Food was great! My party had their doubts cause they never heard of the restaurant, and none of us vetted it before but when I saw the nduja in the clams, I knew I had to try it. The food was incredible and we all agreed that there was no bad dish. Focaccia/clams/meat balls for apps - each better than the next. Lobster pasta spicy/ vodka pasta/ blueberry steak for 2/ brussel sprouts = insane. The steak had actual blueberry compote but you didn't taste it unless you ate a lot of the compote intentionally. Steak was perfectly seasons and looked well done when we requested medium but it was so soft and juicy that it couldn't be well done in my opinion... even if it looked like it. The Brussel sprouts were also incredible but too small a portion for a party of 4. Cocktails were a miss; I wouldn't come here for drinks or wine... just the food! Ambiance was nice but extremely loud just with groups chatting. The set up is brilliant with boots, semi booths and tables. I'd go back!

The food was delicious, Yolanda recommended the chicken parm with vodka sauce and the chicken Marsala, both were absolutely delicious. Yolanda was very helpful and recommended great options. We will be back to try different dishes in the future

Stopped in Fannys for a quick but delicious meal and it delivered. The food was very flavorful and you can tell it was freshly made. We were starving and nearly finished our meals leaving little left overs. It's a dimly lit restaurant with plenty of parking behind the building. I can't wait to come for a slower more relaxed night out when we can stay a little longer because I would love to try their drinks

This is a hidden Italian gem in Bloomfield. I always drove by this place but never thought much of it. We were invited to Fanny's for a bite to eat. Okay just so you know there are two ways to get in. First through the bakery which desserts look good. Second through the back parking lot. Now the ambiance is pretty dark fyi. The service was good too. I had the calamari for the appetizer and the stuff clams. For dinner I thought the flounder francaise was pretty good. Overall it's a nice place to grab a decent meal and chill.

Fun space, loved the attention to detail from the wallpaper, down to the glassware everything had so much character. Seats were designed to sit for hours and the bar was super swanky and cute. The food itself was wonderful and the star was the vodka sauce pasta (6/5) Founder was also excellently prepared not too much sauce and paired with broccolini The burrata was delightful and the truffle aricini balls were YUM. Crispy goodness and piping hot I also loved that they were smaller in size and easier to eat. The chopped salad was fine a little over dressed for my taste but shareable. Drinks left me a little wanting, my Prosecco was room temp and my friends drink was also just ok. Maybe stick to wine and beer. Next to the restaurant which you walk through in order to get in was the lady fingers dessert spot. I'll leave that review separately! Smart tactic!

Stopped in last night with a group of 5 other girls! Our server was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. We ordered a bunch of appetizers for the table and each was better than the next. The whipped ricotta crustini was probably my favorite followed by the truffle arancini (not pictured). All of our entrees were delicious- I got chicken vodka parm. We finished with a few different orders on dessert and wow- what a way to close the night. Definitely will be back to try more of the yummy menu.

Me and my girlfriend came here to do our book review and had a great time. From the moment we came in we were greeted with a friendly smile from the hostess . Our waitress was very attentive and gave some good recommendations when it came to the cocktails. We ordered the Vodka Parm and shrimp scampi which were very delicious and filling. It was seasoned very well and definitely would recommend either dish. The vodka parm is def a lot so get ready to take some to go. We also had the CAULIFLOWER SCARPARIELLO as an appetizer and it was SOOO DELICIOUS!! However they prepped this was simply perfect. We had zeppoli and olive oil cake. Both were tasty but would recommend the zeppoli over the cake. The cake was more like a pound cake nothing to memorable about it. We had the funny how? Which was okay very refreshing. However I personally liked the Two Yutes better as it was sweeter in taste . Ambiance is a great spot for a date or hang out spot. It wasn't too loud and had good lighting for us to be able to look at our books .

