her product finished to get to the other client . I understand trying to deliver timeliness for your clients . However, it's unprofessional to rush your clients when you say you can deliver and don't. My set was $108 and that did not include tip I didn't get a top coat , my nails are so lumpy, the design came out crooked, and to make things worst my diamonds are all falling off. Mind you I was just there on Saturday 01/20/24, today is 01/22/24. Two days , this is what happens when you rush your clients in and out the door when you are about Quantity over Quality. I don't know if I ever want to go back. My older sister stopped going because the owner Leann was rude and would give her the same energy. Please reevaluate the way you conduct business. It's sad because I love Ben, Helen, and Kim, but something like this could really destroy your business and clientele. read more

I went in to get a full set and a pedicure. The pedicure came out really nice. Tammy did a great job. Kelly did my full set. At first she seemed fruatrated that she had to do my set. I asked for a basic short and square set because of my job. She kept trying to push longer coffin nails on me. She did a medium length square but tried to charge me for coffin nails, which are more. Anyway, the set looked decent until I noticed that some nails had more acrylic in some areas and not so much on the others, basically leaving dips in the nail. Also, it looked like I needed a fill after 2 days. I know damn well my nails didn't grow out that quickly. read more

I have been searching endlessly for a nice nail salon and I finally found one!! The service was great, everyone was kind and welcoming the moment I walked in (which isn't the case like 90% of the time.) They accept card, though there is a $1 fee to use it, which is better than having to make a stop at the bank. The salon is very clean and super cute! I brought my 7 year old for a regular pedicure (which didn't cost an arm and a leg.) The manicurist who took care of me was Van, and she was great! She took care of some ingrown nails, which I always struggle with and can never find anyone to remover properly. What an awful nail salon. I have been here 3 different times for a gel manicure. All 3 times I have had to come back and have them fixed. They use really cheap nail polish that starts to chip n peel right away. The polish itself is dull. Part of my nails shine while others don't. I went in to get it fixed and they told me they're too busy and come back tomorrow. Seriously?!?! Then I said "NO". I asked for my money back and was told to sit and wait. WTH...
