    Farm Board

Well this may be among my top ever places to eat. Beautiful out door seating. Beautiful and well thought out build out. Side store is artful crafts. Staff is very warm, professional and knowledgeable . Fresh farm to table food. Probably the best " farm board" I have ever seen with vegetables rarely presented. Fresh R/O water. Main meal was a delicious butter lettuce which melted in your mouth and all vegetables had well executed knife cuts. Please dont walk run to this divine intervention establishment. Truly one of a kind.

The cutest restaurant off the beaten path. I was traveling in the area and my work colleagues wanted something fresh and healthy so we decided on this spot. It is totally worth the drive out of town as this place has a great view, relaxing ambiance and friendly staff. All of the food was delicious and tasted fresh and healthy. We had the farm board, beans and broth, and chicken torta all accompanied by their home grown tea to help warm the cool and slightly wet day. For desert, we tried the Cherry Cornmeal Cobbler and a brownie that was served with the locally made Gabe's Vanilla Ice Cream. After sampling quite a few dishes, we left feeling full, but not gross, which is a testament to their good ingredients. On the way out I grabbed a few different kinds of their freshly baked cookies so my family could experience some of the delicious meal when I arrived home.

AMAZING PLACE AND ATMOSPHERE. terrible server. stopped by for snacks and drink. the server was disappointed we didn't spend enough money and openly complained to her server friends about it while they looked at us; I've never felt more uncomfortable. We were coming from out of town and this place was highly recommended. we were over the moon but extremely disappointed in service. The food was great and everything else that came out looked amazing as well. Very very disappointed though, working in restaurants you never talk about customers in front of them.

Still my favorite local dinner spot whenever I am visiting the area! I went twice this year with positive experiences dining at the bar. My first time this year I had an excellent experience, with the beet salad, zucchini fritters, seasonal pasta, and chocolate mousse. Everything was delicious! The last time was not my favorite - I didn't love the risotto or seasonal toast this time, and the last of my sides arrived well after my meal was finished. Unfortunately the shop was also out of my favorite Kari Kari chili garlic crunch I usually stock up on here - hoping they will have it next time! Still a must try in the area, and I can't wait for my next visit.

We have been here a few times now. I brought my sister and her little ones and they loved it. The food here is so fresh. It is a beautiful restaurant inside and outside. I truly always enjoy my time here. From their cute shop up front, to the servers, food and drinks. It's a great time. The kiddos loved the butter noodles (and the adults haha) Try everything here if you can. Nothing has been bad. I love their tea (freshly made in house) I always buy something to take home from the shop as well. Cheers to a wonderful restaurant

You really cannot ask for much more than this. Everything is farm to table and it's all grown right here! Not only was a mind blown with the concept but more so with the menu and how amazing the food is. We sat outside and were blessed with a perfect afternoon to do so. I had the Thursday special - photo is included. The zucchini and mozzarella sandwich was divine ( I tried a bite), and it's also a wonderful choice for a vegetarian! A must visit!

What an awesome spot! If you are in Traverse City or on M22, I encourage you to make the trip over to Farm Club. Get there early- on Sunday night we got there a little before 6 and waited 90 minutes for a table. But it went by quickly because they have a small market to shop, picturesque land to walk through, a wine/beer trailer to order from with charcuterie faire, and tables and chairs to enjoy until your table is ready. So even though it was a long wait, we were occupied the entire time and didn't feel like we were waiting! 90% of their produce is farmed on their own land. The menu is a collection of what is in season at the moment. Everything g we ordered was insanely fresh and tasty. We had a farm board, a chicken Thai salad, and the rhubarb dessert. Loved it all! A note as many, if not most, of the dishes were centered around veggies/fruit/grains- not a lot of meat to choose from! That worried me at first because we eat meat at every meal and normally that is the center of the dish, but because everything was so local, it was so delicious and I didn't mind the lack of meat based protein.

Hippy-dippy-Scandinavian-light-wood-open-air vibe. Most items on this Farm to table menu are grown on site. Although the quality is fresh and tasty, the price point is quite high for the portion sizes served and therein lies my complaint. I don't mind paying for quality but if you leave a mean still hungry mmmmmmmm there's something amiss. Everything is a la carte. No bread (filler) even offered gratis with the meager salad. Although I enjoyed my meal I would hesitate to return due to the $$$. There are simply too many other places in Traverse to eat quality food and not feel robbed when you leave. In addition to a wildly popular restaurant there is also an outside bar, they sell farm fresh veggies, gift items, and baked goods.

