I really really loved this place! It's the first place my daughter ever received a mani/pedi and they suggested hello kitty nails. I don't have a photo but they did spiderwebs on my black toes and I love them so much. The prices are really good, and everyone is friendly and does a thorough job. The staff is friendly unconditionally to the customers. The only thing is the last few times I made appointments, I realize that they are stronger with walk-ins so just something to look out for. Make sure you have the extra time in case they can't see you right away. The vibe is great, love how big the space is and everything about this place. Waited 35 minutes to get eyebrows done with husband. Been here before since I live across the street but wanted to get it done once more to give them a second shot because first time also took forever and was okay quality. But thought it might've been just an off day. I was wrong. Seems like the usual. The service was rushed a lot more than last time and the card machine didn't work again. Last time it happened I zelled and then came in next day because turned out the card machine did go through so I got charged twice so was an inconvenience. I've lived nearby for over 12 years and this was my first time coming here. I arrived when they opened (at 9:30am) so I was the first one there and was attended to right away. I was impressed by how clean, cohesive, and modern everything looked. Nothing tacky or mismatched, spa chairs lined up neatly on the right and manicure stations (all with plexiglass guards) lined up neatly on the left. All polishes, powders, and gels were also neatly organized. It looked very professional for a strip mall nail shop. Staff were all very friendly and made helpful suggestions, but weren't pushy. I spent $34 for a gel manicure and $32 for a pedicure with callous remover and massage (+ tips). I'm old school, so I'm not used to paying those prices, but I walked away pleased with the results and felt like I got my money's worth. I will be back. read more

They'll force you to do expensive options. And they do too much tricks. Here's the story: I was here for regular pedi and gel mani. While I'm doing the pedi the pedi girl asked me if I want to tread my dry skin. I said yes. and she put oil thing on my feet. After that she asked me if I want to do masks. I asked how much is it. She said it's $45. I asked what's the different from mine. She said yours is deluxe which cost $35. I wasn't asked for deluxe pedi so I said is there any other options. She said they only have these two. I didn't want to give her a hard time so I didn't argue any. But I didn't see any deluxe treatment they prepared for me until I asked her what you have for deluxe. Then she brought out all the things and gave me "deluxe package" treatment. FORCED level up +1 Comes to the color time. she asked me do I want same color as mani. I asked if they have any glitter color. She said so you want gel? I said no, I want to do regular. And she said "WE DONT HAVE REGULAR FOR THAT COLOR!" I asked several times for regular glitter nail polish. She said they don't have it! I was so upset at that time. So I asked the mani girl. She said the same thing but in a softer way. Then I said They usually have that color so you don't? The pedi girl was drying my feet at that time and she threw the towel kinda hard in the water. FORCED level up +2 I was upset and they talked in Vietnamese for a while then finally she grab me what I want. And this is not the end. She only did ONE LAYER of the nail polish on my toes! The first time my husband & I came here, he was told it will cost $66 for a mani pedi for me and just pedi for him. When we were about to pay, they charged us $102 for what they said extra they did which we were not even asked if we want to, they just did it. Thank goodness we had enough cash to pay including the tips for the 3 ladies that attended to us. One young lady didn't know that it was cash only at that time and we felt sorry for her as they rudely told her you must leave your driver's license if you want to leave to get cash. A hispanic lady came and asked how much they charge for manicure, and when they told her, she just said, okay thank you. The lady in their Vietnamese language uttered something to her co-workers and they laughed. That was so rude. My daughter wanted to treat me for a mani pedi, and since we were already in the area, we again went to this place hoping to give them another chance. As my daughter is the one paying, I opted to just plain pedicure & gel manicure. The lady asked me if I want the scrub, I said no, thank you. She asked about the callous removal, I said no thank you. She insisted rudely that I must have it, so I just said okay. She then uttered something in Vietnamese and they laughed. Another lady did my gel manicure. I love this nail salon. My mom and I have been coming here for over 15 years. We've known Tammy the owner for a very long time and she is amazing. Everybody is very welcoming. I love that they are always willing to experiment with different techniques or will show me new things I wouldn't have known about. I just went in and got the Italian pink gel polish and my fill done, then Tammy asks if I wanted to add chrome to my nails. I wasn't sure what it would look like so she did my ring finger nail and it looked so cool. I decided to do all of my nails. She is very detail oriented. I definitely recommend anybody to come here. One caveat is that they are very busy on the weekend so if you're planning on going in on a time constraint call ahead of time to see if they can see you right away. read more

Best nail salon in town... it's been a few years since I've left a review. I've been coming here since 2004. Still by far, my favorite place. Tammy does amazing Full sets and waxing. Tam is my pedicure angel. I now live in Chino and have tried numerous places close to home, but nothing ever amounts to the team, here at Nail Spa. Luckily for me, my family lives down the street, so I make it work every couple of weekends. The salon has recently been remolded (March 2017) its super pretty and very clean. Past couple times Ive had a lot of issues with quality of work like a new set falling off within 3 days and I get blamed when they started lifting the minute I left. I just got them done again and it will be my last time. There were still 2 hours before closing with me being the only one there and my nails were done rushed, sloppy and painfully with having acrylic all over my cuticles and skin.
