The bread for the hot dog buns , were super soft and fresh! The hotdogs were a good quality, they did not have natural casings that was a little disappointing. But the wait service was excellent and I would come back here again . I would definitely comeback here again for a great ballpark hotdog.

Local hangout where everyone knows your name, and sweetbread and chourico abound. Wonderful vibe where the staff is friendly, the coffee keeps coming, and the tastes and portion sizes are large. Eggs, sweetbread French toast and the breakfast sandwich on a hard roll were excellent, with the running commentary from the staff on the local news, how everyone seems to be doing, alternating with interspersed greetings of regulars coming in or going.

It appears,. am going w a four for now. Appears they've just reopened, (October 16 202 0) Well, this establishment has been around a long time, and I'm going to miss the pre covid Rogers; 1st though / past reviews complained about slow service, and having to use cash, since using charge was not an option. Well that among other things hanged. New owner Ashley chose to remodel the old Rogers; gone is the luncheon counter, which could seat 6, and 4 person booths. The interior now has an antiseptic look and feel to it. Modern registers, shiny new appliances,, tables, chairs. Tiled walls; it doesn't feel like the old diner-style Rogers, because it's not. It's changed to meet post covid. Looking around today, and counting heads, the entire restaurant can hold 12 people (more or less) when once the front section alone could seat over 20. I can't help wondering how it's going to survive with such limited seating and little turnover. Maybe they're counting on taking out. They kept the old ceramic coffee mugs, and that's a good thing, but large, the ceramic plates have been replaced with plastic. Service was slow today, but they're two days in with a new staff. - Given there were roughly a dozen people seated and three waitresses...there's room for improvement. Prices went up a bit, but you can still get a full breakfast, w toast, a muffin, and coffee for under 9.00 dollars. That's pretty good, ok. :-) in my book. I hope they make a go of it. Oh, the breakfast, was good, cooked and presented well on the plate, a trophy meal, reminded me of a Dennys, Ihop, or Newport Creamery breakfast. I miss the old soaked in butter garlic, and paprika tasting and sometimes slightly greasy, sometimes burned around the edges home fries, lol - fortunately the toast was a little burned, so good to know not everything changed. Coffee wasn't that great, whatever brand they use now, bleach! C(_) Does come with the meal, so suck it up.. I hope they make it in this post Covid world, I really do.

Good food, great service. Was told by a local to come here, food was nice and hot and quick. Worth the drive 10 min from repair shop. If your in the area stop by

While they're known for their impressive selection of hot dogs, the menu also features delicious burgers, chicken sandwiches, turkey burgers, and crispy fries, so there's something for everyone. On this visit, we both opted for burgers. I had the Mushroom & Swiss Smash Burger, which was perfectly cooked with a flavorful, juicy patty and melted Swiss cheese. We shared an order of the crab fries, which were outstanding and easily enough for two. To wash it all down, I enjoyed a refreshing Dark & Stormy. One surprise was their espresso martini menu, featuring approximately seven different variations. It's a fun addition that sets Wally's apart from your typical burger and hot dog joint. Be prepared to wait for a table during busy times unless you're happy grabbing a seat at the bar. The food, drinks, and lively atmosphere make the wait well worth it.

There was a 30-minute wait and we almost left, but I'm so glad we stayed. We were seated upstairs in the "speakeasy"-style bar, and it completely exceeded any expectations, felt like a hidden old-world restaurant. We ordered the wiener tower (5 dogs, fries, and dipping sauces for $40), which was fun, well-priced, and great for sharing. We tried five different dogs and they were all bomb! The spicy margarita was excellent as well. Overall, a super fun experience for both kids and adults. Highly recommend, and we'd definitely go back, especially if you can get a table upstairs

Maybe they just don't know what a real hotdog should be... all beef with a natural casing grilled to perfection... not this place... their hotdogs reminded me of eating a boiled hotdog at the school cafeteria. The chili dogs I had tasted like it was a reheat from the day before... nothing like the Texas chili I've grown accustomed too. The lady smoking between orders should've been a red flag right away. The tables out front were weathered and dotted with bird poop. This lunch truck is an easy pass... there are other spots to have lunch at that are more enjoyable.

This is a pretty spectacular hot dog shop (um, truck) that is located in Massachusetts somewhere halfway between Boston and Providence, sort of like my secret love nest (hi boys). They make delicious hot dogs, which are definitely five star. I loved every single bite. They put a lot of love into the product and all the ingredients are as excellent as the taste. Very well done to the owners and preparers. Pretty much one of the better hot dogs you'll find anywhere. I highly recommend you stop by and give it a try. Trucks aren't usually great, but occasionally they are. Usually overpriced and hipstery and lacking in quality or taste, but this is the opposite. Affordable, expertly made, and as authentically awesome as you could hope. Yes it's a little truck, so try not to come it's too freezing (like, 8 months of the year in these parts ugh), or if you do, I suggest eating in your car like I did. Also Smokey's is where they filmed the movie Almost Famous, obviously. And when I eat the hot dogs here, then much like Kate Hudson wearing her sexiest Fabletics outfit, I am a Golden God.