Great addition to the NJ Food Scene..! Beautiful interior setup with great ambiance. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful, and the service was pretty good as well. All the dishes we ordered tasted wonderful and yummy, and exactly how you would expect it to be. Their options from the Substantials Menu are really substantial. The Pork Chops was one of the biggest I have seen, and all the Pasta options were perfectly cooked and seasoned. They have some fresh new Cocktails as well

Opening night, walked into a beautiful Italian restaurant. Three dining areas and a midsize bar. Full menu is available at the bar. That's where I chose to sit. Dani, was very attentive. My glass was never empty and she paired a wine with my food. Hamachi Crudo was refreshing. Crab salad is actually a tossed salad. It was made with radicchio, shaved Brussel sprouts, and arugula. There was no sign of crab and the creamy lemon vinaigrette lacked flavor. For $21 there should be a lump of crab. Saffron battered shrimp served steaming hot. Batter fell apart and the shrimp were very small. Focaccia was perfectly baked. It was large, light, crunchy top, and very good. The star was Gomiti with vodka sauce. The pasta is homemade and the sauce was the best I've ever had. 5 stars to the entire staff and the Pasta.

The food was amazing & the servers were all super friendly. We got calamari & truffle arancini to start - blown away at how amazing. Then we split vodka past, eggplant parm, & chicken piccata. Really impressed!!

Is walk in ok or should one make a reservation? Particularly for a Saturday evening small party?

We take walk ins but would recommend a reservation especially for the weekends.

Cool atmosphere, great energy, and good food! I also got super lucky with Hailey as my waitress. She sold me on just about every item on the menu... to the point where I completely handed over the decision-making to her. Yup, that's right, I told her what I liked and trusted her to pick my three dishes. And listen, when your name is on the menu for crafting a cocktail, I'm going to trust you to pick my meal too! Now for the food: the grilled octopus was amazing. Great flavor, perfect texture, and a really nice balance with the lentils. The shishito peppers were delicious, and the sauce that came with them added the perfect pop of flavor. The beet salad, however, was a little underwhelming. Unfortunately, it didn't have much flavor, so that one left me a bit disappointed. And then there was dessert. Oh man! Hailey did it again. She brought out the sweet corn cheesecake. Sounds weird, I know, but I had to try it. And yes, it definitely had sweet corn! It was a little too weird for my taste buds, but I'm glad I tried it.... Then came the Madeleines. Bite-sized, warm, and absolutely delicious. Fair warning: if you don't tell them to take the bowl away, you WILL eat the entire thing. Man oh man...so good!!! Overall, a really fun experience with a great atmosphere, good food, and a waitress who genuinely made the experience memorable. Kudos to Hailey for the great service and for knowing exactly what to recommend! She definitely made my night.

When they were out of something my wife ordered she replaced it with an alternative for free which was very nice. There is outdoor and indoor dining but since it was blazing hot out I opted to stay inside in the cool AC. Came for brunch on a Sunday so had to try their sangria. We didn't have a reservation, but they were still able to seat us in the dining room as long as we could wrap up before 1:30, which we appreciated. I wasn't super hungry so we shared the crispy cauliflower and lamb ribs from the appetizer menu. The crispy cauliflower was excellent -- hot, actually crispy, and not drowning in sauce which I really appreciated. The lamb ribs came over labneh (a yogurt base) and the first plate arrived with the lamb cold. I asked our waitress if that was intentional and she said only the labneh should be cold. They immediately replaced it with a fresh order and handled it really well, which I appreciated. Great service recovery and overall a really enjoyable brunch spot with a lively atmosphere.

Most recently was last night and that was my last straw. The music was incredibly and unnecessarily loud which they knew because they told us they'd turn it down before we got the chance to ask. Next, there was one waitress on the floor, clearly overwhelmed. Told us she would be back with water but came back almost 20 mins later. We ordered our wine when she came back because who knows how long it would take to receive it. Another 20 mins, maybe more. We watched her seat several groups and I literally had to scream across the room to get her attention and to remind her of the bottle we ordered, which she had the nerve to appear annoyed about. We asked her if we could move from our tables to a nearby couch which she said yes. Before we had a the chance to finish the bottle the GM comes over and tells us to move our seats and that he would take care of us (NEVER DID NOR DID HE CHECK IN). This is the same GM who asked me to give the place another try after the last issues we encountered where they screwed up our checks due their own carelessness. I should've raised more of an issue and questioned him more. But nevertheless we move to these two musty smelling seats. At that point we left and decided that would be the absolute last time.
