I called in an order and they said it would be ready in 10 mins. I asked to sub the ketchup for 1000. I know they charger for extra sauce but it in the past it was never a problem. They had 4 guys on the line when I arrived. Looked like they changed management or ownership and still trying to get it together. The restaurant wasn't full but there was people waiting who already ordered. Took me an extra 7-8 to get my order going and at that point I had to ask to have my food to be handed to me as I already paid for it when I came in. The lady looked frazzled when I told her what my order was. She told me they have to charge me for sauce even though I told her no ketchup I wanted 1000 instead. I just said Never mind because I had already paid and expected to be in and out. I'm a regular but this vibe felt off. Fríes were soggy when I got home and the paper bag just ripped into pieces. I've been coming here for about 6 years now. Not TOO often but at least a couple times a year. I mainly come here for one thing and one thing only, their breakfast burrito with the red sauce**. I usually ask for their burrito with no meat which would come with hashbrowns, eggs, and i THINK cheese? Basically, the thing that makes this place so worth while is the price for the amount of food and that red sauce. I HIGHLY suggest everyone get their red sauce in the little cup! I usually end up using two for one of my burritos because I like it so much. They changed their location since the last time i've gone (which has been a while due to school). This new place seems like it has a lot more sitting space. However, it also reminds me of a fast food joint like del taco which I am not a huge fan of (the idea that this has become basically a fast food joint). Save yourself the trip and go to in n out or Kings Teriyaki on Rose and Yorba Linda. Kings has an amazing burger special and the food is legit. This is an average burger place. Had the burger special. Pretty good size portion. The fries were decent and the burger was average. It doesn't come with pickles so you'll have to add them. This would have been a 3 star rating if it weren't for the service. The service is rather terrible. For a mom and pop burger joint so close to in n out, which is known for quality and service, to have such lacking service makes for a sad contrast. My wife and I have driven by this place several times when in the area and we loved the name. We talked about stopping and now that we did, it's less like a fantasy and more like a sad reality. read more

Food 3 out of 4, service 1. I would say this is a 4 star for me. As for what I've tried, I've had their breakfast, burgers, fries, and teriyaki dishes. Food: -Breakfast is as good as any other regular breakfast joint. I would say there's nothing special about it, but it's still good! -Burgers are reminiscent of The Hat style burgers, but they have different options. No pastrami and such, but they have avocado for example. Fries are also a relatively good portion, not insane like The Hat, but generous. -Teriyaki dishes, I would prefer to come here over most of the teriyaki chains (ie: waba grill, flame broiler, etc). I've read another review that the mexican food here is sub par. I'm not a great fan of mexican food, so I shall heed that advice since there's many other things worth getting here. Placentia has a large abundance of mexican food options anyway, so I recommend coming here for the breakfast, burgers,and teriyaki. All in all, nothing special, but very solid food. Wouldn't drive across a city for, but would absolutely frequent as a neighborhood local. My only issue and complaint is parking during busy hours, but there's always the drive thru. read more

This is my favorite restaurant of all! We have been loyal costumers since they were at their previous location in Fullerton which was back in 2010. My family's favorite is the teriyaki combo which is beef and chicken. Their teriyaki combos are accompanied with salad and rice. They're very generous with their serving portions. Their burgers are also very tasty. Let's not forget about their fries and fried zucchini! We always try to come as often as we get a chance to visit OC since we have moved to the valley and we are about an hour and a half away ! read more

So I basically come to this place sometimes. So I ask for a cheeseburger combo. I got my meal and I started to eat until I find some thing hard. At first I thought it was a bone. Man I was expecting something entirely different, thought this place was a lil hole in the wall with amazing food. I was dead wrong. I got a breakfast burrito and carne asada one for my girl and I and neither of them had any type of flavor. The carne asada was in some weird type of marinade that blocked every other flavor, the breakfast burrito was literally a lump of unflavored ingredients (how can eggs and potatoes not have any salt of flavor; the cheese was the best part) and even their green Chile was severely lacking. I hate to even give them 1 star. We were in the drive thru today at 5 pm with 4 cars ahead of us. It took us 40 minutes to get to the window to pay. Before we paid we asked if our order was ready and the girl said no, we are waiting on your two hamburgers. We told her we didn't even order that and decided to leave. Oh, this place is awful. Tried this place three times out of convenience. And three times, paid the price.

The food was disappointing. Nachos tasted terrible old nacho cheese from a can with stale refried beans. Guacamole didn't even taste real. Rice was salty but fajitas tasted fresh and so was the steamed broccoli. Steamed carrots were old with dark spots...could have at least peeled it off before cooking it. The fried zucchini & ranch was good. We left most of the food behind it wasn't worth eating, wasted $27 on it too! Overall, I wouldn't return or refer someone there. Don't get me wrong, this food is really good. However, I am writing this entire review in the drive-thru of this place. Usually every time I go into the drive thru it takes 20-30 minutes to get my food. Also, I do not like AT ALL that they don't tell you your total after you are done ordering, they tell u at the window, and when they take your card at the window you can't see what they are doing and it takes a long time to get your card back. The service is not very good, it's kind of rude but i just ignore it because the food it good. I just think it could be more professional in the money and customer service. read more

I only come here for the club sandwich combo with includes fries and a drink. Everything is made fresh to order and is always delicious. The drive thru can take a while though because it is ,are fresh. The fried zucchini is good. Ordered an avocado cheeseburger to go and they forgot to put the freakin avocado. It is obviously more expensive than a regular cheeseburger. Fantasy cheeseburgers are the best in county. Their special breakfasts are cooked perfectly each time. And their carne asada today is top even in this Mexican area with many Mexican restaurants . All there menu items including fried mushrooms to onion rings are fantastic. And the girls that work there are always cheerful , happy and ready to help. Definitely the best all around restaurant for fast food(cooked while you wait) that I've seen. And not only do they have burger but they have a variety of other options to choose from like tacos, burritos, teriyaki plates, and even breakfast.
