I am not certain why this place doesn't have a higher score. I would actually say it's a 4.5 star establishment. They are super attentive in regards to service; price is very affordable for the portions, and the food is great. Even the ambiance has some great art and mottos around the place to really make you feel comfortable. The fact they serve breakfast all day is a plus. So we demanded a refund they told us no as well. Had a quick visit to go for their zucchini sticks and fries. For a snack, these two are my go-to with my mom. Zucchini sticks are huge...basically the size of a large zucchini cut in quarters length wise and battered with a light coating of a breading along with a side of ranch. Their fries are always golden brown and crispy. Great snacks that are consistently fried perfectly and fresh. Service at the counter is usually pretty quick with a friendly person behind the counter and the restaurant has plenty of booths and tables thats usually well taken care of. It was our first time at this location and we ordered a Barn Burger Combo (w/ No Cheese) and two Original Fried Chicken Sandwich Combos. There was absolutely no other person in line, yet we were given a number and asked to park to wait for our food. There no signs of other vehicles waiting, not busy at all. We received our order and began to reveal the contents and after seeing/taking our first bites we noticed that our orders were completely wrong with the exception of our drinks and the request for no cheese. We received and got charged for a Farmer Burger Combo (w/ No Cheese) and two Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combos. Aside from that their golden, normally delicious fries, were soft and undercooked. I went to buy food through the drive-thru and waited about ten minutes and they still sent me to park. I waited there for more than 30 minutes and they didn't bring it to me. I asked for fruit instead of has browns - the fruit consisted of grapes and oranges, which was decent. My friend got the french toast with eggs and sausage. I tried a bit of the french toast - was good but super sweet. They forgot his hash browns though but was nice about bringing it out. I've been here a few years ago, moved out of town. Had a late lunch at about 3:00 PM. My friend and I had a combo burger each (Farmer's Burger - $13.99 and Big Cheese Burger - $10.99). Both were as I remembered, great. The fries were hot and crispy, excellent as well. I asked for a side of 1000. It was a nice large amount and it was free. You don't see that very often, if at all. They don't put high fructose syrup, a poison, in their ketchup (unlike In-N-Out and most of the other local burger joints that make a great charbroiled burger. This is a bit of mixed review. These guys have very good tasting burgers! Excellent grilled flavor! My rating has to do more with the lack of attention to the cleanliness of of the restaurant. Their properties used to be really spectacular but now they are looking run down and not being kept sparkling clean as in the past. You'd think with the Covid 19 concerns they'd eep their stores "spic and span". I get that during this very difficult time good help is hard to find, but if you have a business that depends on how people feel in your dining rooms, you'd pay more attention to the place's cleanliness and hygiene!
