Really great stylists do more than just cut hair, they help you find the choices that make you feel good and they make you feel completely safe in the outcome. The cozy environment here does exactly that, and that's why they are always booked pretty solid. It may take you a while to get an appointment, but it is definitely worth it. I must of gotten a student because I usually go to Nikki and she's great. The manicure I could have done better myself. My cuticles weren't even touched. No hand lotion massage, the gel is too raised and uneven and not all the way to my cuticle. It tips of my nails weren't painted and there's bubbles in my nails. I called them when I got home and they had me come back, but all she did was put alittle paint on them and top coat. No manager approached me or asked if I was satisfied. I even had nail gel all over my hands. Unacceptable and should be made right. Too bad I fly out of town tomorrow morning and I don't have the time. I'm VERY disappointed!
