I made an appointment one day and the next, I took car I was considering buying over for an…read moreinspection. The fee to do so was very reasonable, less than I expected. The car was in good shape but they did find a few suggestions to upgrade the ride and safety, such as old tires were starting to dry rot, and breaks needed maintenance. The staff on the phone and in person was very friendly. They got my car in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I was able to walk down to Sandie's Restaurant and grab lunch while waiting. I will definitely use them again when in the area and have a need.

Joe came to our rescue after we made it 100 yards into our drive back to FL and discovered we had…read morean air valve stem (like what you use to inflate a basketball or football) lodged in one of our tires. We had the car crammed full of our things and 2 dogs, and Joe was kind enough to remove the damaged tire, put the spare on and then he lugged the tire back to the shop for us. Not only did they quickly repair and refill the tire, they would not allow us to pay them for the service! They sent us off with a gesture of "safe travels". We are overwhelmed by the abundance of kindness that these guys gave us, they saved the day! We will be residents in a few months and Greeneville Tire & Performance Center has a customer for life! I been coming here for years and they basically ruined me ever coming back here. I have spent money on 2 trailers, 2 trucks, RV. I absolutely will never be shopping here again. After speaking with the manager finally made things right/better. It really shouldn't have taken that though. When road force is high on an initial tire it should have been sent back.