We've been here a number of times now, and it is a MUST when we visit the Leelanau Peninsula, one of our favorite places ANYWHERE. Just love the restaurant, market & beautiful outdoors. If it's not 90 degrees, it's fabulous to sit outside. But maybe you like that. Four of us shared these dishes & everyone raved & left soooo happy. Get there early, or prepare to wait. But you can do it outside, with a drink in your hand.... Some of these pictures are from a previous visit.

Favorite meal I had when visiting the Traverse City area! Charming true farm to table concept, with an easy approachable feel and curated retail that gives you the opportunity to leave with some of the yummiest food & drink items, merch, art, books, etc. For two for dinner, we ordered a few small plates, a main, and dessert, and live very full and happy. For elevated food, the portions were not small, and overall pretty good value. Ingredients were clearly fresh and high-quality, and I loved the unique combinations of flavors! We started with Tempura Bok Choy and Hakurei Turnip Salad. Why the heck isn't everyone tempura-ing bok choy?! So delicious with a light batter that was slightly sweet and savory with its sesame ginger glaze. Their technique must be flawless, battering between and into the bok choy leaves. So good. And then in contrast, the turnip salad was SO bright and fresh and herbaceous. The turnip and radishes were sliced SO thin and the coriander crumble and pickled mustard seeds were really fun crunchy flavor bits. Next up, Beans & Broth was so cozy (though only thing about this is that it cools down quickly and is less amazing when not hot). And the sausage with really good braised cabbage and a perfectly balanced mustard horseradish cream. Do not skip dessert! The Basque Cheesecake was perfectly textured, but the ginger-rhubarb compote and pistachio black sesame granola were standout flavors!! Beautiful, tasty, and complementary wine selection as well. I will be making a point of coming back here any time I'm in the area!! No reservations (I believe) but we were seated within 10min on a Tues evening around 7/7:30pm.

My favorite restaurant stop during Traverse City trip! This spot is a must visit. Farm-to-table restaurant with small indoor market. We stopped by here for a snack on a Sunday afternoon. Our wait was about 15 minutes. We explored the market while we waited for our table. We ordered the farm board which came with assorted seasonal veggies, 2 dips, breads, gouda, and smoked fish. One of the best boards we've tried! I love the entire concept of Farm Club and look forward to returning to try more of the menu! A must visit hidden gem for anyone visiting Traverse City!

Anytime we get close to M-22, Traverse City area, we go to Farm Club. It's a beautiful spot for a date, a mid-afternoon snack, or whatever else you have in mind. The expansive outdoor dining area lets you fully embrace the farm setting looking out on the beauty of the Leelanau Peninsula. We have eaten here several times and enjoyed it every time. The food is what you'd expect from a farm-to-table restaurant - unique, seasonal, unexpected, and price-appropriate for what you get. And the service is always top-notch, friendly, helpful and attentive although they don't rush the meal, ever. We haven't been to one of their many events but I'm always intrigued by their offerings so we'll try one soon. It's worth the 2.5 hr drive from Grand Rapids, so if you're nearby, give it a try, you'll love it!

Farm Club has definitely built up a bit since we were there last and it's all definitely for the better! In addition to expanded formal dining tables outdoors they now also have a separate bar area out a little bit in the field so you can just come and have a drink and hang out outside amongst all their pretty greenery on a warm summer afternoon or evening. My husband and I also came for a dinner with his sister and her family and we had a lovely meal outdoors splitting several different plates including the arugula salad and a farm board full of tasty things like meats, smoked whitefish dip, and a few different cheeses. For my entree I went with the beans and broth which was excellent. Overall it was a lovely evening and everyone loved their meal. It became one of the most memorable moments of our trip together.

Since they allow dogs, we walked down there and had dinner. We only had a few minute wait so they could set up our table and then we were seated. You order at the counter so we got an order of spinach dip and the one of their flatbread pizzas. The pizza was good! Service was a little slow but it was a Saturday night. Unfortunately we never got our spinach dip. A girl came around and said it was sent out and then given to another table. They also said they'd refund it but I've still yet to see a refund on my credit card. I even asked the bartenders about it and they said they'd take care of it but still nothing. So I guess I'm out the money. I'd recommend d the place but their wait staff seems a bit chaotic and frazzled so I guess just be prepared for that.
