It was the worst spring roll I have ever had. Weird pinch of chopped up rice noodles, no cilantro or basil. I took one bite and the rest are going in the trash as my family didn't have interest either. I seriously feel like they really don't care about quality anymore, and it shows.

The menu in the store has an "authentic" section, so next time I'll get some things from there as well as the Americanized stuff. Service was polite, friendly, and prompt, and my takeout was neatly packed and had a fork, napkin, fortune cookie, and soy sauce in the bag. I ordered at the counter and then went next door to the Sensory Toolhouse for a few minutes, so I'm not sure how long it took, but less than ten minutes. Can't wait to go back!

I've been going there for years, both dining in and ordering takeout, and I swear you get at least double these portions when you eat in the restaurant. I understand food costs have gone up.
