The burger was cooked perfectly (medium) and smothered with a delicious cheese sauce sprinkled with fresh bacon crumbles - decadent and delicious. The fries are thin and crispy (the best way) and served in one of those cute little metal baskets with just the right amount of truffle. I had the salmon rice bowl which was better than I expected it to be. The fish was fresh and cooked nicely, (medium, although it could have been taken off heat a minute or two earlier, but not what I consider 'overcooked' by any means), and sat atop some very delicious coconut jasmine rice. The bowl also had a heap of zingy red onions, thinly sliced perfectly ripe avocado, a yummy mango salsa, and was drizzled with a very nice cilantro crema. Perfection. I ate the whole thing, felt a bit overstuffed and unable to taste the burger (next time!)
