So I basically come to this place sometimes. So I ask for a cheeseburger combo. I got my meal and I started to eat until I find some thing hard. At first I thought it was a bone. Man I was expecting something entirely different, thought this place was a lil hole in the wall with amazing food. I was dead wrong. I got a breakfast burrito and carne asada one for my girl and I and neither of them had any type of flavor. The carne asada was in some weird type of marinade that blocked every other flavor, the breakfast burrito was literally a lump of unflavored ingredients (how can eggs and potatoes not have any salt of flavor; the cheese was the best part) and even their green Chile was severely lacking. Food 3 out of 4, service 1. I would say this is a 4 star for me. As for what I've tried, I've had their breakfast, burgers, fries, and teriyaki dishes. Food: -Breakfast is as good as any other regular breakfast joint. I would say there's nothing special about it, but it's still good! -Burgers are reminiscent of The Hat style burgers, but they have different options. No pastrami and such, but they have avocado for example. Fries are also a relatively good portion, not insane like The Hat, but generous. -Teriyaki dishes, I would prefer to come here over most of the teriyaki chains (ie: waba grill, flame broiler, etc). I've read another review that the mexican food here is sub par. I'm not a great fan of mexican food, so I shall heed that advice since there's many other things worth getting here. Placentia has a large abundance of mexican food options anyway, so I recommend coming here for the breakfast, burgers,and teriyaki. All in all, nothing special, but very solid food. Wouldn't drive across a city for, but would absolutely frequent as a neighborhood local. My only issue and complaint is parking during busy hours, but there's always the drive thru. read more

I hate to even give them 1 star. We were in the drive thru today at 5 pm with 4 cars ahead of us. It took us 40 minutes to get to the window to pay. Don't get me wrong, this food is really good. However, I am writing this entire review in the drive-thru of this place. Usually every time I go into the drive thru it takes 20-30 minutes to get my food. Also, I do not like AT ALL that they don't tell you your total after you are done ordering, they tell u at the window, and when they take your card at the window you can't see what they are doing and it takes a long time to get your card back. The service is not very good, it's kind of rude but i just ignore it because the food it good. I just think it could be more professional in the money and customer service. read more

Ordered an avocado cheeseburger to go and they forgot to put the freakin avocado. It is obviously more expensive than a regular cheeseburger. The food was disappointing. Nachos tasted terrible old nacho cheese from a can with stale refried beans. Guacamole didn't even taste real. Rice was salty but fajitas tasted fresh and so was the steamed broccoli. Steamed carrots were old with dark spots...could have at least peeled it off before cooking it. The fried zucchini & ranch was good. We left most of the food behind it wasn't worth eating, wasted $27 on it too! Overall, I wouldn't return or refer someone there. The drive thru can take a while though because it is ,are fresh. The fried zucchini is good. Fantasy cheeseburgers are the best in county. Their special breakfasts are cooked perfectly each time. And their carne asada today is top even in this Mexican area with many Mexican restaurants . All there menu items including fried mushrooms to onion rings are fantastic. And the girls that work there are always cheerful , happy and ready to help. Definitely the best all around restaurant for fast food(cooked while you wait) that I've seen. And not only do they have burger but they have a variety of other options to choose from like tacos, burritos, teriyaki plates, and even breakfast. I have eaten here since it opened and I hate to base this one incident ok my entire rating but today I ordered the sausage breakfast burrito (which what I have always ordered) and it tasted a bit different but non the less I went through the drive through so I didn't have the luxury of walking up to the counter to send my food back and at home I just decided to eat it because it didn't taste bad or anything just different hat usual. To save you the sob story I now have food poisoning. Yea I'm sure that I'm 1 (if not less) case out of 100 that got food poisoning from this place but I just want to throw a warning to make sure that everything you order is cooked correctly or tastes the way you want or know it should and send it back if it doesn't. Came here for breakfast, had the pork chops and eggs, comes with hash browns and toast. I love that the pork chops are char grilled, but they are too thin and end up being tough and hard to cut with the butter knife that's supplied. Coffee was fresh and hot. Will be back though. read more
