Really appreciate the $2 pint specials on Mondays and Tuesdays (now $3.23 as of February 2018). Limited selection of Stone Tangerine IPA, Cigar Brewery Belgian Ale, Refuge Blood Orange Wit and Pizza Port Chronic Amber served in plastic cups. They also have Taco Tuesday and Hamburger Family Deals after 4pm if you're looking to stretch a buck. The food is mostly average but you get a lot of it. Quantity over quality if you're looking to fill your belly. Reason I'm giving three stars is due to the seating arrangements, especially the booths. If there's fidgety people sitting behind you, you're going to feel every movement. It's gets annoying really fast. If you can, avoid sitting in a booth with fat or fidgety people behind you. read more

I stopped by today for a grilled chicken salad, I have been here before for their family meal and it was amazing. Today I had the grilled chicken salad, it was a little pricy but when it came out it looked real good and tasted good! All items were fresh besides the hard boiled egg but no big deal. A good amount of chicken and it was tender chicken too! The staff is always very nice, and food came out quick. This was definitely the worst drive thru experience i have ever had. On top of waiting more than 20+ minutes with only two cars in front of me the girl at the window doesn't know how to take orders. I pull up and ask for two chili dogs. Then she said can you please hold so I did. 6 minutes later she asked what I want again so I said "just two chili dogs" then she responds with "Just the hot dogs?" which I said yes. She says ok hold on....... Thinking she had my order I go hello did you get that and she said something really fast all jumbled up saying sorry again. So she was silent didn't prompt me to the window didn't tell me the total. So I repeated just the two chili dogs please. I wait another 5 minutes and finally get to the window, just to be told the girl at the window who was taking my order never took my order even though I waited in like almost 30 minutes now. I told her are you kidding me. I repeated myself 3 times and I can not wait any longer, I'm canceling. They should fire the girl at the window I have over two years experience at a window and I've never had this happen before. The first time we went here I got the tuna melt, it was overcooked, and soggy which was very disappointing. So a couple weeks go by and I thought I'd give them another shot, got the tuna melt again and it was AMAZING! Mmm! I've had one almost every week since then and it's been consistently good! Was getting my car washed next door and decided to try this place out. I ordered the steak sandwich and have to say I was very impressed. The meat was tender and flavorful not fatty like most other places in its class of restaurant. It came with onion rings which were good as well. The only thing was the $9.99 price tags that came along with the combo. However, once I ate the food I felt it was worth it. I will be coming back to try the rest of the menu. Had a little time for lunch and this place was on the way. Waited 15 minutes in drive through and with only 3 cars. Ordered the (regular) Fantastic Burger meal and it cost over $8 after tax. Not a good deal. Didn't realize Fantastic meant no cheese and overcooked. Fries are not too good even when dressing them up. Must be the freezer burn. I'm pretty much sold on this place. We went one day just because it was convenient. We were pleasantly surprised. The food is delicious! We've tried a few different things from here, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and haven't been disappointed yet. Their milkshakes are made with REAL ice cream, and are thick and creamy.. Not impressed at all. The place was empty but it took forever. I seriously considered just leaving because I was sitting in the drive thru and the speaker didn't come on for the longest time when someone finally said "just a second". By that time (it had been probably 15 minutes) I already knew what I wanted so I considered leaving and going somewhere else when someone finally said "I'll take your order now" so I ordered and I pulled up and waited at the window to pay. 10 minutes, nothing. I wasn't even sure if I was at the right window, I waited for what seemed like a really long time when someone slammed the window open and reached at me and snapped for the amount in an irritated tone. I handed over my card, big mistake. I waited another 10 minutes. Then I finally got my receipt and card back, waited for like another 15 minutes and then I got my order. I didn't anything complicated, and I think it was kind of ridiculous that I had to wait such a long time to order two burgers and a side of onion rings. Btw the burgers were PATHETIC. The mushroom onion burger was small, limp and nasty lettuce, soggy buns and sauce gooped all over the wrapper. My friend had "the cowboy" burger and it literally looked like someone dipped half of the burger in BBQ sauce, wrapped it halfway and stuffed everything into one bag. No napkins, one packet of sauce for the onion rings. The onion rings were decent, they give you a good amount of them, but mine were cold so I went home and reheated them in my microwave. Food wasn't even warm when I got it and the burgers weren't even..... I can make better ones myself, without smearing sauce all over it. Buns were soggy and gross and tasted doughy. Bad experience here. TLDR- I probably won't ever come back here unless I'm with someone else. Edible, but the employees are miserable looking people and you're majorly inconveniencing them obviously by wanting to order. No apologies were ever offered for my ridiculous wait, and when I got my food the person did not even say a word and simply scowled and shoved the bagged food into my face. Horrible customer service!! Not satisfied at all. We ordered 2 CHEESE burgers and the cashier charged us for a hamburger. After telling her HER mistake she charges us for cheese. When we get our food our burgers don't have cheese and when we tell them they just take them back and slap some cold cheese on there! After many chances and them messing up our order continuously we just asked for a refund and the cashier just gave us a very bad attitude and rolled her eyes. She did not bother apologizing for the inconvenience but instead very rudely stated "you want a refund after you made me fix your order?" Such a shame because we really were frequent customers. When there are continuous complaints in regards to customer service they should be taken seriously bc there's truth behind the complaints. First time coming to this place and how I wish I had not. I try to make my reviews as positive as I can but I really find myself at a loss on this one. First impressions go a long way and are often signs of things to come. In restaurants, it's usually the person behind the counter that takes your order. This young lady must have been having a bad day. She took my order in such a way, it made me feel like apologizing when she gave me my receipt. I felt like I was bothering her just by standing there. When she brought our food to the table she gave us a catsup bottle with lint on the end of it where the catsup comes out. My wife went to return it for a "clean one". I then noticed the girl go into the back to clean the bottle my wife returned to her. Then there was the food. Hash browns were too dry and flavorless and I could swear that the syrup was sugar free. It had a gelatin texture to it along with a funny aftertaste. Needless to say that we will not be going back to this place. read more
