Their team was also very good with communication throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated. There were a couple of material clarifications along the way. During bidding, we discussed solid wood cabinets and copper piping. When selections were finalized, cabinet options were more limited than we initially expected, and the contract allowed for "PEX or copper." Once we brought up our preference for copper, they were responsive and made the change. Overall, we're very pleased with the outcome and the professionalism of the team. Just be sure to clearly confirm material specifications in the contract from the start.

Sean showed up and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and had us feeling optimistic about a resolution. It all went downhill from there, Sean was incredibly difficult to get ahold of for follow-ups and scheduling. I had to call the main number multiple times and often wait days to get a call back. However, we moved forward with a formal water test because of Sean's knowledge and direction on the process. The water test went as planned, they showed up and did a good job, helped us identify the intrusion, but we were promised a formal write-up and plan to fix. And that just never happened. I called multiple times, talking with Natasha, Kristen and Eric. Expressing the urgency of resolution (we had no AC or Washer Dryer until we fixed the intrusion and this was in the dead of summer). In fact, I never heard back from them until they followed up on payment (which was over the quote), and then of course they were very prompt to respond. I expressed my discontent with the service and my woes, and I was met with a matter of fact on this was the quote, please pay us. Oh, and some lame response about they sent the formal test results and repair plan previously (which they didn't). In fact, this was the same response I got over and over when trying to call Sean. "Oh, Sean emailed you or called you back." No he didn't.... So yea, knowledgeable technicians with horrible etiquette and terrible project management and customer service. How could I have 3 people managing our project and have it run this poorly. Please be warry of them, especially if you have an urgent issue. Definitely do not recommend.

Jose from RSR Contracting reached out as soon as I submitted my request and was able to come and do the job within a matter of days. His pricing was very good and he was very kind and communicative. He was very professional. We ran into a problem with our existing shower space during the job (the shower pan wasn't perfectly level), but Jose knew exactly what to do to fix it and came back the next day to get the job done. It was supposed to be a 1 day job and it turned into 2, but Jose was very efficient and kind and transparent. He is a licensed general contractor, but he is also a plumber by trade and is very knowledgeable about all of the things we needed done in our bathroom. He didn't change his price even when things pivoted. He even brought us some Brazilian chocolates. He responds very quickly to calls and texts and he checked in about his work after it was done to make sure it was up to our standards. Will happily work with him again in the future!

Well this week we had an issue with the new garbage disposal and vent line and I reached out to Austin at Golden West, sent some pictures, and asked if they'd be able to come back out and address it. Austin was at our house personally in less than 24 hours and secured the vent and line to the garbage disposal. I think it shows a lot of character for a contractor to come back and fix an issue with a couple they completed months ago, and to do so in 24 hours! Daniels plumbing and son ended up replacing both water heaters and we have had no issues since they ultimately replaced these. We are busy landlords, and we fully trust Daniel's plumbing and son to go on site when we are not there. They are very responsive and have always come out the same day.
