Clueless individual bagging the order, 7/1/23, 4:45 PM. Asked if I wanted something for the Cob Chopped and side salad that came with the fish and chips. Well yes, the salad dressings that the lady working the register asked me for and inputted into the system. I repeated what was showing on the Monitor I assumed he had looked at being three feet away from him. Chili Ranch (sounded interesting) and Italian. I also asked for one extra Tarter sauce. Honestly never tried Farmer Boys before and I only decided to try it because this new location was so close to my house, and I thought it was better than expected! We went through drive thru and it DOES take a while so keep that in mind I went around 9:30AM and it took us around 25 minutes in total and there were a few cars in front and behind us. We got the french toast platter and the california omelette platter as well as the chili cheese fries and I'd say it's actually pretty good for the price! Very excited for this farmer boys to open. Living in the area there is not much around to eat. Disappointed to say the least. The first thing let me recommend unless you know exactly what you want to look up their menu online first. If your on the T-mobile/Sprint network that will be strike two. Reception sucks in this area. Anyways back to farmer boys. The reason I tell you to look on the menus online is because you have to order without looking at a menu. They move down the line and unlike every other restaurant they do not have a menu hanging from their tablet. This was dinner time by the way, between 5:30-6:30. After you wait about 20 minutes they ask you to park in the front and they will bring your order. 10 minutes later most of you order arrives. If I wanted to go inside I wouldn't have went through the drive through. I went inside to get my fries and zucchini, catchup, ranch and the receipt that I specifically asked for. After all, how am I going to get farmer boy points without my receipt? I recommend you give this location about 6 months to get their crap together. And by the way they are two for two on overcooking my burger. Fries were bad the first time but better the second time. Still needs improvement. Do not come here if you are on lunch. They take forever. We spent our whole lunch in the drive through line. They made us late to clock back in. This has not been my first unsatisfied Farmer Boys experience however we attempted a new location in hopes that the service would be different but at this point it is a company issue/ trend. Arrived at the drive thru lane with about 5 cars already in line and waited a ridiculous 55 minutes to receive our meals. Scrambled eggs and pancakes should not take this long to serve, not to mention receiving it cold. There's quicker service at a sit down restaurant and will not be doing business here moving forward. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches one morning after working the night shift at the hospital. Super hungry and looking forward to enjoying the meal but what I got was so short of satisfying. Their sandwich was so small and flattened, let alone it only had one strip of artificial bacon. Even McDonald's adds more artificial bacon to their Mcmuffins. I was so disappointed considering what they're asking you to pay, all to come up short. Nothing about the sandwich was satisfying. I even called the manager to let them know how disappointed/disappointing it is to be served something so mediocre. I wasn't calling for free food, compensation or anything like that. I called more so to be heard and to hope that businesses do better job at pleasing customers, rather than meeting a budget or quota. Ordered from DoorDash 8/6. Breakfast Burrito w/ Orange Juice and their mini French Toast sticks. Didn't receive the orange juice and no syrup for the French toast. They did manage to get the 4 ketchup packets in the bag that I requested. The French toast was cold & hard. I wish DoorDash wouldn't route my order to this farmer boys especially with all the bad reviews about consistency, accuracy. Management really needs to step in and get things in control. read more

We have to be realistic and understand that this is fast food. Now it's fast food me to order and that's different from traditional fast food. I come here at least twice a week which sounds crazy but I do and today I go to the drive-through and they take my my order thoroughly I respond thoroughly and politely only to get to the window to find out that my order was not received at all. When I asked nicely what is the order taken instead of answering the question she gave me an excuse about having to take my order again so she can print out a receipt which explain to me that my order was never taken. Sometimes honesty can go along way I had to be somewhere in 10 minutes and at no point during my order or when I asked her about my order did I make her feel rushed or nervous my voice never raised and neither did my eyebrows this is why Chick-fil-A has everybody beat because even when they make a mistake they own up to it humbly and graciously without making the customer wait in a parking spot for 10 minutes while they cook the food that was never order to begin with. These are things that make me not wanna spend my money here and as I'm waiting I'm creating this message and when the young lady comes out to bring my food I'm not gonna disrespect her at all I'm gonna maintain a level of professionalism but I probably just won't go back. read more

They open at 6am and the workers walk in at 6am.... If your opening your drive through/establishment at 6am for food then you should def be getting there at 530 (no later) to have everything ready so when people come to order they don't have 6 cars go through the drive through and be told to pull around front and wait for the food. I ordered at 6am and have waited 20 minutes for my food now I have to go back inside ask for a refund and leave without my food so I can still make it to work on time... should have just gone to Starbucks I fucked up. We've been to this location a few times, out of necessity, and it's been adequate. This time I ordered a hot cakes breakfast plate, and my husband ordered chicken strips. (There were only a handful of customers total, including the drive thru.) Our food came out lukewarm and meager, and we were given no silverware, syrup, butter, or sauces for the chicken. Told the girl who brought the food and she promised to get them. After ten more minutes of waiting, and two trips to the counter, we finally received silverware, and something to put on the dry pancakes. Of course, our food by this point was stone cold. Staff was indifferent, and unhelpful. Know that if you eat here, they do not staff the dining room, and you will get little help once you've paid. We won't be back.
