    Pan-seared Salmon

Can't believe I just learned about Farm House recently after living in Belmont for 4 months. Food was amazing, I ordered the salmon and it was so flavorful and not dry. Staff was friendly. Perfect vibe for brunch.

Tried to give these guys another shot for Easter brunch. Bottom line, not going back. I made a reservation on OpenTable. Given my prior experience, I called to confirm the reservation and asked since I had reserved for outside whether they had any available tables inside. The guy was like "you reserved an outside table" I said, "right, I'm wondering if you have any inside tables available". He said "if we had them you would've seen them. ". I mean, it's not unreasonable to think that a restaurant would have only some of their inventory on OpenTable or maybe that's something would change. This guy was just a jerk. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were seated fine at an outside table - a bit awkward in that the three of us were at a two top, which basically meant that someone had to sit out in the aisle, and people were rushing by us all the time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] No big deal. Anyway, service was super slow and painful. Had to ask for things multiple times the server warned us in advance that everything was going to be super slow today because the restaurant was full. She was basically inattentive and completely uninterested. Said all the perfunctory things, but wouldn't even make eye contact and just went through the absolute basic motions. As promised, everything was extremely slow. Steak frites was decent. A bit fatty and chewy. Waffle came with berries but no syrup so was super dry and had to ask for syrup. Scrambled eggs and bacon were fine. Overall was just a bit overpriced and average. The crowning insult was just after we paid our bill and we were sitting for a minute to finish our beverages, the server came over and said "I need this table in two minutes so you have to leave". Given how slow everything was I thought that was pretty rude. Even if it is their policy. We weren't lingering or over occupying the table and anyway we were about to leave so that was pretty unnecessary. One final thing that was pretty gross was it is a dog friendly patio, which is fine, but the servers were going by and petting this big dog. I sure hope they were washing their hands when they went back before they picked up my food in the kitchen, but who knows. Pretty gross.

Best restaurant in Belmont! Serving inspired, fresh, thoughtful, authentic cuisine. We had the mussels to start. Served in the best white wine sauce. Absolutely delicious and savory. You can order them with fries but we opted for just a bread side. Second we had entrees of Lamb and the short ribs. See photos for excellence and presentation. If you're in town looking for a superior experience, great service and nuanced options, come here. The place is always serving the best.

Decided to try somewhere new for brunch and left pretty disappointed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We came on a Friday afternoon and there was only one group seated at that time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered the brisket omelette based on our server's recommendation, but it was pretty underwhelming. I know an omelette isn't the flashiest dish, but I expected a lot more. The eggs were really dry and under seasoned, and the brisket, which should've been the star, didn't stand out at all. It came with a small side salad and a small portion of tots, which were fine but nothing special. The server was friendly and checked on us a few times, so service was okay. Overall I'm glad we tried it, but it's probably not somewhere I'd go out of my way to come back to.

This spot completely is a hidden gem. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant has a wonderful feel with cute decor decorating both the inside and the outside seating areas.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was spectacular. The pork chop was cooked perfectly and paired wonderfully with delicious cabbage, the mussels were flawless, and the panna cotta had an amazing texture and flavor. Best of all, the service was exceptionally attentive. They kindly accommodated us by changing our table when the guests next to us got too loud, and they even threw in extra cabbage for free. A stellar experience all around!

First time at Farm House and the service was really good. We got a table of 4 outside and it was covered well. I wasn't super hungry so only got the salad. The salad was fine, no complaints. Will be back to try other items. Indoor and outdoor seating Street parking only

6/2026. Father's Day. Nice small bowl of fruits for the child at the table as soon as we sat down! Very nice touch!

OMG! The people who leave reviews on here are ridiculous!! The one guy below me with the 3 strikes? Because they got your drink order wrong? (I'm sure they corrected it!) and a few reviews below that with the lady that said the short ribs were good but the sauce was too rich? (Maybe you're used to eating bland things!) Anyways, had brunch here on Father's Day. As you can imagine, the place was pretty packed. Lucky for us we had reservations. We had to manipulate the reservations a bit as our party slightly grew. No problem. They were very accommodating! They sat us right away as I'm guessing we had reservations? We had a young child with us. They immediately brought us a small bowl of fruits for her. WOW!! I am impressed! That's definitely a nice touch. Never seen that before. I'm used to seeing the crayons and coloring paper. Our meals were delicious! Everyone at out table loved their meals. Love the tots over fries and home potatoes. Will definitely be back for brunch again and definitely have dinner here someday. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a really cozy outdoor area which I would love to try on a really hot day! Inside is very nicely decorated also.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I think I will probably add this place as one of my local favorites. I'll see after I have dinner here next time.

After many brunches and dinners we finally got a chance to come here for breakfast. And I'm glad we did. Just a regular latte somehow tastes so good. (I did no sugar and oat milk btw) The mini set of buttery croissant and 2 seasonal scones are so cute and delicious! The homemade buttery is very unique. I'd come aback just for that. Everything was great. Service was very attentive. Lovely little farmhouse vibe. Will come back soon on a weekday for coffee and breakfast again!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute little lunch spot in Belmont.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered a matcha and the brisket omelette. The matcha was ok, not sweet at all which I was not expecting. I added some sugar and it was a bit better. I asked the server what she said are the best items for brunch and she sold me on the brisket omelette. When it came out the portion was quite bigger than I expected! The flavor was sort of bland, it just tasted like they threw it all together and fried it up. I wasn't blown away but it was still a decent meal. Maybe I should have tried a sweet vs. savory option?

Steak hash with tater tots and poached eggs
    Rachel H.

I came here for lunch, and I really enjoyed it. I had the cubed steak hash with tater tots (potunga?) and the fresh squeezed strawberry lemonade. The lemonade was a generous portion, and you can definitely tell that it's homemade. The steak hash was pretty good, too. The server was amazing and so funny.

    Eggs Benedict with pulled pork

Came here for brunch and had such a great experience! Our server, Da, was the sweetest--so polite, helpful, and genuinely kind. She made us feel so welcome, and I'd honestly come back just for her service. The food was amazing. I had the eggs Benedict with pulled pork--tender, flavorful, and the hollandaise was spot on. Even the side salad was a winner (that dressing was so good). Cozy spot, great food, outstanding service. Can't wait to come back!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Great ambiance all around, and with such nice weather we chose to sit outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was enjoyable--especially the French toast and the chicken chorizo with its spicy kick. Service was attentive and accommodating, even helping us out when we asked to take photos.

We discovered this restaurant while driving by and were drawn in by its cute, rustic charm. There's indoor seating and a patio in the back. I'd recommend sitting outside when the weather is nice. Service was very friendly and attentive, and there was plenty of street parking nearby. The brunch food was decent but a bit bland, with nothing that really stood out. We tried the brisket omelette and the farmer's omelette. They serve French press coffee, which was kinda unique. Overall, I'm glad I tried but the value didn't quite match the price.

    Coffee! Yum

The person who answered the phone was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and what stood out most was how sincere it felt. These weren't just professional smiles--they made us feel like truly welcomed guests. Our server, Stefania (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly!), was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, funny, attentive, and made our evening even more enjoyable. She asked whether we'd like to watch the game, whether we preferred a table in the shade, and even offered to bring a heater later in the evening if it became chilly.
