I had never tried Farmers Bros before and happened upon this place as we were in our way to the Chino Airport. We went there for lunch on a Friday. We got there early and it wasn't too crowded. But as time went on, the restaurant became very busy. The restaurant was clean and taken care of. Employees quickly cleaned up dirty tables tables. The bathrooms were also clean and neat. The employees were friendly and professional. The food was brought to our table in a few minutes. I ordered the Farmer Bros burger. It was a big burger with fresh ingredients. It was very tasty and included bacon and guacamole. My friend ordered a cheeseburger which he really enjoyed. The fries were good, but could have been a bit hotter. They were warm, but not piping hot. But they tasted good, were cooked perfectly, and seasoned to my liking. Overall, a great meal. read more

Since they deleted my reviews off of Google, I'll leave one here to inform them of my disdain for their location as a whole. To preface this, I work near to Central and Schaefer, and if you know the area, you'll know that there's mainly industrial parks in the immediate vicinity. You can definitely venture off further and have tons of food options, but as far as something quick and nearby, it's Farmer Boys and Subway and that's about it. With that being said, I've worked near here coming up on 3 years so I've been to this particular location quite a few times. When I tell you they've gotten my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME, I'm not exaggerating. I even went on a year long hiatus because it was so terrible. Not to mention, the customer service is absolutely appalling. There was a black woman working there who never had a smile on her face or a nice attitude, ever. She literally dropped my debit card out of the drive through window on one occasion and didn't even apologize. It's like the customers are punished because she hates her job. Luckily, I didn't have to deal with her or her sourpuss attitude on my most recent visit. She might have even quit or been fired. Good riddance. The most recent visit I had, I placed the same order I always do, a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich on white toast instead of the bun it comes with, and add American cheese. Pretty simple. Why did I get to work to find a sausage sandwich on the bun, with no cheese. I reiterated how and what I wanted to the drive-thru person at least 3 times. She seemed to have it correct when repeating it to me so how it was so badly screwed up, I'll never know. Since this isn't what I wanted, or ordered, I called the restaurant and told them I would be returning on my lunch break with the uneaten food and my receipt and I'd like my money back. Do you know the "manager" said "oh we don't do money back". What does that even mean? So you mean to tell me if I paid for goods that I didn't receive or weren't made to the specifications I requested, there's no option to be refunded? That seems like such a scam to me and highly illegal. I contacted corporate, which in turn did pretty much nothing because this location is a franchise. Safe to say I will never return. This has to be the biggest bunch of incompetent people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. They get paid too much to do so little. Most of 1 and 2 star reviews are probably true as well. No customer interaction when you walk in even when no one is in line. This was around 2PM with only 4 tables occupied and 2 cars in the drive thru. 3 employee just pass by me behind the counter and didn't even bet an eye. Let alone to let me know that "they will be with me soon". However, one employee did say he will be with the white dude that came in and stood behind me but didn't say a word to me. I am an Asian. So.... anyway... When one did finally recognize me but this person didn't seem too thrilled to take my order. Very blunt and insincere tone. My order came out later than a person who ordered after me. Mine was patty melt. It must have taken long time to melt my patty I guess. Food portion was light and salty. Didn't enjoy it but I was hungry. I don't think this is an employee issue. This is an issue with the restaurant management. They simply don't know how to run it properly. It appears this might be a chain, but it seems to be regional and we don't have it on the East Coast where we live. The restaurant was nice and the menu was decent. My husband ordered a burger and fries and said that it was not bad. While it was not a crazy stand out, he said he would definitely consider going back if he travels to that area again. I've been craving Farmer Boys' zucchini fries so I took my hubby since he never been to Farmer Boys. I ordered cobb salad and he had farmer's burger and substituted with zucchini fries. The salad was very fresh with plenty of chicken and bacon. Of course the zucchini fries was 10/10 and my husband said it was the best burger he had in a while. Not even worth a star !!! The manager turned her head before I could finish my sentence. Please have her complete a customer service training program SOON, She's the heavyset person who looks angry you're there and she appears to not want to be there either. When I mentioned I would give her a stellar review, she said something snippy as if she dared me too. Little she realize people respect & listen to my opinion. I'm a retired flight attendant and was in charge of several crews over 25 years. And I remember irate unkind passengers but I NEVER treated any unfriendly passengers like inhumanely.
