Yelp needs 0 star option. First off I'd like to start by saying I hate that I'm even writing this review. I myself am a former manager at one of the best restaurants I've experienced working for. But the experience I had yesterday was just so appalling. I hate that I even have to post this. I came through the drive thru Wednesday April 20 at around 3:20pm. Was on my lunch break I work at a company right by farmer boys we work 12 hour shifts and decided to get a quick bite here.I saw there was ZERO cars (I want to be clear) not one car so I knew it would be a quick trip. I ordered something quick and simple so I can make it back to work on time. I waited 15minutes only to get this. I wasted another 10 minutes going inside to talk to a manager explaining I was on a lunch break and this was just unacceptable she was just very uncaring and uninterested and told me the other manager was on a break. the girl at the drive thru was just taking her time to give me my money back. In all this NOT ONE SINGLE APOLOGY,There was zero cars in drive thru, two tables inside(check cameras)and zero care for customer service. If you are unhappy with your job why are you there? Such a disappointment Why is this place still here? Wasted my lunch time and sadly went back to a long shift without anything to eat for lunch. read more

Poor customer service they will misunderstand you during the ordering process in the driveway and then when you try to correct it upfront, they argue with you. Unprofessional and the drive-through counter lady was rude. read more

Has to be the absolute worst Farmer Boys location, and I've been to at least a dozen. This one is owned by a cheapskate franchisee that doesn't accept rewards coupons. The tartar sauce and dressings are disgusting and not to the standards of Farmer Boys. I'm sure they must get them from the same supplier as every other branch, but they're doing something different here. They just don't taste the same or as fresh. It's not like they are pre-packaged like at most other chain restaurants... They are filling up single-serve containers in the kitchen but there's something awry here. At any rate... Go somewhere else! Stay away. I will never be back! read more

This place has thee worst customer service. I placed an order for for a half pound burger. They took my money and proceeded to cut the edges of my burger patties and and placed them on top of the main patty and said you do have two patties seeeeee. In a condescending voice and attitude to match. I was furious so the lady went back and took the plate back and and came back with another smaller patty cut in the same manner. Joann Apr 25, 2022, 12:17 PDT Visited the drive thru at this location on April 19th at 2pm. There was only one car in the drive thru and thought I could get a quick bite to eat. The car in front waited for about 3 minutes to place their order. When I reached the speaker immediately I was told to wait. No please. I waited for approximately 5 minutes to place my order. During that time 3 cars had lined up behind me. My thoughts were that since it was after the lunch rush, that there was a shortage of help, as most restaurants send people home after busy times. So, I was patient, thinking there must be one person covering the counter and drive thru. Finally someone came to take my order. Those 3 cars that were behind me while I waited to place my order left before I even placed my order. The car that was before me was still at the window, and I waited an additional 4 minutes to reach the window. When I got there, no one acknowledged me. I sat there an additional 4 minutes. Nothing. What really perturbed me was that there were 4 employees standing by the window, one was spinning her keys on a lanyard, I\'m guessing she was the manager on duty. They just stood there engaging in chit chat and totally ignoring me! After 5 minutes waiting and their conversation not concluding, and not being acknowledged I left . Not only did you lose my business from these 4 employees lack of attention to customers, you lost the business of the 3 cars that were behind me. read more

This review is solely on the onion rings. I was expecting large crunchy onion rings and was super disappointed with what I got. The slightly fried batter was literally falling off and there was absolutely no crunch to it at all. I only ate one ring and gave up on the rest. I do not recommend getting them. You only get 4 rings for about $4.50. Definitely the worst onion rings that I've ever got from a fast food place. read more

Beware! I ordered two big cheese specials that were $5.99ea, but I was charged full price of $10.45ea! These were NOT coupons, but a limited PROMOTION. I used a $5 off total cost of order, and was told I could use only one coupon per purchase. The two big cheese specials were NOT using a coupon! Very MISLEADING! Well what an unpleasant experience this location is. I've been coming to farmer boys for a long time and this is my first time at this location. Don't waste your time or money here. Food cooks cannot get any order right at all. I ordered a simple 3 egg breakfast and crispy hash browns and toast. The eggs were not cooked right. The toast was cold. The hash browns were raw. So I had to get a refund and went instead to los Portales which is by far better than this place. Considering we paid 27.00 for 2 breakfast you would think they would get it right here. Too bad. Last couple of time I've ate here it's been disgusting. This is the one I've gone to because it's close to my house, are all of them this bad? Simple items; Burgers and fries but the burger was so soggy and cold it was horrible. To top it off my wife's had hair in it! The fries were bad too, ice cold. Stopped to take my 2 year old granddaughter to use the potty, was stopped by the woman at the front register who asked if I was purchasing something I politely said no and pointed at my granddaughter and said she has to use the restroom! The woman said NO she couldn't use it if I wasn't purchasing an item followed by stating the woman's restroom was closed. We always liked the food at Farmer Boys. Just today, I went through their drive through and placed my order for few salads, cheese burger combo and zucchini. Apparently I was charged for someone else's order. I found this out when I got home. Upon reviewing the receipt that was placed in my order bag, the items on the receipt were totally different from what I purchased. However, the amount charged to my cc was the exact amount as appears on the incorrect receipt. I went on this exact location website and duplicated the order. I found that I was over charged by just a few pennies under $4. I called and spoke with the restaurant manager. No apologies, no nothing. Toal lack of professionalism. She simply said that I should've been charged more because their Cobb salad prices went up a few weeks ago. She was obviously lying cuz their menu board at their drive thru had the exact same price as did on their website. It is no secret that Farmer Boys are not doing very well. These type of incidents will only accelerate the demise of this Franchise Restaurant. I will definitely be sharing my recent experience will all my family, friends and business associates. Having an incompetent staff, especially a manager running a service based business is a sure recipe for failure. Very basic. Very expensive. Nothing crazy over the top for the price. This location was out of fries when I came. Which I'm sure was just an inventory problem. I was offered 2 zucchini in exchange. I guess that's equal. I was also ignored for some time. Waited a while to be helped, and when I was, the cashier was preoccupied with another employee. Maybe they were understaffed. But they only had 2 other customers besides me. Rude. I always wait a long time at any Farmer Boys. I believe their burgers are made to order, which is a plus. In fact, it shows. I usually have good quality food. To give some credit, the Charbroiled Chicken Club was great! Chicken was juicy. Ingredients were really fresh. If i could put a zero, i would. The managers are dragging this place down. I used to come here all the time but lately, every time i keep trying to give this place a chance, they ruin it. The Peter guy is very inappropriate with everyone including his employees, it's disgusting. I also had another horrible experience with apparently another manager named Bianca i had simply asked her a question about the wait time and it looked like she took it personal or was having a bad day but to get agressive like she did was out of hand. The manager Jackie is the sweetest I had pulled into the drive thru at 9:56pm and they close at 10:00pm and she still took my order.
