Have been coming here since it first opened. I used to go to where they were located before they moved to this location. I loved their chicken and beef teriyaki it's really good. But today when I went I asked for a chicken teriyaki and I forgot to ask for the beef. So when the employee gave me my food I saw that there was no beef so I said I had asked for chicken and beef and she said no I didn't. So I asked if she could take it back and I would pay the difference. Well she got mad because I made her take it back (kind of understanding) but it's not like I wasn't paying the difference for them to add beef. I wasn't getting it free. Well when she came back she gave me beef all cut up that seemed like leftover and tasted bad. I have came here for awhile to know the difference between the beef they always give me and the one she brought me. I should have taken a picture.. I returned it to the girl, she was pissed as well as the cook. But I'm not paying for something that I have bought before and doesn't taste the same. At the end I asked for my money back and she didn't even give the correct amount. You're right customers aren't always right. I know this because I have to deal with customers but if a customer is paying you the difference just give them what they asked for its not coming out of your wage for going back to the kitchen and adding something the customer wants. I would have left this review as one star but I will add a star for one of the employees who was nice to my son and who came out to give him his toy that he forgot inside. I have been here many times. Today was the worse every. We got bacon cheese burger and tuna sandwich combos. Like we have many times before. So every time the price changes in us. It goes up and down all the time. I always ask for mayo, Bbq, and xtra ketchup. Today they wanted to charge us 30 cents each. Even for xtra ketchup u give me 2 ketchup packages for 2 large orders of fries and charge me xtra 30 cents for more. And she said why do u need xtra. And slammed the window. Yep not happy. read more

I decided to give this place a try today with the kids. It was absolutely disgusting for the kids. I got one of the kids chicken tenders. She said they tasted like "squishy fish" they felt like rubber. The other kid I got a cheeseburger and it was burnt. We ate in the parking lot and my bacon cheese burger was soggy with cold bacon. I don't think I would ever come here again except to maybe try the teriyaki chicken. My bill was 28.00 to feed 1 adult and 3 kids. What is up with this new owner? Prices went up significantly. An order of patty melt and zucchini is costing nine bucks now. The food isn't any better. Zucchini was soggy and oilly. I had a craving for chicken strips and this place was recommended by a friend. Easy to find, the place looked decent enough from the outside. I went through the drive thru and ordered chicken strips, fries and a medium drink. I waited TEN MINUTES in the drive thru! I went at 2:30 so it wasn't prime time for lunch, nor were they busy. The woman didn't say anything to me.. not even thank you. She was too busy yapping to her co worker. The good: the chicken strips didn't taste processed and they were real chicken. Portion was good. Bad: my fries were soggy and undercooked, customer service sucked, the drive thru was hella slow and it was kinda pricey too. I paid just under $9 for my food. Seemed a bit steep. I love the teriyaki plate ! I hate the customer service during my last 2 visits . They close at 10 but at 9:15 they will not let you eat inside the restaurant . must take to go . Not good !!! Owner be aware of this . You will lose business. On one of my visits I asked for extra salad on my teriyaki plate and she wanted to charge me $4.00 more . never been charged before . I asked if they charge for ranch and she said yes. Without me saying that i was ok with paying for it they charged me for it anyways according to my calculations since they don't give you an itemized receipt. I eat here every weekend pretty much for my lunch break. teriyaki bowls are excellent, especially with avocado. if you are going to go thru the drive-thru make sure you are not in a rush because sometimes it can take forever! they have quite a variety of food on the menu but all I can speak on is the teriyaki bowls, yum! the staff I've encountered there have always been friendly as well. read more

I had sourdough burger and zucchini. my friend had teriyaki chicken special. $10 each including (free refill) drinks. burger was very good, including perfectly grilled sourdough. tomato and greens very fresh but meat patty a bit smaller than I expected. the house bbq woke the flavors up nicely. zucchini = absolutely perfect. they make them small like fingers and they gave me WAY more than I expected. my friend ate some and we agreed on both the quality and the quantity. My friend said the teriyaki chicken was good so I tried it. Moist, just enough sweet, little char on the outside is how I'd describe it. His rice was puffy and just a little sticky, which is great, and if you're thinking how hard is it to make good rice then you don't cook. one more thing: the ice tea is farmer brothers, which I'm not sure I've had much of before because I like to think I'd remember such a wonderfully full tea flavor read more

I've been here several times so far. The only reason I return is because their onion rings and fried mushrooms are pretty good. The meat on their burgers (I have tried several different burgers here) is only 1/8" thick---thinner than McDonalds. The ranch is extra sometimes and other times it's not. Their bacon breakfast burrito is extremely subpar. The tortilla is old and stale. The hashbrowns are bland as are their eggs. The eggs taste as if they were purchased from the dollar store. I absolutely love the breakfast burritos here the salsa goes so perfect with them. I used to work close to here and I always came for my breakfast burrito. Now I can go only when I am in the area . But when I am able to get over here I get 2 burritos, I eat one here and eat the other next day lol . I am a breakfast burrito junky . Normally this place has good breakfast burritos. This time the tortillas were crispy on the outside and the hashbrowns were burnt to the point they were not consumable. I ordered more then one and they were all the same way. I called to let the staff or even the owner know.... I was hung up on when I said I had a complaint. I'm a big fan of the onion rings also. the fries are OK I hate that they only taste good if I stuff them in the burger or I shower them in ketchup and ranch. I've been a long time customer since when they're at the other location. I love their teriyaki and the breakfast menu. They give you generous portions of the food. My kids love it too. Whenever they're back home during breaks (btw two of mine are in college) we always go there to eat. It's like a family thing now. Oh about the price, I think it's reasonable. Everything went up these days. For example, if you take a look at the McDonald's sandwiches, their buns and meat sizes are shrunk. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. read more
