The food and service are terrible! Wife and I had went through their drive-thru since In n Out way over packed (should still went there). The manager "Nareth" (doubt that's her name) messed taking our order. Found out the order was wrong once we got home. Called the store to make sure they can remake the full order because since it's not fair to have one of us to eat our meal cold. The manager told us they could only remake that sandwich. So we demanded a refund they told us no as well. The manager of this location has been the worse manager of any establishment I've been to not just food establishment, but all any kind of business establishment. She was rude with an attitude when it was her fault for not even getting the order correct for the cooks. Had a quick visit to go for their zucchini sticks and fries. For a snack, these two are my go-to with my mom. Zucchini sticks are huge...basically the size of a large zucchini cut in quarters length wise and battered with a light coating of a breading along with a side of ranch. Their fries are always golden brown and crispy. Great snacks that are consistently fried perfectly and fresh. Service at the counter is usually pretty quick with a friendly person behind the counter and the restaurant has plenty of booths and tables thats usually well taken care of. It was our first time at this location and we ordered a Barn Burger Combo (w/ No Cheese) and two Original Fried Chicken Sandwich Combos. We received our order and began to reveal the contents and after seeing/taking our first bites we noticed that our orders were completely wrong with the exception of our drinks and the request for no cheese. I have not been to this FB in probably 6 years. I remember the the food being really fresh and the fish and chips being over the top. I really appreciate the no tip screen, Just pay like the old days! The one cashier server that was there was awesome! Great to see polite nice people. I wish I could end my review there. I had the fish and chips and burger I don't think fish being triangles, flavor was decent but looked processed. The burger was so so. My wife had the chicken sourdough with avocado. The avocado was good but the chicken sucked. I'm sad for our country, everything has gone to shit since Covid. I've been to the Farmer Boys in Covina before and remember it being decent. This one was more of less the same. Nice, friendly service but a little slow. We ordered our food and the others in our group ordered shortly after but we got our food first and they had to wait a little while. I also ordered a coffee separately and had to ask for it because they brought out our food and no coffee. My omelette was pretty tasty. I asked for fruit instead of has browns - the fruit consisted of grapes and oranges, which was decent. My friend got the french toast with eggs and sausage. I tried a bit of the french toast - was good but super sweet. They forgot his hash browns though but was nice about bringing it out. Our friends' food came out shortly after - guess there aren't too many workers there. Overall this place is cool, not the nicest place but the food is decent. I don't know what's going on with this restaurant, but something has happened over the last 4-6 months and it's not functioning like it should. I have gone to the restaurant at least 4 times over the last 2 months, during normal work hours where they should be open, and they're closed. Nothing posted about modified hours, just the restaurant is closed. I'm talking 5 PM here, not like 7:57 or closing time. Maybe the owner is not onsite during the afternoon/evening hours, but I never had problems eating here before the last few months. I used to frequent this location 2-3 times a month, and I haven't been able to eat here in about 3 months now. I appears the delivery apps have possibly dropped provider service as well, because now if I try to order food I can only get it from the Murrieta location. Really sad, and I hope you're able to fix the issues because I am a loyal customer but whatever is happening at the location definitely has forced me to take my business elsewhere. read more

This is a bit of mixed review. These guys have very good tasting burgers! Excellent grilled flavor! My rating has to do more with the lack of attention to the cleanliness of of the restaurant. Their properties used to be really spectacular but now they are looking run down and not being kept sparkling clean as in the past. You'd think with the Covid 19 concerns they'd eep their stores "spic and span".
