The protein bowl was packed with all the best breakfast staples--eggs, potatoes, bacon, and tons of melted cheese on top. The iced matcha latte was refreshing and flavorful; however, it wasn't sweetened, so keep that in mind if you prefer sweeter drinks. Overall, I had a great experience. To my surprise, their house-made sandwiches are served on freshly baked bread, made with fresh ingredients, and cost under $10 (Panera could never!!!). Their baked goods were also reasonably priced with generous portions. We picked up the Cinnamon Burst Bread, a cinnamon roll, a honey bran muffin (which completely stole the show for me; it was incredibly moist and I'd come back just for that) and an almond poppy seed scone. The service here was just as impressive. Everyone was so friendly and personable and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed being there. I also loved their "Giving Rack," where anyone in need can take free baked goods. It's such a thoughtful idea and says a lot about the kind of business they are. Replacing the damaged parts is costing me $70 out of pocket plus the repair time, which is a steep penalty to pay for someone's carelessness at the roastery. I want to keep supporting them because the coffee itself is excellent, but a mistake that breaks a customer's expensive equipment needs to be addressed immediately. I hope the team recalibrates their de-stoner so I can safely buy from them again in the future.
