If I could this establishment a negative100 stars I would in a heartbeat. This is the last time I'm ordering from them. I've given them so many chances to get my drive thru order right and they can't seem to get it right. How hard is it to get an order of salad right? I think it's f'ing laziness. I always order crispy chicken and they give me grilled. Sometimes, I would be missing onion rings. Other times no bacon. Honestly, other Farmer Boys do the same thing as well so I think they are just poorly run and hire lazy workers. Before confirming my order and paying for it, I let them know what exactly I want and they even confirm my order but when I get to the drive up counter, I get missing ingredients. This location has gone down the tubes the last 6 months. I am so tired of free food and coupons to "make up" for the bad experiences. How do you hand out a hot food order to someone before the salad order?? Then when you ask about it, they act like they had no clue you even ordered to begin with. The drive-thru is not any better. The employees are nicer and more accommodating than the Manager. The manager doesn't even speak enough English to help you resolve a problem. I walked in to the restaurant the whole floor was drenched and I slipped. This girl was mopping in the bathroom when I finally got to the counter no one was available as Asked where the sign was. With an attitude she came out of the bathroom and goes here's your sign and puts the one sign by the other door. she did not put a sign in the first place when a customer before me stepped as well. No one is here as a manager this is outrageous I'm never coming back here again. She came up to me and started mopping infront of me I told her to stop. Come to find out, there is a Farmer Boys owner that hates sour cream so much he refuses to offer it at his restaurant. How can you not offer sour cream? This makes no sense. Really Farmer boys? I used to love the restaurant and would order the chopped chicken salad. The last time I ordered it there was ZERO chicken on it. I thought they forgot that step. I phoned in an order for pickup on April 14, 2020 to this location after attempting to order from the Farmer Boys in Murrieta and it not going well. I have to say that this location is better run and the employees are nicer that the location in Murrieta. Adrianna took my order and was pleasant. She took my phone number down for the order which worked well in identifying me when I arrived at the store. The practice of social distancing was done well at this location and my order was ready when I arrived. Adrianna was efficient and got my order correct. I really like their happy hour deals. The chicken tenders, double cheese burger and chili fries are very tasty. I will be visiting this location in the future to get my burger fix. read more

What a good experience I had for late breakfast Monday morning. I Walked in and ordered three egg breakfast special, was given an almost 4$ discount ( coupon special) with coffee. Also substituted fruit for the toast. My eggs were cooked just right, hash browns were delicious, 4 strips of great bacon and coffee was quite good. Servers were very nice and friendly. The best salads in town, the Cobb rivals any of the top restaurants in town! The lettuce is always fresh, chock full of chicken, egg, cheese. They've also always given me what I ordered, I've never had a bad salad with them or a wrong order. It's our go to when we're out and need a healthy meal. We have visited the drive thru several times in the past few months. They have done a great job. Our food is prepared how we like it, service is timely and efficient and the staff is very courteous! The onion rings are now done as a 4 piece order. 4 HUGE onion rings. They tend to come out soggy (not crispy). It's a LOT of onion and not as much breading. The other thing is they ask you to get out of the drive through and wait in the parking lot after you placed an order. They said corporate wants the drive through wait time down. I only ordered two items and there was only one car behind me. Moving to the parking lot does not give ME the customer a shorter wait time, it only makes them look better to corporate. read more
